GONE are the days of facelifts and liposuction - women looking to rejuvenate their appearance are more focused on non-surgical options.
That's because they tend to be cheaper, quicker and way less invasive, meaning less risks and less down time. So much so, clinics across the country are noting upticks in such cosmetic treatments.

The global cosmetic industry has seen a 4.4% increase in market value in the last year, according to research from the Harley Street Skin Clinic.
As Brits focus on maximising their time, traditional procedures like facelifts are being outperformed by more time-efficient alternatives.
For instance, non-surgical face lifts performed with lasers have seen an uptake of nearly 300% since 2019.
The appetite for minimally invasive procedures is also increasing in celebrity circles.
Everyone from Kim Kardashian to Melinda Messenger have been open about their cosmetic interventions.
Here, Fabulous takes a look at the most popular non-surgical cosmetic treatments, and the celebs who are proud to love them.
1. BodyTite
BodyTite is the UK's most requested cosmetic treatment - sitting around 7% of all procedures carried out, according to research from the Harley Street Skin Clinic.
It is a minimally invasive body contouring treatment that uses radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) technology to remove fat and tighten skin.
It aims to provide a more youthful, toned appearance with less downtime compared to traditional liposuction procedures - and is said to have tummy tuck-like effects when performed on the stomach.

As such, 30 to 50-year-olds are undergoing BodyTite procedures more than any other age group, with prices starting from £3,000 onwards in the UK.
Kim Kardashian, 44, is rumoured to be a fan of this radiofrequency treatment as a non-surgical alternative to a tummy tuck, even admitting on Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she loves trying new body contouring treatments.
While BodyTite is generally considered a safe and minimally invasive procedure, it could leave users with horror burns on their skin due to the radiofrequency energy used to heat and dissolve the fat.
2. PDO Thread Lift
The second most popular cosmetic procedure in the UK is PDO Thread Lift, which makes up for over 6% of all treatments carried out, according to Harley Street Skin Clinic research.
It is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses dissolvable threads to lift and tighten sagging skin, and is hailed for stimulating collagen to produce a firmer appearance.
PDO Thread Lifts are typically performed on the face, neck, or jawline with minimal downtime, and cost upwards from £1,800 for one area - and upwards of £3,500 for the full shebang.

Former glamour model Melinda Messenger, 54, is a particular fan of the procedure, saying: 'I just look a little more rested, and like time has been kind to me. My profile is a lot sharper on camera too, and I feel like the old me again.'
PDO Thread Lifts are particularly popular amongst celebs, including Olivia Attwood, 33, who even showed someone getting it done on her ITV show, Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection.
There's also's TOWIE veteran Chloe Sims, 43, who previously shared gory images of her getting the so-called 'one-stitch face lift'.

However, it's important to be aware of the horror side effects you may experience form this procedure, which include asymmetry, visible sutures, scars, nerve damage and skin irregularities.
Influencer Millie Taylforth paid the price when her treatment didn't heal properly and she was left looking like a 'blonde Michael Jackson" with the PDO thread poking out the tip of her nose.
The 24-year-old was using the threads to get a "non-surgical nose job" but ended up having the threads shooting out of her nose after she squeezed the entry hole.
3. Mole Removal
Mole removal is the third most popular cosmetic procedure in the UK, accounting for 4.44% of bookings at Harley Street Skin Clinic.
This procedure can be done for aesthetic and medical reasons, such as for docs to check for signs of skin cancer.
The process can be done through various methods (including excision, shaving or laser treatment) depending on the mole's size, location and type.
5 Tweakment Red Flags
Amish Patel, Award-Winning Aesthetics Practitioner, Skincare Expert at Intrigue Cosmetic Clinic shared his 5 red flags with Fabulous.
1. Cheap is not-so-cheerful
If you are searching for 'cheap Botox', cheap is often cheap for a reason. Botulinum toxin is a prescription medication, only to be carried out by the medical professional prescribing the drug. Cheap prices mean that corners are being cut.
2. 'Filler packages'
And always have a consultation BEFORE committing to any treatment. Your face is unique & what suits one face might not suit yours.
3. 'Botox parties'
If a clinic is offering 'Botox parties' avoid: alcohol and partying with friends do not mix with a medical aesthetics procedure.
4. Dirty clinics
Where do they do their treatments? Is it a clean and clinical environment? Hygiene and client safety is paramount. As with all injectables, there is potential for infection in contaminated surroundings.
5. Two-for-one deals
Don't be tempted by 'share with a friend' filler deals. Filler syringes are single-use only; changing the needle does not protect from cross-contamination.
Sarah Jessica Parker's, 60, chin mole disappeared between the 2008 and 2010 Sex and the City films, sparking controversy she later dubbed as 'mole-gate'.
Fans with similar beauty marks on their faces were gutted to no longer see it, and took to social media to express their dismay.
This resulted in SJP having to set the record straight in 2013, saying: 'I didn't object to it. I just didn't care for it.'
4. FaceTite
Coming in hot as the fourth most requested cosmetic procedure is BodyTite's little sister, FaceTite - and it accounts for 4.36% of all treatments.
Like BodyTite, it is a non-surgical contouring procedure that uses radiofrequency energy to tighten skin, reduce fat and improve overall facial appearance - but specifically for the face.
It targets areas like the face and neck, providing a more youthful look with minimal downtime compared to traditional facelift surgery.

