19 Gel Nail Ideas for June That Put Us In a Summer State of Mind

Gel nails are a summer staple for any beauty lover. With more time spent swimming, gardening, going on vacation, and simply enjoying the outdoors, having a durable and long-lasting manicure is essential this time of year, and that's exactly what you'll get with gel nails (we're talking manis that last 10 to 14 days). Now that June is finally here, it's time to start thinking about the fun summer gel manis we all want to try. From colorful French tips to seaside- and floral-inspired designs, we can officially break out the bright colors and elaborate seasonal nail art. Ahead, our 19 favorite gel nail ideas for June that are perfect for summery days ahead. There's nothing like golden hour in the summer months. Bring a touch of gold to your nails with this multi-finish mani. Get a color-blocking effect with this bright and sunny nail art design. We're envisioning sitting by the pool with a cold drink in hand, showing off this stunning mani. Come June, flowers are on full display. It seems only right to have a manicure to match. Wear your favorite flower on each nail for a totally custom mani. Who said brown nail polishes are only for autumn? This Western-inspired design with French tips is perfect for outdoorsy summer nights, whether you're at the rodeo or just looking for a mani that matches everything. Neons and summer go hand-in-hand. Take a slightly different approach by incorporating all your favorite neon colors across your nails for a rainbow-like effect. Turquoise, pink, and flowers—can it get more summery than that? This June, try an out-of-the-box seaside-inspired mani like this one. We're dreaming of taking these nails on a Caribbean vacation. Citrus fruits, sunsets, marigolds, and more—all summery orange things we love. Add this dewdrop mani to the list. Aura nails will forever be one of our favorite simple yet show-stopping nail art ideas. Choose two of your favorite nail polish shades for June, and create the look by painting one color for the base and airbrushing the other color on top. Sipping strawberry lemonade this month? Get the nails to match. This beautiful ombré gradient flows seamlessly from pink to yellow. Use builder gel and rhinestones to create this mix-and-match floral manicure. The nails' long, stiletto shape makes this blooming set look extra eye-catching. Tomato girl summer, coquette bows, and strawberries pretty much sum up peak girlhood lately. Give your manicure a feminine touch by adding these girly additions to each nail. Dress up what is an otherwise simple nude manicure with silver foil detailing. Experiment with your favorite summer shades to create a seasonally inspired, customized manicure that's just for you. With trends like aura nails and French tips all the rage, incorporate your go-to nail art for this unique manicure. A baby blue French manicure with florals is perfect for June, right when we're transitioning from spring to summer. Add rhinestones to zhuzh things up. No one was ever the same after Hailey Bieber first debuted her glazed donut nails. They take on a different life with this emerald green base. Paint your nails with your dark green gel polish, and after curing, wipe chrome powder on top of each nail to get the effect. Set your fingertips ablaze with red flames. The fiery red designs contrast with the pink and blue base, adding a touch of flair (ahem, flare) to the manicure. Cat-eye nail designs have become popular in every shade and design, including these muted colors. Apply a cat-eye magnetic gel polish, then create the swirls by hovering a magnet above the nails in a circular motion. There's something alien-esque about these pink nails with silver chrome detailing. If you're not a pink person, use any other color for your base (just make sure the silver will still pop!). Jelly nails for summer? Yes please. Paint them a Barbie pink color for ultimate summer vibes. Read the original article on Byrdie

