NSE SME Mayasheel Ventures constructs a strong market entry

Shares of Mayasheel Ventures were trading at Rs 58.15 on the NSE, a premium of 23.72% compared with the issue price of Rs 47.
The scrip was listed at Rs 58, a premium of 23.40% compared with the initial public offer (IPO) price. The stock was currently up 0.26% over its listing price.
The counter hit a high of Rs 60 and a low of Rs 58. About 26.13 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the counter.
Mayasheel Ventures' IPO was subscribed 216.50 times. The issue opened for bidding on 20 June 2025 and it closed on 24 June 2025. The price band of the IPO was set at Rs 44 to 47 per share.
The IPO comprised fresh issue of 58,05,000 shares. The promoter and promoter shareholding diluted to 67.76% from 91.97% pre-IPO.
The company intends to utilize the net proceeds for funding capital expenditure requirements for the purchase of equipment or machineries, funding the working capital requirement and for general corporate purpose.
Ahead of the IPO, Mayasheel Ventures on 19 June 2025, raised Rs 7.75 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 16.50 lakh shares at Rs 47 per share to 5 anchor investor.
Mayasheel Ventures is involved in the business of construction of roads and highways for NHIDCL (National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation) and other government departments. The company transacts the business to construct, build, alter, convert, improve, design, establish, develop, dismantle, reconstruct all types of technically complex constructions and high value projects like expressways, national highways, flyovers, bridges. As of 31 March 2025, the company had a total of 294 permanent employees.
In the year ended FY25, the company's revenue from operations stood at Rs 171 crore, while profit after tax was at Rs 11.33 crore.

Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels by Lemon Tree Hotels, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels. The company reported a 26.37% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 84.64 crore, while revenue from operations rose 15.64% to Rs 378.51 crore in Q4 March 2025 over Q4 March 2024. The counter rose 0.18% to Rs 138.40 on the BSE.

Valiant Communications hit an upper circuit of 5% at Rs 750.25 after the company announced that it has received the final confirmed purchase order from Tejas Networks. The order involves the supply and commissioning of communication, protection and synchronization equipment for a project undertaken by Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation (GETCO), the end-user. The total value of the order stands at Rs 37.46 crore and execution is scheduled to be completed by 30 June 2026, according to the companys regulatory filing. Valiant Communications also clarified that the transaction does not involve any related parties, and that neither the promoters, the promoter group, nor any group companies have any financial interest in the awarding entity. Valiant Communications is a manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of communications, transmission, protection, synchronization, NAS data storage equipment and cyber security products. It is an approved manufacturer to some of the major power utilities including Power Grid Corporation (India) and various National and State Electricity Boards, with track record of successful installations in more than 5,500+ power sub-stations worldwide including at 765kV, 440kV, 400kV, 384kV, 220kV, 132kV, 110kV, 66kV and 33kV power sub-stations. The companys consolidated net profit surged 69.5% to Rs 4.22 crore in Q4 FY25 as against Rs 2.49 crore posted in Q4 FY24. Revenue from operations jumped 21.1% YoY to Rs 16.12 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2025.
