Zach Bryan: Dublin stage times, transport, tickets, weather and everything else you need to know

As proof of his growing popularity over the past two years, the last time he performed in the capital it was to a meagre crowd of 1,500 in the Helix in April 2023.
According to Aiken Promotions, who are looking after the concert, a ring of steel is currently being erected around the Phoenix Park stage as it braces for its first large scale concert since Ed Sheeran's performance back in 2018.
Here's everything you need to know if you're one of the hundreds of thousands going to he American country singer-song writer's show this weekend.
When and where is it on?
Zach Bryan will play a trio of three sold out gigs at Phoenix Park in Dublin on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, June 20-22.
Are there any tickets left?

There is also a limited amount of resale tickets available.

Anyone going to the concert with children is being urged to purchase tickets for the designated alcohol-free family area.
One ticket is needed for each person who wants to access the area.
What are the gate and stage times?
The show is scheduled to get under way from 6pm after gates open at 5pm and finish at about 10.30pm.
The main entrance from the Phoenix Park is a 45 minute walk, so concert-goers should be prepared for a long walk.
Those with early access tickets can enter from 4.30pm. You can enter the concert grounds up until 9pm.
Stage times are yet to be announced.
Who is the opening acts?
There will be two support acts for the country singer including Turnpike Troubadours and Noeline Hofmann and gates will open at 5pm.
No early queuing will be permitted.
How should I get to the concert and home again?
With 180,000 fans set to descend on Phoenix Park across the weekend for Zach Bryan's sold-out gigs, significant traffic disruption is expected in the surrounding areas.
Concert-goers are being urged to use public transport where possible, as parking will be extremely limited and local access restrictions will be in place around the park.
Most attendees are expected to use the Park Gate entrance, so roads around Parkgate Street, Conyngham Road and the North Circular Road are likely to be particularly busy, especially in the hours before and after the concerts.
Gardaí have put a robust traffic and policing plan in place to help manage the crowds and ensure safety, but motorists should expect delays and plan alternative routes if travelling near Phoenix Park on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening.
Attendees are advised to allow plenty of time for their journey — it's recommended to factor in at least 45 minutes to walk from public transport stops to the concert site itself.
What public transport options are available to Phoenix Park?
Luas: Broombridge Luas Station is roughly a 30-minute walk from Phoenix Park, while the Luas stop at Heuston Station is about 40 minutes from the park's centre, or about 9 minutes from the park gates at Chesterfield Avenue.
Train: If you're getting the train, Heuston Station is your best bet. From there, you can take a bus from Parkgate Street, or walk—it's about 45 minutes on foot to the concert site, and around 9 minutes to the park gates.
Bus: Dublin Bus services like the 26, 38b, 39, 70, 99, C5 and C6 all serve Phoenix Park.
Private coach and minibus services are also running from various locations nationwide, and these will park inside the park.
Bus Éireann is offering special services from Cork, Limerick and Galway.
The Marathon Group will be operating dedicated concert buses from Earlsfort Terrace and other routes that will drop you inside the park.
Car: There's no parking near the venue or inside Phoenix Park itself. Gardaí will have a traffic management plan in place, and Dublin City Council will clamp or tow cars that are parked illegally.
If driving is your only option, try to carpool and use park and ride facilities (such as Red Cow, M3 Parkway, Navan N51, Cheeverstown, Carrickmines or Stillorgan). If you park in a city centre car park, double-check the closing time.
Drop-off/Pick-up: Drop-offs can be made at the Dublin Zoo car park, where stewards will be on hand. For pick-up, it's the same spot, but whoever's collecting you needs to be inside the park by 9.30pm.
They might need to wait until some of the crowd disperses after the concert finishes at 10.30pm.
What will the weather be like?
Dublin's weather this weekend will bring plenty of dry spells with sunshine, though showers are possible at times.
Friday will be very warm with highest temperatures of 19 to 26 degrees in light to moderate southeasterly or variable breezes with some showers appearing in parts of Dublin.
Saturday will be warm, with temperatures reaching 19 to 23 degrees, and will see a mix of cloud and sunny spells along with scattered showers—some of which could be heavy or thundery, especially coming up from the south.
On Sunday, it will feel a bit fresher, with highs of 16 to 21 degrees, and similar conditions of sunshine, cloud, and a few showers in a moderate westerly breeze.
What songs will Zach Bryan perform?
His set may include:
What is security like?
For concert, travel light and bring only the essentials. You can bring a small bag (A4 size or smaller), your phone or device with your ticket pre-downloaded, ID, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing (a raincoat or rain mac is recommended as umbrellas are not permitted), an empty 750ml plastic reusable water bottle (no metal bottles), and comfortable footwear, as the walk from the entrance to the venue will be at least 45 minutes and the event is fully standing.
Do not bring bags larger than A4, food, drink, alcohol, umbrellas, any kind of chair, prams, scooters, skateboards, laptops, cooler boxes, hampers, or professional cameras (small 35mm cameras are fine).
Selfie sticks, flag poles, large banners, or any item that could obstruct views or compromise safety are also not allowed.