Ed Jovanovski lists a Florida home he developed for $14.99M

Retired Canadian hockey star Ed 'Jovo Cop' Jovanovski is still scoring off the ice — as a Florida real estate developer. The former NHL defenseman for teams including the Florida Panthers — who is also now the team's sports analyst — is re-listing a Boca Raton waterfront estate that he developed for $14.99 million, Gimme Shelter has learned. The gated residence, at 989 Marble Way, first hit the market last year, asking $17.9 million. The modern, new-construction property comes with direct access to the Intracoastal, and it's within walking distance to the beach. 11 Ed Jovanovski during his Phoenix Coyotes days. Living Proof Photography Jovanovski made a splash in 2016, when he sold his 20,000-square-foot Boca Raton mansion, at 528 E. Alexander Palm Road, for $15 million. He purchased that home with his wife Kristin for $5.2 million in 2011, according to reports. Jovanovski's current Marble Way listing, known as the Marble Palm Estate, comes with 120 feet on the water, and it's less than a mile from the Boca Raton resort. Built in a modern British West Indies-inspired style, the lofty lair is a roomy 7,677 square feet. It was designed by Brenner Architects, built by National Custom Homes and sits on a third of an acre. Inside, it features five bedrooms, five baths and two powder rooms. 11 A view of the open layout, which lends itself to indoor/outdoor living. Living Proof Photography 11 The great room boasts a fireplace. Living Proof Photography 11 A lovely eat-in kitchen. Living Proof Photography 11 The open dining area. Living Proof Photography 11 There's plenty of room for a home office. Living Proof Photography 11 The main bedroom fills with light through large exposures. Living Proof Photography 11 A massive walk-in closet. Living Proof Photography 11 Say yes to a walk-in wine tasting room. Living Proof Photography The residence opens to a large great room with a gas fireplace, leading to a chef's kitchen with a breakfast bar and a wood ceiling. Design details include floor-to-ceiling glass walls that let in the light. There's also a 'clubroom,' with a walk-in wine tasting room, as well as a home office featuring water views. Upstairs, the main bedroom boasts a sitting area, water views, a walk-in closet and a spa-like bath. Outside, there's a pool, landscaping and a 1,356-square-foot covered patio — along with an additional 1,100 square feet of outdoor space on the second-story loggia. The listing brokers are Matt Moser and Nicholas Gonzalez, of Serhant.

The complete, corrected release follows: Eight Exclusive Townhomes Feature Private Elevators and Elevated Cocktail Pools, One Block from Atlantic Avenue DELRAY BEACH, Fla., June 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Renowned property development groups, 4TRO Development and Kastelo Development, today launch Casa Avenida, an exclusive, four-story townhome community in the heart of Delray Beach. Located at 102 SE 5th Avenue, this boutique collection of just eight private residences, ranging from 2,804 to 3,336 square feet, introduces a new level of refined living in one of South Florida's most dynamic coastal destinations. Blending modern architecture with contemporary design, Casa Avenida boasts top-of-the-line finishes and amenities, from private elevators to secure garages and an elevated cocktail pool. Pricing is anticipated to begin around $3 million, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2027. The upscale townhomes are exclusively sold by TJ Verdiglione and Nicole Melveney of the GVC Real Estate Team at Douglas Elliman. "We envisioned Casa Avenida as an exclusive Atlantic Avenue retreat where residents emerge from their private sanctuary to enjoy the vibrant lifestyle of Delray Beach just steps from their front door," says Jerad Graham of Kastelo Development. "Delray has discerning buyers and we wanted to provide a unique and exclusive experience for a level of luxury that isn't available in other townhouse-style projects downtown." At Casa Avenida, every four-story townhome is thoughtfully crafted by RWB-Linares Architecture to reflect Delray's timeless coastal charm, incorporating clean lines and elegant details that honor the city's heritage. Interiors are a collaboration between Stef Leonel Interior Design and Ava Gray Interiors, combining Brazilian-inspired warmth with curated elegance. The result is a series of open, light-filled homes with high ceilings, expansive windows, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Each residence includes a private elevator, two-car garages and two private terraces—one on the second floor and another on the fourth floor. The second-floor terrace boasts an elevated cocktail pool and the fourth-floor terrace has an outdoor kitchen as well as a balcony adjacent to an air-conditioned bonus room perfect for entertaining or a peaceful retreat. "From day one, our architectural and interior design teams collaborated seamlessly, ensuring that every element of Casa Avenida embodies Delray's signature indoor-outdoor lifestyle—where living spaces flow effortlessly into the landscape," says Stef Leonel. "By incorporating abundant natural light, lush greenery on private, elevated outdoor spaces, and premium finishes throughout, we've created a home that feels both perfectly integrated with its surroundings and truly refined for comfortable daily living." Casa Avenida's prime location places residents just a short walk away from all that Delray Beach has to offer.
