TIL there used to be a water slide at an amusement park in the Netherlands where you were entirely submerged in a tunnel the entire time: 15-20 seconds. Let's just say I would not be going down that slide. I was just thinking I should start wearing my glasses more mind. This is one of the only circumstances in which it's okay not to wipe. I wish I hadn't seen this. :( Time to turn around and back away as fast as you can! I would suggest using another pump! I do not enjoy this photo! Accidental blaze damages two units at Meadows West Apartments
LAFAYETTE, La. () — An accidental fire in Lafayette Parish caused damage to two apartments and minor injuries for an occupant. Lafayette firefighters responded to the Meadows West Apartments on 201 High Meadows Boulevard for a reported apartment fire at 4:20 pm. Officials said when they arrived smoke was coming from the apartment. Firefighters entered the unit and conducted a search for occupants. The only occupant, at the time, exited the apartment as firefighters arrived. Officials located the fire in the kitchen and extinguished it within ten minutes. Close Thanks for signing up! The adjoining apartment also sustained smoke and minor water damage. According to officials the occupant was cooking prior to falling asleep. He was evaluated on the scene and later transported to a local hospital. The fire was ruled an accident.
