Last week she gushed that she is happier than ever as she revealed she has gained three stone.
The beauty said that she is pleased she 'no longer looks like a twig', in an X post last Tuesday.
Chelsea admitted that she previously only weighed seven stone (100lb) before she put on the extra weight, now making her a healthy 10 stone.
She penned: 'God forbid a girl decides she no longer wants to look like a twig. An extra 40lb does ALOT lemme tell ya.
''Chelsea you look so different' - yeah I was 100lb looking malnourished before xx'.
The TV personality has been sharing her new body on Instagram and fans praised her for looking the 'hottest version' of herself and 'looking healthy'.
They wrote: 'Oh that gurl got some happy weight; This is the hottest version of chelsea we've ever seen'; 'That weight gain looks beautiful on you';
'Thick love the weight on you'; 'You looking so healthy'; 'It's the getting thick for me'; 'Wooooooow. You look so voluptuous and gorgeous girl !!!';

It comes after Chelsea suffered a social media blunder on Monday as she shared a clip from a 'date' she was on in Los Angeles.
The star split from husband Jeff last year and while she has been declared legally single, she is said to still be negotiating a divorce settlement.
Yet Chelsea was keen to show the world she was moving on as she took to Instagram to share a video of herself at a swanky restaurant, captioning the video: 'On a date kinda nervous...'
However, visible in the video there was clearly another woman's clutch bag and a camera, suggesting that her 'date' was nothing more than a social media opportunity taken by a friend.
MailOnline has contacted Chelsea's representatives for comment.
In December it was reported that Chelsea and Jeff whose divorce has played out in public on her Netflix reality series, had been declared legally single.
However, the exes still had the potentially difficult task of divvying up their assets before their divorce could be finalized.

Although Chelsea was the first of the two to file for divorce, the process was slowed down as they struggled to come to a swift agreement on a settlement.
In his previous filing, Jeff reportedly told the judge that he and his ex would still settle custody and support issues regarding their children, as well as their asset split, once they were both declared single.
Chelsea had previously requested joint physical and legal custody when she filed for divorce.
The real estate expert and her ex-husband — who is a managing partner at the ad agency Icon Media Group, which was founded by his mother — share two children: son Maddox Ali Lavon, five, and daughter Melia Iman, four.
The Selling Sunset star previously filed to divorce her estranged husband in March of this year, citing irreconcilable differences.
A week after her filing, Jeff shared his own filing, which also cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, though he accused Chelsea of being 'physically aggressive' in his documents.
He accused her of hitting him in the face shortly before his filing, which allegedly broke his glasses and gave him a small cut.
He also accused her of installing a lock on the master bedroom of their $2.9 million, five-bedroom Manhattan Beach home — which he said he is the primary owner of — and of remotely monitoring his visits to the home.
Jeff claimed in his filing that his reality star wife had been 'exhibiting suspicious behavior,' and he claimed that some of his personal belongings had disappeared from the home.
Due to their conflict over the marital home, Jeff had requested that the judge overseeing their divorce prevent either of them from living full-time at the home.
Instead, he request that Chelsea only be allowed in the house for two hours at a time while under supervision.
The two had been married since 2017, when they tied the knot at the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California.
In 2022, Chelsea revealed to DailyMail.com that her future husband was her first Tinder date after she moved to Los Angeles.
The real estate agent, who was born in North London to Nigerian immigrant parents, said she had only planned to live in California as long as it took to get her MBA, so she was hesitant to put herself on the dating market.
But after giving the dating app a try around 2015, she and Jeff instantly clicked.
'We spoke about 15 times before getting together. I don't want to waste my time and give my energy to somebody if I don't think it will be worth it,' she explained.
'I felt like I knew him before we even met, and the connection was immediate.'
The origins of Chelsea's split from Jeff were explored in the latest season of Selling Sunset, in which her colleagues accused him of carrying on an affair.

