As a busy mum, it's her go-to for cutting down on time in the mornings.
She explained that she can't be 'bothered' to wear eye makeup, which is why having a lash lift really works for her.
Instead, she'll just throw on a bit of tinted moisturiser and blush then she is 'ready to go.'
When it comes to skincare, Jess opts for a natural approach, combining red light therapy with good nutrition.

She admits she avoids regular facials, saying, 'I'm just a little bit too scared because I'm like, don't fix what's not broken, you know?'
Her journey with injectables, however, has been a long one.

But pregnancy brought unexpected challenges.

Mum sparks debate with 'offensive' gift she brought to a birthday party
An Aussie mum has sparked fierce debate after revealing her 'secret present' for a children's birthday party was a bag of cleaning supplies. Amanda Sainsbury-Salis explained she didn't want to bring any gifts to a family birthday party on Sunday that would 'end up in landfill'. 'So this is my secret present that I like to do at kids' birthday parties,' she said in a TikTok video that has since gone viral. 'I like to bring a bag of rags.' She reasoned 'sticky' messes were a common feature at children's birthday parties, adding she also brought cling wrap incase the hosts had run out. 'You know when you're at a kid's birthday party and everyone wants to help, but nobody knows how to help because they don't know where any where any of the cleaning stuff is?' she continued. 'I like to bring dishwashing detergent because you can bet your boots that the parents may have run out of dishwashing liquid. I bring a cleaning product because who knows how to find the cleaning products in someone else's house. 'And the other thing I bring is a lot, a lot of tea towels because these are really, really handy and nobody knows where to find the tea towels in somebody else's house.' @ Here's my favourite present to bring to a kids birthday party. To be honest, I think the last thing any parent wants for their kid's birthday is a whole bunch of extra plastic in their house that's going to require work to house and keep tidy and keep clean. #mumsoftiktok #australia #wewanttohelpturanspideytohelphimselfclub #autism #coercivecontrol #family #substanceusedisorder #friend #friends #friendship #alcoholusedirsorder #bagofrags #reducereuserecycle ♬ original sound - Turan Spidey's Mum But not everyone agreed. 'That's actually embarrassing and offensive to the parents of this child,' one said. '[The] kid will be so excited to be getting this gift,' another wrote sarcastically. 'You could've just gifted an experience for the child, like a zoo voucher,' a third wrote. 'That's actually really sad, it's the "kids" birthday you should spoil the kid, if you want to know where a tea towel is, ask the host, it's not that hard!' another said. 'Now you would find all those items in the kitchen, and no one else brings those items to a kids (birthday) party,' another viewer said said. Another commenter argued the cling wrap and wipes may also 'end up in landfill'. However, other viewers leapt to the woman's defence. 'Wow, what a lot of hateful comments,' one wrote. 'It goes to show people choose money and gifts instead of help, time and love.' 'I'd never have guessed and I love it and you'd be invited to everything. It's unique and original... that's my (kind of) cool,' another wrote. 'For education purposes, the four-year-old doesn't care what she's bringing or even know she's there... it's about the parents,' a third added.

Flight attendant reveals why they greet passengers - and it's not to be polite
A flight attendant has revealed the secret reason why cabin crew will greet passengers on the plane - and it's not just because they're being polite If you've ever taken a flight, you'll know that the cabin crew greet passengers upon their entry into the aircraft. While it may have seemed like nothing more than a polite gesture up until now, a flight attendant has revealed the real reason behind the friendly greeting. Ioana Iachim, a flight attendant working for Wizz Air has confessed there's a hidden meaning behind a cabin crew member's affable hello during boarding. Taking to TikTok to share some of her insider secrets, Ioana revealed: "Did you know that your flight attendant greets you not only out of politeness but also, to check whether or not you are too drunk or sick to fly." Presumably, cabin crew then keep an eye on passengers they believe could stir up trouble or may not be fit to fly, and might even prevent them from boarding. Ioana's video currently has over 3.5 million views and over 190k likes. Several travellers were shocked at Ioana's revelation, with one writing: 'And I thought they fancied me.' Another TikTok user commented on the video: 'I never greet them back because I am an introvert.' One added: 'So why do I always sit next to people hacking up a lung and nobody does anything.' Ioana's hack isn't the only flight attendant secret that has been revealed in recent times. As a flight attendant for the past 22 years, Sue Fogwell has warned fliers against ordering a Bloody Mary while in the skies. While speaking to Travel + Leisure, Sue shared that giving the Bloody Mary a miss is probably wise. The cabin crew member said: 'Due to the very high sodium content, I always avoid drinking Mr&Mrs T/bloody mary mix and tomato juice.' This is because drinks and foods that have a high sodium content can dehydrate passengers fairly quickly, especially on long-haul flights. What's more, the vodka in a classic Bloody Mary has also been identified as a dehydrator, with the NHS advising fliers to limit their alcohol consumption while on an aircraft. In another instance, ex-flight attendant and viral TikTok sensation, Kat Kamalani, shared some unnerving truths about the state of an aircraft's water tanks. She warned: "Don't you ever, ever, ever consume these products from an airplane, from a flight attendant! Rule number one never consume any liquid that is not in a can or a bottle." She went on to claim that "those water tanks are never cleaned and they are disgusting". In fact, cabin crew themselves won't touch hot drinks. She explained: 'We rarely rarely drink the coffee or tea. They come from the same water tank. And so when you're drinking that coffee and tea come from that hot water and it's absolutely disgusting.'

