NFL WAG Kelly Stafford claims weed gummies make her a 'better parent' to four young children

She has her hands full raising four young children.
Now Kelly Stafford, the wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, has candidly revealed the indulgence that helps her become a 'better parent' - weed gummies.
Stafford, 36, confessed the candies help take the edge off after particularly long days and 'calm' her down.
However she does wrestle with guilt over consuming the products.
'Gummies are great,' Kelly - who has twins Sawyer and Chandler, eight, plus Hunter, six, and Tyler, four, with her Super Bowl winning husband - said on latest episode of her podcast, The Morning After.
'Honestly... sometimes I feel like gummies make me a better parent,' she said, adding they 'calm' her down. 'It's like the glass of wine.'
The conversation came about Kelly enjoyed a gummy from Buddies Cannabis, which she praised as her 'favorite.'
'I called it... the glass of patience, by the time you get to bed and bath, you just, it makes you a better parent,' guest Kit Hoover explained.
'Thank you. Thank you for saying that,' Kelly said. 'Cause I feel a little guilty saying it and it's not like I do it every night.
'But sometimes I'm like, "s***, it has been a long day,"' Kelly said. 'I don't want to rip my hair out or their hair out, so I'm going to just top it off with a little gummy,' she explained.
Kit attempted to assuage her worry, insisting Stafford deserved the break.
And Matthew, who Kelly says is no stranger to her moods, also has no qualms with her ending the day with the gummy.
'I mean, this is what Matthew always tell me... as long as they're in bed, fed and happy and feel loved, who cares how they get there,' she said of her husband. 'Get 'em there, and some days might be harder than others.
'And he's fine with it. Cause he also knows when I get on one, it could be rough for everybody, including him,' she said.

The laughter she has shared with her children during these times also seems to help her overcome the guilt.
'I do feel a little guilt when I do that. But then like we laugh... oh my gosh my kids and I laugh, and I feel like they're like, "Mommy's nice tonight."'
'That means you're doing it right,' Kit assured her. 'If they're upset with you or say you're mean or you're whatever, that means you're doing it right.'
Kelly said that while her moods alternate, there's a 'balance' to them: 'Some nights I'm really mean, some nights I'm really nice and I feel like that's good balance.'
