Argaam5 hours ago

US President Donald Trump delivered a televised speech from the White House early today, June 22 on the US airstrike on Iranian nuclear sites.
He explained that Washington launched attacks on three major nuclear sites in Iran. The strikes were a spectacular military success.
Iran's key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated.
He called on Iran to quickly bring peace or said the US would go after other targets with "speed" and "precision".
'I want to thank and congratulate Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu. We worked as a team like perhaps no team has ever worked before, and we've gone a long way to erasing this horrible threat to Israel,' Trump added.
He went on to say that for 40 years, Iran has been saying, 'Death to America, death to Israel'.

Iran Says it Cannot Return to Diplomacy while Under Attack

Iran reserves all options to defend its security, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Sunday, adding that Tehran could not return to diplomacy while under attack by Israel and the United States, and would consult with Russia on Monday. "The US showed they have no respect for international law. They only understand the language of threat and force," Araghchi said, adding that Tehran has to respond based on its rights before diplomacy can be reconsidered. The Iranian foreign minister said he will fly to Russia, with whom Iran has a strategic partnership, and consult with President Vladimir Putin on Monday. The United States attacked three sites in Iran early Sunday. Iran's Foreign Ministry said Washington had 'betrayed diplomacy' with the military strikes in support of Israel, and said that 'the US has itself launched a dangerous war against Iran.'

Israeli army says ‘checking' results of US bombing on Fordow

The Israeli military said Sunday it was checking the results of a US bombing raid on the deeply buried Iranian nuclear facility in Fordow, adding that it was 'too soon' to know if enriched uranium stockpiles had been destroyed. Asked whether Iran had removed enriched uranium from Fordo or if it had been buried under the rubble, army spokesman Effie Defrin told reporters: 'We are constantly checking the situation. It is too soon to determine. I suppose we will know later on.' Developing

UAE nuclear regulation authority says no impact on UAE after US strikes on Iran

The United Arab Emirates' Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation said there was no impact on the country following strikes by the US on Iran's nuclear facilities, UAE's state news agency reported on Sunday. Earlier on Sunday, the Saudi regulatory authorities said that 'no radioactive effects were detected' in the Gulf region after US strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities. Kuwait also issued a similar statement saying it "did not detect an increase in radioactive traces in Kuwaiti airspace and waters." US President Donald Trump announced on Saturday night that American forces had struck three nuclear sites in Iran, calling the operation 'a spectacular military success' and warning that more attacks would be ordered if Tehran did not agree to a deal.