American model Ireland Baldwin, 29, proudly had FaceTite in 2022 to get rid of a 'stubborn pocket of fat' under her china after years of insecurity.
The daughter of actor Alec Baldwin, 67, shared pictures of her swollen face afterwards and assured: 'I've had no other modifications done to my body or face.
"I've had no lip filler in my life. I've had no fillers in my face. Not that there is anything wrong with that.'
5. Anti-wrinkle Injections
We've all heard of Botox by now - the nickname for anti-wrinkle injections, derived from the OG muscle paralyser, botulinum toxin.
It accounts for nearly 4% of the treatments performed, according to research by the Harley Street Skin Clinic.
The clinic's research also found that, since 2019, 12% of all anti-ageing treatments have been for people aged 18 to 30.
Everyone from reality TV legend Kim Kardashian, 44, and acting royalty Olivia Colman, 51, have been open about their fondness towards anti-wrinkle injections.
Other celebs who have fessed to Botox are American actress Jamie Lee Curtis, 66, Canadian actress Kim Cattrall, 68, and influencer royalty Molly-Mae Hague, 25.

'Most hated city in Europe' where Brits love to go on holiday

Benidorm is one of Europe's most popular holiday destinations, welcoming some 800,000 British tourists a year - but that doesn't mean it's not also one of the most controversial Benidorm has been branded 'The worst place on Earth' by some, despite the resort town attracting roughly 800,000 British holidaymakers annually. Indeed, for certain travellers, its unenviable title stems precisely because of the influx of Brits each year. This Spanish seaside city, famous for its "strip" crammed with bars and nightclubs, revels in a reputation of limitless revelry where drunken antics and indecent exposure are as typical of the vacation experience as sunshine and sandy shores. YouTuber Ben Morris set off to Benidorm investigating whether its infamous notoriety is merited, pointing out that many attribute the resort's issues primarily to one thing: "Brits abroad." ‌ ‌ Ben observes that English is far more common than Spanish even in the scenic Old Town, stating: "Lots of people refer to Benidorm as 'Mini Britain,' with the British greatly surpassing the local population." He was taken aback by the sheer number of people thronging the streets, saying: "I knew that this was a popular holiday destination but I was really thrown off by how busy it actually was." However genteel Benidorm seems by day, the night transforms it completely, reports the Express. As darkness falls, encounters with illicit drug peddlers and, curiously, condom vendors become routine, targeting inebriated tourists to splurge their holiday funds. "I just couldn't get over how different the energy was at night-time," Ben said. "It was like feeding time at the zoo with Brits drinking and partying all down the streets." The bustling Calle Gerona is tailored for a certain type of holidaymaker. "It's just crazy walking down the strip; it's pub after pub after sports bar after pub," Ben remarked. ‌ One infamous destination in Benidorm, Sticky Vicky's, notorious for its peculiar adult performance involving unexpected objects and a woman's nether regions, remains open even after its founder passed away in 2023. Taking the limelight is María Gadea Aragüés, Vicky's own daughter, who began mastering the unconventional family talent at the tender age of 13. Ben could only stomach roughly 10 minutes of the show before he had to make a swift exit. Yet, for those seeking a break from the brash strip's neon embrace, a short ride away lies the tranquil Altea. "It's a completely different vibe to Benidorm," Ben observes, suggesting it as a serene escape when the risqué antics of Sticky Vicky's become overwhelming.

'I stayed in a UK Center Parcs dupe and the location was simply unreal'

