CADBURY is launching a brand new Dairy Milk flavour bar within days.
The Sun can exclusively reveal, the chocolatier has announced the launch of its new Dairy Milk Iced Latte bar.

Cadbury has launched a special chocolate bar that blends its classic Dairy Milk chocolate with a creamy coffee filling and crunchy biscuit pieces.
It also releases four limited-edition Dairy Milk Summer Edition bars with unique packaging.
This packaging changes its appearance when chilled, thanks to special thermochromic technology, revealing bright, summery designs.
The new chocolate bars will hit the shelves in June and will be available throughout the summer period.
Mara Popa, Brand Manager at Cadbury's parent company Mondelez, said: "We know that over half the nation is already chilling their chocolate, and we're ready to truly embrace this debate!
"With our limited-edition Cadbury Dairy Milk Summer Edition Bars and innovative colour-changing packaging, we're celebrating the fun and unique ways people enjoy their chocolate.
"This special pack design highlights the chilled chocolate trend in a playful way – so whether you are team fridge or team cupboard, the choice is yours!"
Cadbury has more new products coming next month.
It is adding to their Twirl range with a limited-edition Twirl White Dipped bar, which will be available from early June 2025.
This new version combines the classic Twirl milk chocolate layers with a smooth coating of white chocolate.
The iconic chocolate brand shared the news in a post on Facebook earlier this month.
"OK but we've really outdone ourselves with this one," it told chocoholics.
It described the new flavour as "unreal, indulgent, smooth, swirly, creamy, melty, new, and mouthwatering."
However, the confectionery veterans also revealed that this new buy "won't be around forever".
So once this exciting new bar hits shelves, Cadbury fans may want to stock up while they can.
"Introducing Twirl White Dipped, keep your eyes peeled for when you can get your hands on it," the post read.
The launch image showed the famous flaky texture of a Twirl bar en-coated in white chocolate instead classic milk chocolate.
Cadbury representatives confirmed the bar is set to hit shelves on June 2.

Making a comeback
Earlier this month, chocolate fans were buzzing with excitement after spotting a new Cadbury treat that brings back fond memories of a beloved classic.
The discovery was shared in the popular Facebook group, Food Finds UK, where shoppers were quick to notice its striking similarity to the nostalgic Cadbury Tasters.
The new treat, named Cadbury Dairy Milk Balls, is said to resemble the discontinued Tasters, which first appeared in 1996.
These small, round Dairy Milk chocolates were similar to Maltesers but lacked the crunchy centre.
Despite their rich, chocolatey taste, Cadbury Tasters were quietly discontinued in the mid-2000s due to low sales.
However, it's clear that fans have never forgotten them.

