90s throwback dog party for pugs and dachshunds in Glasgow
The event, described as the "best day ever" by previous attendees, will treat more than 200 dogs enjoying secure off-lead play, local doggy stalls, and unlimited puppuccinos.
The party will feature a doggy pupcorn bar with Blockbuster, Flintstones, and Simpsons props.

A dog show is also on the agenda, with 90s-style awards for categories such as Most Photogenic Since the Argos Catalogue, Nosiest Dog, and Cozier than a Granny's Knitted Jumper.

Tickets, priced at £12 each, are only required for the dogs, with owners going free.
They can be booked online for one-hour slots.
'Pawesome Parties', the organisers, have been hosting similar events across Scotland and northern England, celebrating various dog breeds.
The event also collaborates with several dog charities, having managed to raise close to £4,000 over the last few years.

Scots castle is transformed into ancient Greek palace for new blockbuster movie
It is being transformed to look like ancient Greek with some of the biggest stars on the planet linked to the project. Work has begun on the Banffshire coast for the big screen epic The Odyssey - the latest and most expensive blockbuster by Oscar winning director Sir Christopher Nolan. It is believed the Oppenheimer director will use locations around Buckie and Cullen, including Findlater Castle, for the Hollywood movie. A-listers including Matt Damon, Zendaya, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway and Robert Pattinson have all been linked to the project with hundreds of people expected to be involved on some days. Yesterday (Mon), a diversion at the castle, overlooking the Moray Firth, was in place with a sign warning it will be in place until July 25. A fake period building has been constructed from plywood in the fenced area overlooking the castle. The shoot will also involve scenes at the sea with replicas of ancient Greek vessels. Filming for the big screen production which is due to be released in cinemas on July 16 next year started in February in Morocco. It has also taken place in Greece and Sicily. The Odyssey is predicted be the most expensive film of Sir Christopher's career. It dramatises the journey of the ancient Greek king of Ithaca, Odysseus, back home to his wife following the Trojan War. The 54-year-old filmmaker achieved major success with the release of Oppenheimer in 2023 which went on to won him the Academy Award for best director. It is hoped that The Odyssey will have similar success with filming taking place around the world. Visit Aberdeenshire has confirmed Findlater Castle is 'inaccessible' until July 25 'as a result of a private commercial activity' in the 'immediate vicinity of the site'. The tourism body added: 'This also includes the closure of the Barnyards of Findlater car park during this period, which is regularly used for visiting the castle.' While those in Cullen say the presence of film crews in the area is becoming 'common knowledge, a spokesman for Moray Council would only say: 'The support we provide through our film liaison service is confidential.' However, one local said: 'We have been told that 500 people may be involved at its peak.' The 2016 remake of Whisky Galore, starring Eddie Izzard and Gregor Fisher, was also filmed in the area.

IT has been almost three years since production started on the two blockbuster Wicked movies. And with less than six months to go until the second instalment hits screens, The Sun can reveal Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo have been called back to London to shoot last-minute additional scenes. 2 2 Key members of the cast returned to the UK to work on a scene set at Shiz University - which was at the centre of last year's first film - after filmmakers realised they didn't have a key moment for the flick, which is titled Wicked: For Good. My movie mole said: 'Filming wrapped in January last year for work on both movies because they were shot at the same time. 'But the second film is a lot more complex than the first, and it quickly became clear in the edit that they needed everyone back. 'It has cost hundreds of thousands of pounds more to bring the team together again but it's vital for the film to make sense. 'The first film did so well that there's even more pressure on this one to succeed. 'Despite it being a headache to find a date which worked for everyone's busy schedules, Ariana and Cynthia couldn't be happier to get back into costume one more time. 'They have made it clear they'd move heaven and earth to make it a success. 'It's out in November though, so the team has a race on their hands to get it finished in time.' The two-film project is based on the Broadway musical and the first instalment made more than £660million at the box office, becoming one of 2024's biggest cinema hits. That film ended with Cynthia's character Elphaba turning against the Wizard of Oz and her pal Galinda, played by Ariana.
