Olivia Attwood exposes the dangers of weight loss procedures in new show
In her latest documentary series for ITV2, presenter and model Olivia Attwood explores weight loss jabs, scary surgeries and the lengths people will go to for their looks
Presenter and model Olivia Attwood, a Love Island alumni, knows a thing or two about the pressures to look perfect. Over the years, she had indulged in the 'odd tweakment or two', admitting she's a bit addicted to lip filler. 'I will try anything,' she says. She thinks Kim Kardashian is the ideal of perfection and totally understands this need to keep chasing a desire for the perfect selfie.
This all makes her the ideal person to make these documentaries, as she explores the booming business of cosmetic procedures - and the huge dangers - without judgement and with a vested interest. A warning, if you're squeamish you might want to have a cushion ready as this series is a no holds barred look at nips, cuts, tucks and nauseating surgeries.
In this latest series, Olivia Attwood: The Price Of Perfection (starts June 12, ITV2, 10.05pm), Olivia investigates six different aspects of the cosmetic world - weight loss, smile, skin, the 'Mummy Makeover', men and 'Spending £100k and counting'. Not only does she speak to patients and practitioners, but she even hops onto the table to try some out for herself - from the latest in energy treatments to the benefits of salmon sperm injections.
Starting with weight loss, Olivia says: 'Big boobs, big bums and body positivity may have changed the way we feel about our figures at times, but as far as I can remember, being thin has and probably always will be, in fashion.'
Olivia interviews Kate Moss's fashion model sister Lottie, who was hospitalised after misusing Ozempic. Lottie says: 'I always felt compared to Kate. I felt a lot of pressure to be like her and to look like her. I got the Ozempic from a doctor who was giving it out on the sly with no questions asked. Within two weeks, I'd lost 6 or 7kg. I had a seizure. I was terrified. I honestly felt like I was dying. It wasn't worth it.'
Olivia also talks to people using fat-busting injections (even when they don't know what's in them) and follows a woman to Turkey as she has 360 liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift. Frank, funny and relatable, Olivia is not afraid to ask the big questions in this eye-opening (and sometimes eye-popping) series.
Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection is airing on ITV2 tonight at 10.05pm.
There's plenty more on TV tonight - here's the best of the rest..
DNA JOURNEY, ITV1, 9pm
Cold Feet stars Fay Ripley and Hermione Norris are the first in the spotlight in this new series, which will also feature Jo Brand and Julian Clary and Sam Thompson and Marvin Humes as celeb twosomes. Using advanced DNA technology and genealogy, the duos will unlock hidden secrets from their family trees as they discover amazing revelations about their descendants, fascinating stories of unknown ancestors, and meetings with newly-found living relatives.

Their first instruction is to go to St Paul's Cathedral, where Fay makes a discovery about an elite printer in her past. Love Island fans fear Scottish beauty Alima Gagio might be the first to leave the show
Love Island kicked off last night with host Maya Jama revealing that one Islander is at risk of being dumped from the Villa with fans believing it could be Scottish beauty Alima Gagio. Love Island kicked off last night, marking the start of summer as fans tuned in across the country, Maya Jama once again left the villa speechless with a shell-shocking announcement. The host dropped a major bombshell when she returned to the villa for a second time during the launch episode. Maya gathered the islanders in their newly formed couples around the fire-pit as she revealed the day was far from over and someone new was already on their way. Las Vegas pool host Toni entered the villa as the first bombshell of the season and the first contestant from the United States, attracting gasps and confused looks from the rest of the islanders. The couples were left stunned when Toni stated: "Good Evening UK! Surprise!" Maya quickly shared the news that Toni would be stealing one of the boys, and she eventually stole Ben from Shakira - leaving her single and at risk of being dumped from the Island. However, fans aren't worried about Shakira being vulnerable, as they fear Scottish contestant Alima will be more at risk of being dumped before she can get started. The 23-year-old Glasgow native is currently paired with construction manager Blu, but the pair failed to hit it off. Alima chose to couple up with Blu after being drawn to his dating profile - another unusual twist by production. Later in the show, Blu brutally told her: "You're not my type on paper." Alima also expressed her disinterest as she said "I'm not feeling him" after his brutal comment. This led fans of the show to believe Alima's time on the Island might be up, as Blu will get to know Shakira leaving the Scottish beauty with no-one to couple up with. Fans took to social media to express their concerns, as they have already taken a strong liking to Alima from her carefree attitude and fiery stand out Scottish accent. One viewer wrote on X, formally known as Twitter: "Alima might be in danger, there's actually no one in here for her.. The system has failed her." Another wrote: "Sneaky feeling Alima might be the girl that's been dumped." While a third viewer expressed: "Alima being arguably the most beautiful woman of this season and still getting disrespected on DAY 1… I need to sit down." A forth agreed: "If Alima is gone, so am I … 0/10 first episode just like I thought." Although one fan made a comment, suggesting an idea for the Love Island bosses: "When Alima gets dumped tomorrow and she gets booked on that flight to enter as a bombshell on Love Island USA 2 days later and she gets the hot girl summer she deserves." Which attracted the attention of other viewers, as the post gained attraction with fans expressing "I actually need this to happen" and "YESSS." The USA version of Love Island is currently filming in Fiji, having started a week prior to the UK version.