Tragedy at Royal Ascot as two-year-old filly dies in opening race

Tragedy struck on the second day of Royal Ascot as a horse died from racing in the opening contest. The Richard Hannon-trained Harry's Girl was put down after sustaining a fatal injury during the Queen Mary Stakes. "Unfortunately, Harry's Girl suffered a fatal injury during The Queen Mary Stakes," a statement from Ascot Racecourse said. "Our thoughts go out to all connections at this time." ITV Racing presenter, Ed Chamberlain, confirmed the sad news during the broadcaster's coverage of the meeting, saying her sad passing 'cast a shadow' over True Love's triumph. He said: "We've just had this confirmed by Ascot - Harry's Girl did suffer a fatal injury. "Our thoughts go out to connections. It's desperately sad for the Hannon team after they celebrated with their winner Haatem yesterday." Harry's Girl, a two-year-old filly, was having only her third start on the racecourse. The daughter of Harry Angel won her debut at Newmarket in April before finishing a close second in a listed contest York last month. The race was won by Aidan O'Brien's True Love, who lost her maiden tag in style. Ridden by Ryan Moore, True Love had chased home Tuesday's Coventry Stakes winner and stablemate Gstaad on her latest start and was duly sent off the 9-4 favourite. True Love took some time to work her way into the race as Zelaina set a scorching early pace, but she stayed on to real effect in the final furlong to beat 100-1 shot Flowerhead, with Patrick Biancone's American raider Lennilu third. It was win number 93 for O'Brien at the big meeting, although rather surprisingly his first in the Queen Mary. He said: 'She's lovely and in her first run Ryan came in and said they won't beat her again and then after her second run Wayne (Lordan) said the same thing, that they won't beat her again, and then you have to consider the two that beat her (Lady Iman and Gstaad) are very good horses. 'Ryan gave her a beautiful ride and Michael (Tabor) has always loved her and always spoken about her. It's great as her mother (Alluringly) is in foal to City Of Troy and her sister is in foal to Wootton Bassett so it's marvellous really. 'She was drawn by herself and there was no pace where she was so she had to go and do her own work and that's what Ryan did, he was excellent on her. She was probably strongest in the last half-furlong and when she got going she really powered away. 'Ryan said he was a little slow to step and a little on the back foot all the time and I think that's why he was trying to stoke her up a bit, but late on she was really strong. 'She had to work really hard and the only place she was going to get company was out in the middle and Ryan did really well to let her go there. She was under the pump a long way out, but so strong at the line and is obviously high class. 'She's like a four-year-old really and Ryan thought she would be better when she steps up to six furlongs and she's a big, mature filly who walks around the ring like a four-year-old, she's so scopey – she's something to look forward to.' On future plans, O'Brien added: 'I think we look forward to going up in trip now, the lads will decide that. You would imagine she would have no problem going six furlongs, but she is No Nay Never and he's a big speed influence always. 'The Queen Mary winner seems to always head to Deauville (Prix Morny) or the Curragh (Airlie Stud Stakes) and that would be the two races really or there is the Duchess of Cambridge Stakes at Newmarket in July. That may come too soon, but we will see how she is.'

Conor McGregor 'appears to throw punches' in nightclub as man falls to floor

Video footage has surfaced that seems to show ex-UFC world champion Conor McGregor throwing punches in an Ibiza nightclub. The alleged incident is said to have occurred at the Pacha nightclub on Tuesday morning. Earlier in the week, McGregor was spotted on the party island with TV personality Katie Price. The Irishman was pictured wearing a hat and sunglasses in a snap taken with Price and her mate Ryan Mira. Now, according to a video shared by The Sun and viewed by The Mirror, McGregor can be seen seemingly leaning down to speak to an unidentified bloke on the dance floor. Moments later, he appears to throw two punches, connecting with the second. The person falls to the floor moments after appearing to be hit by the second of two punches. The club's music continues to play throughout. Shortly afterwards, individuals standing near McGregor seem to step in between him and other party-goers. The Mirror has reached out to McGregor's representatives for comment. McGregor has had several UFC comebacks delayed in recent years. He last stepped into the Octagon in 2021, losing to Dustin Poirier in the third bout of his trilogy with the American. He was due to make a comeback in the sport in 2024, with Michael Chandler named as his opponent. However, McGregor was forced to withdraw after sustaining a toe injury. "The fight that never happened, what could have been yeah. I would be lying to you if I didn't say that it was a tough moment, but overall, if people can look at their lives and realise that all the bad things that have happened to them usually work out for their good if they continue to stay diligent and work hard and believe," Chandler told Mirror Fighting in November 2024. "Every single bad thing in my life, every single setback in my life, every single loss in my life has always turned out to be a good thing at some point. You look back and say 'Okay I'm able to learn X, Y, and Z because of it. I was able to grow as a human being, I'm in a great spot'. "But during the process it was tough. Being the guy on the other side of the headlines with Conor McGregor is tough because he is so up and down and says a lot of things and he's always in the media. Then you've got the fans weighing in, the media weighing in, it was an interesting process but I handled it pretty darn well compared to how most would have. And I grew throughout the process."