Outcry after Boston teen arrested by Ice agents on way to volleyball practice
Trump administration officials sparked a massive protest on Sunday in a Boston suburb after immigration agents detained a high school student on his way to volleyball practice while they were seeking his father. The high schooler in question, 18-year-old Marcelo Gomes Da Silva, entered the United States on a student visa, according to a lawsuit filed on his behalf after his arrest. While his student visa status has lapsed, he is eligible for and intends to apply for asylum. Nonetheless, the head of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Ice) on Monday defended his agency's actions, saying the teen in question is 'in this country illegally and we're not going to walk away from anybody'. Gomes was arrested Saturday in Milford, Massachusetts, where he lives. Ice's acting director Todd Lyons and Patricia Hyde – who directs the agency's enforcement and removal operations in Boston – acknowledged Gomes was not the target of the immigration investigation that led to his arrest and that authorities instead were seeking his father, who remains at large. But the Milford high school student had been driving his father's vehicle when he was arrested following a traffic stop, Lyons said. Lyons said that when authorities encounter someone in the country illegally, 'we will take action on that'. 'We're doing the job that Ice should have been doing all along,' he said. 'We enforce all immigration laws.' The state's Democratic governor, Maura Healey, said she was 'disturbed and outraged' by Gomes's arrest. And hundreds rallied in Milford on Sunday to protest Gomes's detention. A federal judge issued an emergency order on Sunday preventing authorities from transferring Gomes out of Massachusetts for at least 72 hours in response to his lawsuit arguing that he was unlawfully detained. Taylor Swift splashes out eye-watering sum on revenge look to dine with BFF Selena Gomez after buying masters
Taylor Swift looked dressed for revenge in a stunning head-to-toe Gucci ensemble after finally gaining ownership of the master recordings of her first six albums. While celebrating the end of her very long and public battle to own her music, the pop star, 35, emerged for a rare girls' night out with her longtime friend Selena Gomez. For the occasion, the Lover hitmaker rocked a black and silver tank top complete with a sequined trim and matching miniskirt, which showcased her toned legs. The 14-time Grammy winner paired her timeless look with a pair of silver metallic platform sandals ($1,190) and Gucci Bamboo 1947 mini bag, which retails for $4,700. Swift's accessories included her custom $6,875 diamond friendship bracelet from her boyfriend Travis Kelce and $3,490 ring from Shahla Karimi Jewelry. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The most expensive and dazzling part of her outfit was her $36,000 Arpeggia One Line earrings, which brought up the total of her look to over $55,000. Meanwhile, Gomez, 32, turned heads in a khaki suit with a plunging brown halter top and a sharp blazer tied over her shoulders. The pals were enjoying a girls' night out at The Monkey Bar in New York City, known for its $36 ice-cold martinis, Crab Rangoon, dry-aged New York strip and truffle monkey bread. Although it is unknown who picked up the check at dinner, Gomez may have put her card down as Swift just splashed out around $360 million to purchase the rest of her music catalog. On Friday, the Cats actress revealed that she struck a settlement with private equity firm Shamrock Capital, which purchased the rights to the records from music mogul Scooter Braun in November 2020. In a hand-written letter posted on her website, Swift, who is worth over $1 billion, claims the money she made from her lucrative Eras tour last year has helped bankroll the purchase of her old material and 'her entire life's work'. She said: 'All I've ever wanted was the opportunity to work hard enough to be able to one day purchase my music outright with no strings attached, no partnership, with full autonomy. ' Swift then thanked Shamrock Capital for their 'honest, fair and respectful' way they handled the deal, adding: 'I really felt like they saw it for what it was to me: My memories and my sweat and my handwriting and my decades of dreams.' She then joked: 'My first tattoo might just be a huge shamrock in the middle of my forehead.' Justin Bieber's old manager Scooter controversially acquired the rights to Taylor's material for S300million after buying her old record label, Big Machine Media, in 2019 before selling them on to Shamrock Capital for profit. The Love Story singer, who branded Scooter a 'bully' for tactics, was unaware of his plan and also claimed when she previously approached Big Machine label head Scott Borchetta about buying her masters beforehand, he allegedly would only sell her them one at a time, starting from her earliest, least-profitable recordings. In exchange for the option to buy the masters back, Taylor claimed she would have to record a new album for the label in exchange for each old recording she bought, shackling her to Big Machine for years to come just when she was eager to leave the label. The singer posted an emotional Tumblr telling fans she made the 'excruciating choice to leave behind my past. 'Music I wrote on my bedroom floor and videos I dreamed up and paid for from the money I earned playing in bars, then clubs, then arenas, then stadiums.' She added: 'Never in my worst nightmares did I imagine the buyer would be Scooter. 'Any time Scott Borchetta has heard the words 'Scooter Braun' escape my lips, it was when I was either crying or trying not to. 'He knew what he was doing; they both did. Controlling a woman who didn't want to be associated with them. In perpetuity. That means forever.' She added that when she heard the news: 'All I could think about was the incessant, manipulative bullying I've received at his hands for years.' Swift then listed a string of examples accusing Kim Kardashian and Kanye West – then Braun's client – of bullying. Shamrock acquired the master recordings to Taylor Swift, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989 and Reputation – which Taylor has now regained ownership of, having previously led a campaign to re-record her first six albums, four of which she's successfully completed. Reputation (Taylor's Version) was heavily tipped to be her next release and the singer addressed the rumors in her open letter, saying it's the 'one album I thought couldn't be improved upon by redoing it' but teased she may still record another version, as well as offer up 'unreleased Vault tracks' from that album. Taylor says she has re-recorded the entirety of her debut self-titled album which, like Reputation, will 're-emerge when the time is right.' Music sources had previously claimed Scooter played a role in helping Taylor and Shamrock Capital agree a deal for the buy-back, in a bid to claim much-needed positive PR in wake of her career imploding following his feud with the singer. In a hand-written letter posted on her website, Swift, who is worth over $1 billion, claims the money she made from her lucrative Eras tour last year has helped bankroll the purchase of her old material and 'her entire life's work' Swift then thanked Shamrock Capital for their 'honest, fair and respectful' way they handled the deal, adding: 'I really felt like they saw it for what it was to me: My memories and my sweat and my handwriting and my decades of dreams' But according to sources close to the contract negotiations, he played zero part. An insider told MailOnline: 'Contrary to a previous false report, there was no outside party who 'encouraged' this sale. 'All rightful credit for this opportunity should go to the partners at Shamrock Capital and Taylor's Nashville-based management team only. Taylor now owns all of her music, and this moment finally happened in spite of Scooter Braun, not because of him.'