Louise, a mum-of-two, spent three nights at the retreat with her family and was very impressed with the facilities - as well as the price tag Center Parcs is a renowned UK staycation staple for many Brits, with vast parks in some of the most beautiful, rural settings. With sites in Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Wiltshire and Newark to name a few, getting to one of these locations couldn't be easier for many holidaymakers who don't want the fuss of flying. But, with many activities costing extra once there, the parks are often touted as expensive, and can rack up quite the bill. ‌ But one mum has revealed a budget-friendly option. Louise, a mum of two children aged nine and six, has come up with a cost-effective alternative that she claims offers a comparable experience without breaking the bank. ‌ "If you're looking for a cheap Center Parcs alternative, then this could be right up your street," she said on her Bored with Kids TikTok video. "We spent three nights here for just under 500 quid, or £40 per person per night." READ MORE: 'I'm a former check-in agent and the worst time to travel is not during summer' She's talking about Sherwood Castle Retreat in Newark, Nottinghamshire, a holiday site around 14-miles from its Center Parcs competitor. In snippets from her video, Louise remarked: "It is heavily influenced by its location near Sherwood Forest and by the film Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. There are loads of original props from the movie here, including the actual reception.", reports Nottinghamshire Live. The mum took to sharing a video of their delightful woodland lodge, replete with kitchen and dining area, a snug living room complete with TV and children's bunk beds, not forgetting the alluring log burner. She explained: "The woodland lodges have hot tubs, and are pretty similar to the Centre Parcs ones with the layout," further revealing, "We even had a log burner here, which was lovely at night." She expressed additional perks: "Plus you have tennis, bowling, and swimming available before 5 pm. You can actually book out the whole pool for yourselves if you wanted. They even have a little animal farm here too. Although you probably don't wanna be staying too close to it as they have two massive cockerels and these woke us up before 5am everyday." However, the lack of Wi-Fi and underwhelming play park and mini golf offerings were downsides she didn't shy away from noting. Wrapping up her review, Louise added: "However, it is less than half the price of the cheapest Centre Parcs lodge, it's in a beautiful location, and there are loads of lovely places to visit nearby,". ‌ Louise's video has since stirred up chatter online, with viewers chiming in with their thoughts, including one who recalled, "We stayed there, it was amazing." Several followers expressed gratitude to Louise for highlighting such a gem, with comments pouring in like, "This place looks great and brilliant price." Nestled in a 40-acre woodland in the legendary Sherwood Forest, the Sherwood Castle Holiday Forest is a serene getaway situated near Rufford, Nottinghamshire, just two miles south of Ollerton and a mere stone's throw, 20 miles north, from Nottingham. Offering an enchanting escape, the retreat boasts seven different styles of cosy detached pine lodges that can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 8 people, with some boasting their own private jacuzzis. Set amongst the rustling trees of this storied forest, guests are greeted every morning by the tranquil sounds of nature. ‌ The lodges come complete with modern comforts like en-suites stocked with complimentary toiletries, fitted kitchens for self-catering stays, toasty fireplaces, and televisions. Several units also offer a mix of double and bunk bedrooms, catering perfectly to family holidays. Facilities and activities Visitors looking to immerse themselves in the Robin Hood legend will find no shortage of activities, including: ‌ Movie buffs of "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves" will delight at props from the movie, thoughtfully displayed throughout the park, enhancing the magical ambiance connected to the Lore of Robin Hood and providing a truly distinctive experience right in the cradle of English history. How to get there Sherwood Castle Holiday Forest is situated on Rufford Lane. To avoid a wet crossing, it's advised that visitors use the entrance from Wellow side of Rufford Lane, staying clear of the ford (stream). Journeying by Train from London: Hop on an LNER service departing from London King's Cross to Newark North Gate (a swift travel time of 1 hour 27 minutes), followed by a short taxi or bus jaunt that will whisk you to the tranquillity of Sherwood Forest, close to Ollerton. By Car from London: Head north on the M25 to A1(M), continue on the A1 past Peterborough, take the A614 exit towards Ollerton/Rufford, then follow Rufford Lane from the Wellow end - total journey approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes, covering 120-130 miles from London. Where to book The retreat can be booked on various sites, including their own website, where a stay begins at £92 per day at the time of writing. And Paul has now revealed the two are already goading each other privately over social media - as all's fair in love and war. He said: "It was all nice, we've been cordial. He DMd me today like saying "LOL" to one of my training clips and then I sent him a "LOL" of of him getting knocked out. "And so I guess like we're kind of s*** talking, behind the scenes a bit. Joshua, 35, is yet to fight since being KO'd by Daniel Dubois, 27, at Wembley in September having undergone elbow surgery in May. Promoter Eddie Hearn revealed AJ hopes to return before the year is over - meanwhile Paul faces ex-middleweight world champ Julio Cesar Chavez Jr on June 28. "So cruiserweight is definitely the perfect weight for me." Paul will come down from 16st 2lb to the 200lb cruiserweight limit of 14st 4lb to face Chavez in California. It followed after Canelo Alvarez, 34, pulled out of a shock deal to fight Paul in Las Vegas on May 3 - instead signing with Saudi Arabia's Turki Alalshikh. Canelo - who beat Chavez on points in 2017 - regained his undisputed super-middleweight titles with victory over William Scull in May. And now he defends the 168lb thrown in a September 13 super-fight against unbeaten American Terence Crawford, 37, as Paul was forced to look elsewhere. But he said: "Chavez and I have been going back and forth for a long time and he's always been a great opponent on the list of someone that I wanted to fight. "And now it made perfect sense to go up against him as a former world champion and just continuing to further my resume and get more time under the lights." Paul also revealed he is in talks to fight current cruiserweight champions Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez, 33, and Badou Jack, 41. And with Gervonta Davis, 30, also lined up for an exhibition bout - Paul says he is boxing's most desired man. He joked: I'm like like Megan Fox from Transformers movie like everyone wants me! So there's not enough time to do it all and it could make sense. Look, it might. "It might line up but at the end of the day, there's 100 people that want to fight me. I got Canelo, Gervonta, Anthony Joshua, Badou, Zurdo, Tommy Fury, KSI, the list keeps on going. "It's just about what makes sense and we'll see when the negotiations come but I would for sure entertain a fight with him." 6 Jake Paul faces Julio Cesar Chavez Jr next Credit: Reuters
