's residence, prompting cops to launch a swift investigation into the matter. Human remains were found on the morning of May 14 in the coastal town of Westerly—less than a mile away from where the 'Karma' singer has a home—local authorities told NBC News in a statement.
'Upon arrival, officers located what appeared to be a human leg bone,' the Westerly Police Department's statement continued. 'The remains were collected and transferred to the Rhode Island Medical Examiner's Office for further analysis.'
'Currently, no foul play is suspected. Investigators are awaiting official confirmation of the identity of the remains," the police said in a statement.

Biker (18) dies in collision with truck, brother among 2 injured in Gurgaon
Gurgaon: An 18-year-old boy died and two others suffered injuries after a truck hit their scooter near Hayatpur on Sunday afternoon. The youth, Piyush, had recently completed Class 10 and was planning to enrol in senior secondary education. According to police, the incident occurred around 12.15pm when Piyush, his elder brother Sashank, and their cousin Bhoomi were returning home after visiting a salon. A speeding truck rammed into their scooter, causing severe injuries to Piyush. The truck driver fled the scene after the collision. ASI Giriraj from Sector 10 police station said the 38-year-old truck driver, a resident of Rajasthan, was arrested later and granted bail.
