Doechii, Lucy Dacus, Clairo Lead 2025 All Things Go New York Lineup
Doechii, Lucy Dacus, and Clairo sit atop the bill for the New York edition of the 2025 All Things Go New York, taking place Sept. 26 through 28 at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens.
Twenty-four artists will perform across the three-day event, with Dacus and Djo kicking things off on September 26, and additional performances from Gigi Perez, Rachel Chinouriri, Maude Latour, the Aces, Sarah Kinsley, and Goldie Boutilier.

Day two (Sept. 27) will feature a headlining set from Doechii, as well as performances from Remi Wolf, Lola Young, Griff, Peach PRC, Michelle, Alameda, and Sunday 1994. And on the final day (Sept. 28), Clairo will headline following sets from the Marías, the Last Dinner Party, Paris Paloma, Blondshell, G Flip, Joy Oladukon, and Hey, Nothing.
Tickets for All Things Go New York will go on sale April 25, though a fan presale is set for April 24 at 10 a.m. local time. Full information is available on the All Things Go website.
All Things Go, which originated in Washington, D.C. (or technically, Columbia, Maryland, just outside the capital), expanded to New York for the first time in 2024. This year, both the D.C. and NYC editions of the festival have expanded to three days for the first time.
There is some overlap, too, between the D.C. and NYC events with Doechii, Dacus, Clairo, the Marías, Djo, the Last Dinner Party, Gigi Perez, Rachel Chinourriri, and Joy Oladokun all playing both festivals. Among the artists featured at just the D.C. event are Kesha, Noah Kahan, Sharon Van Otten, Faye Webster, Wallows, Julien Baker & Torres, Lola Young, Marina, and Role Model.

More alleged details of Sean 'Diddy' Combs' personal life are exposed as witnesses testify regarding his romantic relationships and freak offs. On Thursday, (June 5), an ex-girlfriend of Combs, who is identified as 'Jane', testified that during their three-year relationship, a majority of intimate encounters involved other men. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the woman explained that her relationship with the Harlem native began with lush vacations and only the two of them in bed. As their relationship progressed, Jane claimed it started to involve drug use and escorts as Combs initiated the 'freak offs.' She also testified that 90% of their sexual encounters involved other men. 'I just thought that it was a night of fun; I didn't think that we'd be doing it again,' she explained. 'I just wanted to satisfy my partner.' In her testimony, she further detailed how she became trapped in the relationship due to Combs providing for her financially and informed the jury, 'I felt obligated to perform because my partner was paying my rent.' According to Rolling Stone, Jane Doe returned to the stand on Friday and continued to reflect on her account during her time with the 55-year-old. 'It's dark, sleazy, and makes me feel disgusted with myself,' she claimed to have told Combs in 2023 about not wanting to participate in the freak offs. 'I don't want to play this role anymore. I'm so much more than this,' and 'I feel like it's the only reason you have me around and pay for the house.' That same year, she alleged to have agreed to participate in a 'sober' party, despite Combs still using cocaine and ecstasy. During this freak off, Jane Doe claimed that she vomited, however, the Bad Boy Records founder dismissed her health concerns. 'Sean came in and I told him I had just thrown up,' she testified. 'And he was like, 'That's good, you'll feel better. Let's go, the third guy is here.'' TMZ reports that she also testified to crying during two freak offs, the first one being a surprise session when she thought she would have a one-on-one night with Combs. The session, she claims, lasted 18 hours and took place at the Waldorf Hotel in Beverly Hills early in their relationship. The second time she burst into tears was after a 'hotel night' while she was in the shower, high on drugs. Combs is charged with one count of racketeering conspiracy; two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion; and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, and has pleaded not guilty. Earlier this week, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian warned the Grammy-winner that he could be removed from the courtroom for 'absolutely unacceptable' behavior after allegedly making facial expressions towards the jury. The trial is expected to last all of June and into July. Hear Daron Malakian and Scars on Broadway's New Song, ‘Killing Spree'
