A BRAZILIAN bodybuilder has died in front of a horrified audience after collapsing mid-competition.
Wanderson Da Silva Moreira, 30, fell ill at an event in Campo Grande on Saturday.

Reports from Brazil suggest Wanderson, from the city of Rondonopolis, suffered a cardiac arrest.
He had been competing in the Pantanal Contest, a gateway to Mr Olympia Brazil and the Arnold Classic South America.
Eyewitnesses said Wanderson appeared unsteady on his feet before collapsing on stage in front of judges and a live audience.
He was treated for over an hour by medical staff, but was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
Wanderson's devastated coach wrote on social media: "I have no words to describe the depth of sadness and shock I still feel.
"He was not an athlete, he was a great friend, a family man, a man with a huge heart who was always willing to help those who needed him.
"We can only mourn his loss and ask God to comfort especially his family and all of us.
"You are and always will be part of our team and family."
The event was being held in the Jose Abrao Gymnasium and was part of a national bodybuilding federation programme.
According to a friend who accompanied him, Wanderson had complained of feeling unwell earlier in the day, per Newsflash.
But he had insisted on competing at the event held at the Jose Abrao Gymnasium.
The friend also confirmed the athlete had a history of high blood pressure.
Wanderson is survived by his wife and two children.
A spokesperson for the competition organisers expressed condolences but declined to comment.

The Magpies are understood to have submitted an enquiry for the winger, with discussions at an early stage. Forest would demand a lofty fee for the former Man United man having previously rebuffed a £35m approach from Newcastle in January. Regarding Mbeumo, United still have to agree terms with Brentford over the forward, with Thomas Frank having warned the Bees have a very lofty asking price in mind. Speaking earlier this month, he said: "It is clear that if he is to be sold, it must be for a nice, nice amount. It is a lot. Really a lot. Then it is clear that it is impossible to replace him one for one. It cannot be done. "There is a reason why he costs x number of million pounds, and we do not have x number of million pounds to buy for." Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed that he will not be at the Club World Cup, despite comments from FIFA president Gianni Infantino last month suggesting he would be Crstiano Ronaldo says he will not play at the Club World Cup after rejecting offers from teams involved in the tournament. Ronaldo is out of contract with Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr this month and it remains to be seen what the future holds for the 40-year-old. FIFA president Gianni Infantino, the architect behind the revamped Club World Cup, suggested last month that Ronaldo could still play despite Al-Nassr failing to qualify. Speaking to American streamer IShowSpeed, Infantino said: "Ronaldo might play for one of the teams as well at the Club World Cup. "There are discussions. Yeah, Cristiano Ronaldo might play in the Club World Cup, yeah. There are discussions with some clubs, so if any club is watching and is interested in hiring Ronaldo for the Club World Cup…who knows, who knows." However, despite approaches from clubs, Ronaldo has rejected the chance to feature at the tournament. "I will not be at the Club World Cup," he said. "Some teams reached out to me. Some made sense and others did not, but you can't try and do everything. You can't catch every ball." Fluminense president Mario Bittencourt recently revealed that he had approached Ronaldo's agent, Jorge Mendes, about playing for the Brazilian club for the tournament. Bittencourt said: "I have a relationship with Jorge. "Not a very close one but, if I call him, he answers. I asked him if there was any chance of Cristiano playing in the Club World Cup. Former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara has suggested his former club could hijack Manchester United's transfer move for Bryan Mbeumo. The Red Devils have reportedly agreed personal terms with the Brentford star, who has indicated his desire to join United in the summer window. But United have so far been unable to agree a fee with Brentford with the Bees rejecting an initial bid worth £45m plus £10m in add-ons. United have since increased their offer – more than £60m – but O'Hara has argued Spurs could dive in at the last minute to sign Mbeumo instead. Brentford manager Thomas Frank is thought to be the leading contender to replace Ange Postecoglou, who was dramatically dismissed on Friday.
