Each of the 91 shell-and-core office units – offered as half floor and full floor offices – has been designed with customisation and efficiency in mind. Behind the aesthetics lies serious innovation: Lumena is on track to secure Platinum certifications from LEED, WELL, WiredScore, and SmartScore – making it one of the most future-focused commercial developments in the region.

A private Executive Club, high-performance Wellness Suite, and the city's first commercial Sky Theatre are seamlessly integrated into the building's upper floors.