Katie Price has given an update on her son Harvey's weight loss treatment, as she revealed he was due to start a course of Ozempic -style jabs next week. The former glamour model, 47, previously revealed the 23-year-old son was going on the weight-loss injections in a bid to help improve his life, after his weight reached almost 30 stone. Harvey is blind, autistic, has septo-optic dysplasia, and is one of the 2,000 people in the UK with Prader-Willi syndrome, a genetic disorder. A recognised symptom of his Prader-Willi syndrome is constant hunger, leaving Katie fearful for Harvey's health without further intervention, after already trying a number of different weight loss strategies over the years. Speaking on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, with her sister Sophie, the mother-of-five gave fans an update on her eldest child. She explained that she set to perform at Portsmouth Pride this week and that Harvey was joining her on the trip. Mounjaro is the brand name for the drug tirzepatide, and has been hailed as the 'King Kong' of slimming jabs - more effective for shifting the pounds than similar drugs like Ozempic. In April, Katie said she was 'heartbroken' by Harvey's weight increase, as she explained how it had left him struggling to walk and at risk of a heart attack. She took to her Snapchat to explain how she wanted him to start Mounjaro as soon as possible, to improve his quality of life. She said: 'I'm so heartbroken and gutted that his weight is just going up. I just googled it in stones, 188kg is just a few kg of being 30 stone. 'It's so bad now, I'm still waiting for the doctors to get back to me starting on the Mounjaro and his journey to a healthy life.' She went on to say how difficult it was watching Harvey's ongoing fight, but vowed she would get him through it. Katie said: 'It's so sad his quality of life at the moment where he's so big, he just can't really do much. 'It's just another thing I have to deal with because he's at high risk of having a heart attack, he struggles to put his trainers or struggles to walk anywhere but I love him and I'm going to help him through this. 'So sad, obesity and his condition is sad, it's sad to see someone go through it and he doesn't understand.' Katie first revealed her intention to for Harvey to start using weight loss jabs in February, after consulting with his doctors. Speaking to The Sun to raise awareness, she explained that his medical professionals advised he may be taking the jabs for up to two years. She said: 'It's really, really serious and life-changing for Harvey. He's at risk of a heart attack, and because of his condition, he's not getting any smaller. 'He's putting on weight. It doesn't matter what we do. So the doctors are doing it to give him a better, longer life, and for his health.' The TV personality added: 'The good thing about starting him on the drug is, if it has any effect, you can stop it because you do it weekly. We've tried food, he's had dieticians, it's just the way he is. 'They want to try him on it for at least one or two years, which is a long time, but they'll control what level he needs then up it as they assess it.' It comes only a week after Katie shared a loving tribute to Harvey to mark his 23rd birthday, with series of throwback snaps of them together. Among them was a smiling selfie of her and Harvey together on the beach and another picture of her son planting a kiss on her cheek. In a caption, she gushed over her 'forever love' for her son and shared her excitement over spending Harvey's birthday with him. Harvey's biological father is former footballer Dwight York, who briefly dated Katie in 2001, breaking up soon after Katie fell pregnant with her eldest child. Other potential issues include learning difficulties, lack of sexual development and behavioral problems such as tantrums or stubbornness. The rare condition, which affects one in every 15,000 children born in England, is caused by a defect on chromosome number 15 - and happens by chance. Because there is no cure, treatment aims to manage the symptoms – with parents of sufferers urged to get their children to stick to a healthy, balanced diet. Children with the syndrome can eat up to six times more than children of the same age – and still feel hungry. It was first described in 1956 by Swiss doctors A Prader, A Labhart and H Willi.

