Israel to intensify strikes on Iranian nuclear sites
Shafaq News/ The Israeli military will intensify its airstrikes inside Iran, including targeting all of the country's nuclear facilities, Israeli army spokesperson Brigadier General Effie Defrin said on Thursday.
In a press conference, Defrin stated, "The Air Force is expanding its operations to strike deeper, including nuclear sites in Bushehr, Fordow, Natanz, and others. We have additional targets planned."
When asked whether Israel intended to assassinate Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the spokesperson replied, "The Israeli army operates in full coordination with the political leadership. We have a well-studied plan in this regard. The Iranian regime is a terrorist regime."
Earlier, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz accused Khamenei of committing 'grave war crimes,' vowing intensified military action targeting strategic and government sites across Iran.

Dozens killed in new Israeli strikes on Gaza as aid crisis deepens
Shafaq News/ At least 44 Palestinians were killed on Thursday in renewed Israeli air and ground assaults across the Gaza Strip, as Israeli forces targeted aid-seekers and residential shelters. Among the dead were 22 Palestinians who were waiting for humanitarian assistance in central Gaza, with a similar attack that occurred on Wednesday, killing 29 waiting for near aid trucks. The Gaza Ministry of Health said that the total death toll in the territory has now reached 55,637 since the conflict erupted in October 2023, with more than 129,880 others wounded. According to Palestinian media, the Israeli military has used snipers, drones, and tanks to target crowds gathering for aid, while the army claims such gatherings pose security risks. In addition, only 17 out of Gaza's 36 hospitals are currently functioning at minimal or partial capacity, due to ongoing attacks and severe fuel shortages. Humanitarian organizations, including UN agencies, have refused to cooperate with the newly established Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF)—a US- and Israeli-backed entity—citing concerns that the group serves military interests over civilian needs.

Saudi-Owned Al-Hadath News Outlet: Hizbullah To Intervene In Israel-Iran War If It Perceives Iranian Regime To Be In Danger
On June 18, 2025, Saudi Arabia's Al-Hadath News outlet posted a quote on its X account from "a source close to Hizbullah" which stated that Hizbullah would intervene in the war being waged between Iran and Israel "only if it perceives that the [Iranian] regime is beginning to waver."[1] The above image appeared with the Al-Hadath post on X (Source: June 18, 2025) On the following day, on its website, Al-Hadath posted additional quotes from the same source, according to which Hizbullah was supposed to play a more significant role in the war between Iran and Israel, but the blows that the organization received in its most-recent round of fighting with Israel have prevented it from doing so. According to the source, it is the developments in the Iran-Israel war which will determine whether there is a need for Hizbullah's intervention. The website commented that if Hizbullah did join the fighting alongside Iran, this would mean that it would use "its heavy weapons." The source stated that the organization "still has capabilities." It also said that "the elimination of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps would unequivocally mean the end of Hizbullah."