Lottie Moss shares struggles of being 'compared' to famous sister Kate and details how models 'partied to stay skinny' as she admits she would use weight loss jabs again after Ozempic scare
Lottie Moss has revealed she always felt 'compared' to her supermodel sister Kate as she admitted she would try weight loss jabs again after suffering a seizure. The model, 27, was rushed to hospital last year after suffering the seizure as a result of taking Ozempic, which she admitted she obtained 'illegally' from a doctor. Following the ordeal, Lottie has now opened up about her struggles with her weight and how she has been compared to her sister Kate, 51, and other supermodels. Speaking to Olivia Attwood on her ITV series The Price Of Perfection, she said: 'I think I've always really struggled with my weight since I was younger and I think modelling didn't help, and always being around these gorgeous, tall models. 'You know I'm small as well, so I was like "I've got to be at least skinny".' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Talking about her sister, Lottie went on: 'I think I always felt compared to her at the beginning of my career, and I think people expected me to be kind of like a carbon copy of her as well. 'You know, cos she was getting a little bit older, she wasn't doing so much so they thought "oh perfect, now we can have a whole new Kate Moss". 'Like I felt a lot of pressure to be like her and look like her and you know, I dabbled in that party lifestyle. 'That was essentially how they stayed skinny back in the day cos they had this wild party lifestyle.' Lottie said the party lifestyle wasn't for her, so she turned her attention to weight loss jabs, which have grown in popularity. Ozempic is a diabetes medication but it is also being sold privately for weight loss, and celebrities including Sharon Osbourne, Amy Schumer, Boy George and Heather Gay have admitted to using the drug. Lottie, who obtained the jabs 'illegally', explained: 'For me, I needed to keep the weight off and I needed a quick fix and I heard about Ozempic and I thought "I might as well just give it a go". 'The way I went around it was really bad, and I shouldn't have, because it was kind of... I kinda got it in an illegal way. 'I got it from a doctor who was giving it out under a table. 'And to give it to someone without doing any tests or anything, or asking them any questions about their health is so, you know, crazy to me.' Lottie revealed she had lost between six to seven kilos after just two weeks on the drug, which she described as 'dramatic', before having a seizure. She said she didn't notice the huge drop in her weight at the time 'because you're so sick and tired all the time'. 'I felt something really weird happen as soon as I got on the bed, I had the seizure and they were holding me down,' she recalled. 'I was terrified. I honestly felt like I was dying, and it sounds really dramatic, but I've never had a seizure before.' Lottie said it 'wasn't worth it' and asked herself: 'Why did I do this to my body?' She added: 'I remember, just after I came out of the hospital, I felt good because I was so slim and I get how that feeling can be so addictive now.' Despite the impact the drug had on her health, Lottie admitted she has thought about taking it again. She told Olivia: 'I've thought about it a couple of times, I won't lie. 'I wish I could sit her and say no, honestly. I've definitely thought about it since.' Lottie recently revealed she's going back to her natural look and had her jaw and lip filler dissolved, as well as a tattoo removed just under her eye. The star revealed she finally 'feels like herself again' after enlisting Dr Rosh (also known as Dr Roshan Ravindran) to reverse her filler, thanking him for 'fixing' her.

Love Island boys unrecognisable before hair transplants in before and after pics
The series 12 Love Island stars are beginning their fame journey - but two of the boys hard to recognise in pre-villa pics before undergoing hair transplants Love Island stars Ben Holbrough and Harry Cooksley look unrecognisable in pre-villa pics, as both have revealed they've undergone a hair transplant. Ben, 23, underwent the treatment at the age of 22, just one year before heading into the Love Island villa, while 30-year-old Harry travelled to Turkey to have the procedure at 24. Both Islanders have played a huge part in the shows drama this series, despite only being in the villa for a matter of days. On the first night, Ben, who was coupled up with Shakira, was stolen by American bombshell Toni. This left Shakira with just 24 hours to form a connection with another Islander. She struck up a connection with Harry, who was originally coupled up with Sophie - who was brutally dumped from the villa on day 2. However, Shakira and Toni may struggle to recognise their partners in pics before their hair transplants. Before and after results for Ben can be seen in a video posted by 360 Hair Clinic, in Brighton. Before his appearance in the villa, the clinic posted a video of his journey explaining: "Ben's hair transplant journey was facilitated by us at 360 Hair Clinic, supported by our ongoing treatment plans and 360 Optimum Hair products to maintain thickness, strength, and natural-looking results." In a separate post, the clinic posted a six month update, in which Ben's dark hair could be seen getting thicker and fuller. "And as you can see on your screens watching Love Island, Ben's hair is looking better than ever," the clinic wrote. Harry on the other hand, travelled to Turkey around six years ago for his operation - which he called the "perfect experience." In a YouTube video from the clinic documenting his journey, the star said: 'It was a perfect experience for something that I really wanted to have done and I'm very glad that I found EstePera.' Showing off the before and after results, Harry looked completely unrecognisable with no hair. It looks like it's set to be another dramatic night for Harry tonight as he finds out Blu and Shakira shared a kiss. It's Dejon who spills the tea, as he tells his friend: 'You know he (Blu) kissed her (Shakira)?' A shocked Harry then replies: 'No he didn't…I don't believe what I'm hearing.' Harry then asks Shakira about the kiss with Blu before telling her: 'All that matters is I want to pursue things with you.'
