Kieffer Moore says if the Blades can repeat their semi-final form they'll have a good chance of winning the Championship play-off final.
Moore headed the opening goal in the second leg at Bramall Lane on Monday which calmed any Blades nerves after a bright start from Bristol City.
Gus Hamer and Callum O'Hare added gloss to the scoreline after the break and booked a trip to Wembley on 24 May.
The forward told BBC Radio Sheffield: "It was perfect - to a man, everyone was brilliant and the crowd was amazing. The whole atmosphere was unreal.
"We needed that first goal to really assert ourselves. When we scored, the best of our football really came out. We knew what we had to do and it was a very good, professional performance.
"We're very much buzzing and looking forward to Wembley now. We've really shown what we can do over these last two games. If we can bring that and more, we've a very good chance."
Moore had treatment after an awkward landing in the opening half and was withdrawn just after the hour as Chris Wilder made several changes but the striker added: "I jarred my knee but it's not too bad."

Leeds United close to signing striker Lukas Nmecha on free transfer
Leeds United are close to securing the signing of forward Lukas Nmecha on a free transfer. The 26-year-old's deal at German side Wolfsburg expires at the end of the month. A move to Leeds would become official on July 1 and an agreement on a two-year contract is in place. The Germany international came through Manchester City's academy alongside his brother, Felix, who plays for Borussia Dortmund. Nmecha made just three substitute appearances for City and had loan spells with Preston North End, Wolfsburg, Middlesbrough and Anderlecht — where he scored 21 goals in a season under Vincent Kompany — before returning to Wolfsburg permanently in 2021. Nmecha has represented Germany seven times at senior level, having switched allegiances permanently from England in 2019. He helped his nation win the European Under-21 Championship in 2021 and finished as the top goalscorer at the tournament. The centre forward made 20 appearances for Wolfsburg in the 2024-25 campaign, three of which were starts, and scored three goals. The beginning of his season was disrupted by a hamstring injury, while he also missed five games in February and March due to an adductor issue.