Choosing what to whip up for dinner after a long day can be a hassle, but Poppy is simplifying things with her delicious and easy-to-follow recipes. The Michelin-trained chef, who frequently appears on ITV's This Morning, has garnered an impressive 74.2 million likes on her TikTok page, where she posts her favourite carb-rich delights. Despite losing her job in 2020, Poppy has since skyrocketed to fame, even cooking alongside Jamie Oliver and featuring on his latest Channel 4 programme, Jamie's Air Fryer Meals. Poppy, a self-confessed 'carbie', is famous for her quick and uncomplicated meals, often utilising an air fryer for most of her recipes. In her most recent viral TikTok video, the social media star, known as Poppy Cooks, shows how to incorporate McCain's new Air Fryer Fries into dishes. She prepares coconut prawns with bang bang sauce served on a bed of chips - a dish that takes merely 10 minutes to prepare and five minutes to cook. Ingredients 150g raw king prawns Three tablespoons of plain flour One teaspoon of garlic granules One teaspoon of onion granules One teaspoon of cayenne pepper One teaspoon of dried basil Half a teaspoon of chilli flakes Salt and pepper Two eggs 75g of desiccated coconut 75g of panko breadcrumbs 75g of mayonnaise One tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce One teaspoon of hot chilli sauce One lime, zested 1/2 juiced 200g of tenderstem broccoli Two spring onions - sliced for garnish One sliced red chill 250g of McCain Air Fryer Quick Crispy French Fries Method Step 1: Start by preheating the air fryer to 200C. In a large bowl, mix the plain flour, salt and pepper. In a separate dish, combine the egg with the dried herbs and spices. Season the egg mixture well with salt and pepper then set it aside. In another large bowl or dish, blend the panko breadcrumbs and desiccated coconut, reports the Express. Step 2: Pop the prawns into the mixing bowl and cover them in flour before dipping them into the spiced egg mixture. Shake off any surplus egg and, using your mitts, transfer them to the bowl of panko and coconut. Press the coconut onto the prawns to ensure it sticks. Step 3: Shift the prawns into the air fryer basket and spritz them with oil. Air fry for 4-5 minutes until the coconut and panko are toasted on the outside and the prawns are cooked, flipping them halfway through. Step 4: Whilst the prawns are cooking, drizzle the tenderstem broccoli with oil, salt and pepper and air fry for five minutes. Step 5: As you load the prawns into the air fryer, pour the McCain Air Fryer French Fries into the other basket and cook for five minutes, giving them a shake halfway through. This recipe is spot on as everything cooks at the same time! Step 6: While everything is in the air fryer, mix the lime zest and juice, mayonnaise and chilli sauces in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Step 7: Serve up the prawns, tenderstem broccoli and the McCain Air Fryer French Fries with a generous dollop of the spicy bang bang mayo and a sprinkle of sliced spring onions and chopped chilli. Poppy, discussing the recipe, stated: "I can't control my excitement because McCain has launched a new air fryer range, including these fries that take five minutes. The fries that not only taste fantastic (if I do say so myself) but also cook in a matter of minutes. "To celebrate the launch, I created six unique recipes designed specifically for the air fryer, that can be whipped up in no time at all, guaranteed to elevate your weeknight dinners!" TikTok enthusiasts have lauded the recipe as "delicious" and "very cool".
