Salman Khan continues to live under high security following ongoing death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.
Sooraj Pancholi, who made his Bollywood debut in 2015 with Hero, produced by Salman Khan, has once again expressed his gratitude to the superstar. At the time of his launch, Sooraj was battling serious allegations in the Jiah Khan suicide case. Despite the controversy, Salman stood by him, a gesture that left a lasting emotional impact on the actor.
In a recent interview with Instant Bollywood, Sooraj opened up about how Salman's unwavering kindness and generosity have made him one of the most respected figures in the industry.
Sooraj revealed that Salman's house was famously open to everyone, quite literally. 'His house was always open earlier. There was a lock on the door, but it was never used. If you want to eat his food or open his fridge and take something, no one would stop you. Even if you want to have his protein shake or vitamins, nobody ever says no," he shared.
The actor also recalled how Salman never made guests feel like outsiders. 'There were many times when he'd wake up in the morning, see someone there, and simply say, 'Oh, you're here, you had food,' and then quietly go about his own routine without disturbing anyone. His house is actually quite small," he added.
Sooraj further shared that Salman's generosity extended to film sets too. 'Many people have said this and it's true that when his lunch or dinner is arranged, it's not just for him but for the entire unit. It all comes from his home, and very few people know that his food is meant for everyone. You can just walk in, pick up a plate, and eat, no one is ever denied," Sooraj said.
He also praised Salman for sharing his gym setups with anyone interested in working out. 'The same goes for the gym he sets up on set or anywhere else. Anyone is welcome to use it and work out."
Meanwhile, Salman continues to live under high security following ongoing death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. In April 2024, gunshots were fired outside his residence, further intensifying the security around his Mumbai home.