Daron Malakian has strong opinions about what's missing in heavy music today: danger and risk. 'I think you have a generation of fans who are very easily offended,' he tells Rolling Stone. 'Offensiveness and shock should not be taken away from rock music in general.' Those qualities are inherent in 'Killing Spree,' the bloodthirsty first single off Addicted to the Violence, the new album from Daron Malakian and Scars on Broadway, due out July 18. 'Insanity/Controlling me,' he sings in the song's chorus, 'Society/The kids are on a killing spree.' Built on manic, strobing guitars and undulating waves of distortion, the music feels both cutting and brutalizing. 'It's gonna feel like a Jesus comin' back,' he sings, stretching the last word heavenward with giddy, helium-like aplomb. 'It's gonna feel like the devil's on the attack.' 'I don't care, I'll touch it because it exists. It's not to be shocking or offensive, but it exists, and that's what I'll write about if I want to. I'm not going to edit myself if someone is going to be offended. I think that's missing in heavy metal music.' He's reluctant to explain the song — 'Your kids are on a killing spree, so your kids have something to do with it,' he says vaguely — partially because he doesn't see anything controversial about the subject matter of killing sprees. 'We live in a world, and things happen in this world, and killing sprees are one of those things that I've seen happen kind of often in the last 15 years or so — but I actually wrote the song way before that,' he says. Moreover, he looks at the song as commentary more than a transgressive statement. 'It's not for or against anything,' he says. 'It just is.' These days, Malakian says he just writes songs for the sake of it. As guitarist-singer for System of a Down, he's been keeping busy touring with them. Since that band has reached a creative stalemate, at least when it comes to making a new album (they did record a couple of songs a few years ago), he has been slowly working on a follow-up to the last Scars on Broadway album, Dictator, which came out in 2018. That album contained songs he had once hoped to record with System of a Down; Addicted to the Violence, he says, is more general. 'At this point in my life, I don't write any songs for System or for Scars,' he says. 'I just write songs. I think if System was making an album, some of those songs would probably end up on a System album, but System does not make albums these days, so they go to Scars.' Malakian had recorded Dictator as a distraction from 'some personal things going on with my family and my life,' so he recorded a bunch of songs in the space of two weeks, doing everything himself, from the vocals and guitars to the drums. Addicted to the Violence has been a more considered affair that found him collaborating on songwriting with his friend, multi-instrumentalist Orbel Babayan, drummer Roman Lomtadze, and saxophonist Matthew 'Narducci' Silberman. 'This album probably took me longer than any album I've ever made to decide it was done,' Malakian says. 'On this one, I did more home demos, recorded some stuff at home, picked the songs in my rolodex of songs that were like, 'Let's record this one, see how it goes.'' Scars on Broadway first recorded the songs at Malakian's home, but it didn't sound right, so they went to a studio, recutting everything but the vocals. He estimates it took close to two years to get everything the way he wanted it. 'I was in no rush,' he says. 'I'm never in any rush. I'm sure people who like what I do realize I don't put out an album every year. … That's just my process.' So will people be able to hear these songs in a concert setting? 'I have plans to play live, but I don't have any tours scheduled or anything like that,' he says. 'But I definitely have plans to play live.' Jonathan Joss: Police Are Investigating Actor's Sexual Orientation as Motive in His Killing
Police investigating the shooting death of actor Jonathan Joss have not ruled out his sexual orientation playing a role in his killing, despite an earlier statement suggesting otherwise. During a dispute Sunday night near his San Antonio, Texas home, Joss was shot and killed; a neighbor, identified by investigators as Sigfredo Ceja Alvarez, was taken into custody and charged with murder. 'We gather the facts, and we give those facts to the district attorney's office. And then that hate crime designation is determined at sentencing.' Joss' King of the Hill and Parks and Recreation co-stars and creators paid tribute to the actor following news of his death. King of the Hill's co-creators, Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, and revival showrunner Saladin Patterson shared a post on Instagram alongside images of Joss and his character, John Redcorn. 'Jonathan brought King of the Hill's 'John Redcorn' to life for over a dozen seasons, including in the upcoming revival,' they wrote. 'His voice will be missed at King of the Hill, and we extend our deepest condolences to Jonathan's friends and family.'