Northern Ireland's most exciting novelist – who's making her debut in her 50s

To her pupils, she is still Ms Erskine, head of English at a Belfast secondary school. But a mid-life foray into fiction writing now means Wendy Erskine has a second identity as one of Northern Ireland's hottest new authors. So instead of discussing a Greek myth with a Key Stage 3 class or something by Tennessee Williams with her A Level students, Erskine, who is 57, is in London to discuss her own debut novel. The Benefactors is a polyphonic narrative about Belfast, class, parenting, and the aftermath of a sexual assault, served up with an undertow of politics. 'The Troubles is in the deep structure [of the book]. To me, it is in the deep structure of life in Northern Ireland,' she tells me, sipping a coffee in the basement cafe at The Ragged School, a Victorian free school set up by Dr Barnardo. Her novel is the latest in a wave of cultural lodestones drawing attention to Northern Ireland. She reels off a list, which ranges from TV dramas such as Blue Lights and Derry Girls to the controversial rap trio Kneecap, notorious for their inflammatory political messages. Books such as Patrick Radden Keefe's Say Nothing, Anna Burns's Milkman and Michael Magee's Close to Home also come to mind. 'They have all been instrumental, one way or another, in developing a greater awareness of the place in all its strangeness and sadness and energy and beauty,' she says, the spit of 1970s-era Debbie Harry, with her blonde blunt fringe, her green short-sleeved sweater a perfect match with the cafe's artily peeling walls. This doesn't mean The Troubles are having a cultural moment, she adds. 'With respect, we're talking about 3,500 people having been killed.' In her novel, 'the benefactors' of the title are a group of parents trying to atone for their sons' crimes. Benefactors is also the name of a sleazy website – also known as Bennyz – where men make payments, or 'beneficence', to women for talking dirty and more. 'This place, the Ragged School,' she says, pointing to the room we're in, 'is celebrating something good but I'm also looking at the more pejorative dimension of the benefactor. The idea that the benefactor is getting something out of [their charity]. That they're possibly on a bit of an ego trip.' 'Beneficence. Sounds so fancy,' thinks Misty Johnston, a central protagonist in the novel, whose Bennyz profile is based on the Victorian poet Elizabeth Barrett Browning. Johnston's Bennyz outfit is a white blouse with a lace collar and black satin ribbon bow to stand out from the booty-short-and-bra-top-wearing girls, although she draws the line at copying the Victorian poet's actual hairstyle – 'like she had just got a really good curly blow dry, except someone had flatted it on top… She's hoping to make at least a little bit of cash,' Erskine writes, her deadpan humour one of the book's many joys. (Her Instagram bio – 'lady writer not on the TV' – is a play on the Dire Straits song, Lady Writer. 'I was poking fun at my obscurity,' she says, smiling.) Double-edged narratives are Erskine's forte, something she discovered by chance in 2015 after using her free Monday afternoons to take a six-month fiction workshop run by Dublin-based Stinging Fly magazine. She 'fell into short story writing' after Declan Meade, the Stinging Fly publisher, asked her to put together a collection. 'I was 49 and I knew this was a one-off opportunity. I tried to appear all dynamic and said, 'I could write you a story every six weeks.'' The upshot, Sweet Home, which was set in east Belfast and published in Ireland by Stinging Fly Press in 2018, was a searing success. A second, equally lauded, collection, Dance Move, followed in 2022. Short story writing hadn't appealed initially. 'You know how people talk about them, the silversmithing metaphors: every word in its place, burnished. I found that really off-putting.' But they were a 'pragmatic choice' because they didn't take long. 'It's a very democratic form. If you have stuff going on, there is a satisfaction in getting a short story completed. And I absolutely adored it. I realised how flexible they are.' What they weren't was 'rookie prep' for a novel – at least not intentionally. What changed was wanting to stick with the same characters. 'I thought it would be gorgeous for me to get to reside in a world for longer than six or seven weeks,' she says. Her familiarity with the short story form also pushed her to try something different with her novel, which features cameos from 50 different voices reacting to the book's central drama, a sexual assault. The floating first voice eases us into what happened. 'When I heard them talking the other week in the shop, about that girl Misty and those three rich guys, to be fair I didn't know what to think, I mean, Bennyz and all that, but when I checked her out online she was nowhere near as slutty looking as I thought she'd be.' A second fragmented voice describes the house where the assault occurs. 'The weeping cherry is, to my mind, the most elegant tree… There is one in the neighbouring front garden. Sad to say, in that house some boys are meant to have taken advantage of a young girl,' Erskine writes, before turning to one of the main characters, Frankie, who is stepmother to one of the 'rich guys' named by the first voice. 'I didn't want a novel I could tell as a short story. I wanted something energetic and complicated with a cacophony of voices,' she adds. 'It's arbitrary who writers choose to be their central characters. Often when I'm reading, there will be a scene between two characters in a cafe, and I'm wondering what the waiter is thinking or the person at the next table.' It's an absorbing and clever structure that feels fresh and exciting, rather like Erskine, who makes me long to be re-taking A-level English provided I get her as my teacher. Have any of her students read her work? She laughs. 'I don't think I've ever had a conversation with any pupils about my writing. Worlds end up being compartmentalised.' In a quirk of the Northern Irish exam system, which may help to account for their superior share of top grades compared with England and Wales, students can choose two of the novels they study for A-level English. 'They have to get approval from the exam board but I'd be delighted and thrilled if they wanted to read The Benefactors,' she says. Erskine, who is married with two grown-up children, admits trying her hand once before at writing something long-form, when she was living in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, teaching English after studying at Glasgow University. 'But it was dreadful,' she says. Now, though, she seems to be on a roll – with two film scripts, more short stories and another novel on the go, there is plenty more Erskine to come. She is sanguine about finding success in her 50s. 'This whole idea of the wunderkind thing, I love that, it's absolutely great. But I would query someone's judgement, to be honest, if they thought that the most exciting fiction was more likely to be written by someone under 35. Like, why? But neither do I think that older writers have universally achieved Zen wisdom. It just depends on the individual.' She adds: 'I think things have changed. There is more of an understanding that literature, that art in general, isn't necessarily the province of the young. I'd get very excited if someone in their 60s had their first novel out. That's a wow. That's interesting. I don't think [my stories] are young people's stories. 'I don't think this novel is a young person's novel. At the same time, that's a very seductive narrative to tell yourself, that things could only have worked out the way they've worked out. But you can't go back.'
