Texas A&M 2025 Spring Transfer Portal Tracker
Texas A&M football has entered its second year under coach Mike Elko, and the team is currently in the midst of spring football. On Wednesday, the 10-day spring portal officially began, and hundreds of players have already entered in the hopes of finding a better fit to continue their college careers.
The Aggies currently have every scholarship accounted for, but due to rules, they do not have to be under the SEC-mandated scholarship limit of 85 until the fall semester starts in late August. There will be the natural evolution of the roster with players moving of via the portal or for medical reasons. While there might not be as much of a need as last season, expect the Aggies to add depth in key areas. For a deeper look at where A&M you can read here where they might look to add a few players.

Michigan State football offers 3-star North Carolina RB Jamal Rule Michigan State football has identified another running back prospect they'd like to add to their 2026 class. Jamal Rule of Charlotte announced on Monday that he's received an offer from the Spartans. Rule made the Michigan State offer known by posting on his social media X account. Rule is a three-star running back prospect in the 2026 class, according to 247Sports. He holds a recruiting rating of 87.26 and is ranked as the No. 46 running back in 247Sports' composite rankings for the 2026 class. Michigan State is one of nearly 15 schools to offer Rule, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Boston College, Nebraska, Syracuse, NC State, Virginia Tech, Arkansas, Pitt, Wisconsin, Appalachian State, James Madison, Liberty, Miami (OH) and Elon. The offer for Rule from the Spartans comes on the same day that four-star running back Damon Ferguson committed to Pitt over Michigan State. The Spartans have yet to land a running back commitment in the 2026 class and it appears Rule may be their next big target they are focusing on moving forward. MSU football set to host 3-star WR Rai'shawn Elmore for official visit this week A three-star wide receiver prospect from North Carolina is set to take an official visit to Michigan State this week. Rai'shawn Elmore of Indian Trail, N.C. will be taking an official visit to Michigan State this upcoming weekend. Elmore posted on his social media X account about the upcoming visit to Michigan State on Monday. Elmore is a three-star prospect in the 2026 class, according to 247Sports. He holds a recruiting rating of 86 on 247Sports, and ranks as the No. 195 wide receiver within the class. He is also ranked as the No. 42 player from North Carolina in the class. Michigan State is one of only a few schools to offer Elmore at this point in his recruitment. According to 247Sports, he also holds offers from East Carolina, Charlotte, Appalachian State, Coastal Carolina, Liberty and James Madison. Elmore has already taken an official visit to Charlotte last weekend, and is scheduled to visit East Carolina next weekend. Brown recently traveled to the most "dangerous gym in America" to test his mind, body, and spirit. Brown is taking things to another level, and that means taking second-year wide receiver Ainias Smith under his wing. Recently, Brown and Smith ran the steps at Lincoln Financial Field, followed by Brown giving the versatile pass catcher from Texas A&M advice on "visualizing your goals' and "manifesting your success." Brown's words are powerful and can resonate with anyone regardless of what phase of life you're currently embarking on. While talking to Smith, Brown told the second-year wide receiver that seeing himself up on a fresh, new banner outside the stadium has left him hungry for more. Brown is having a great off-season, and in Pro Football Focus's ranking of the top 32 NFL wide receivers, landed the top spot, with DeVonta Smith in the top 20. Despite missing three games due to injury, A.J. Brown led the team with 1,079 receiving yards. He also ranked 1st in receiving average (16.1) (min. 60 catches) and 3rd in receiving yards per game (83.0) (min. 13 games), behind Ja'Marr Chase (100.5) and Justin Jefferson (90.2). Smith posted a career-high 8 TDs in the regular season and hauled in a 46-yard TD in Super Bowl LIX.
