
Ashish Kacholia portfolio stock declares date to announce Q4 results 2025, final dividend for FY25
Ace investor Ashish Kacholia portfolio stock Fineotex Chemical shares gained over 2% on Tuesday despite muted trading volumes. Fineotex Chemical share price gained as much as 2.7% to ₹ 254.90 apiece on the BSE.
Fineotex Chemical has announced the date to declare its earnings for the fourth quarter of financial year 2024-2025. The company has announced the date of the meeting of its board of directors to consider and approve the Q4 results as well as earnings for the full financial year 2024-2025.
Fineotex Chemical Q4 results will be declared on May 20. Along with Fineotex Chemical Q4 results 2025, the company's board will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend.
'...we would like to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 20th May, 2025 inter-alia to Consider and approve; 1. The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025; 2. Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any,' Fineotex Chemical said in a regulatory filing on May 12.
Meanwhile, the trading window of Fineotex Chemical shares for designated persons will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Q4 results.
'Furtherance to our letter dated March 28, 2025, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed and will be re-open after completion of 48 hours of declaration of aforesaid financial results,' the company said.
Ashish Kacholia holds a significant stake in Fineotex Chemical. As per the shareholding pattern of the company as on March 2025, Ashish Kacholia holds 31,35,568 Fineotex Chemical shares, representing 2.74% stake in the company.
Kacholia's shareholding in Fineotex Chemical at the end of March 2025 remained the same as at the end of December 2024.
Fineotex Chemical share price has gained 10% over the past month, showing signs of a short-term rebound. However, the small-cap stock remains under pressure on a broader timeline, having declined 27% year-to-date (YTD) and over 30% in the past one year.
Despite recent underperformance, Fineotex Chemical share price has delivered stellar long-term returns. Over a five-year period, Fineotex Chemical shares have surged 875%, marking it as a multibagger for long-term investors.
At 10:45 AM, Fineotex Chemical share price was trading 2.48% higher at ₹ 254.35 apiece on the BSE.

RCB's historic IPL 2025 win sparks sale speculation However, the current owner of RCB, Diageo India, has denied all rumours. The company has clearly said that it is not looking to sell the RCB franchise. According to Cricbuzz, Diageo made this statement in a letter to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday, 10 June. This clarification came after the BSE reached out to Diageo regarding the rumours. 'The company would like to clarify that the aforesaid media reports are speculative in nature and it is not pursuing any such discussion. The report came just days after RCB's IPL 2025 victory on 3 June and a tragic stampede incident in Bengaluru on 4 June, where 11 people lost their lives during the celebrations. There were reports that since the news of the potential sale emerged, Diageo's stocks have risen in value. Meanwhile, there are speculations that RCB's owner is exploring options to sell the franchise because of the recent incident that may have caused some reputational damage to the company. Some reports also claimed that Diageo was looking at a valuation of $2 billion for the IPL team. 'I will not be surprised if it is sold for a higher price,' IPL founder Lalit Modi was quoted as saying by Cricbuzz. As per Modi, the valuation being quoted in the media is not far off. RCB's IPL victory may have increased the brand value of the franchise. The Gujarat Titans team was recently sold for nearly $1 billion to Torrent Group.

Oriental Carbon block deal: BofA buys stake in this Rs 300 crore m-cap counter. Stock surges 20%
Bank of America (BofA) bought 53,428 shares in microcap counter Oriental Carbon & Chemicals on Monday via block deal. The shares were bought at a price of Rs 289.53 a piece taking the deal size to Rs 1.5 crore. ADVERTISEMENT Shares of Oriental Carbon today shot up 20% or Rs 50.35 to hit the day's high of Rs 302.14 on the NSE. The company manufactures insoluble sulphur with the ability to manufacture customised and value added grades for its customers. Oriental Carbon & Chemicals shares have rallied 31% on the year-to-date basis outperforming Nifty whose returns stand at 6%. However, the stock is down 55% over a 1-year period. It is also down from its 52-week high of Rs 824 on the NSE. Its market capitalization is at Rs 302 crore on the NSE. Notwithstanding the decline, Oriental Carbon shares are trading above their 50-day and 200-day simple moving averages (SMA) of Rs 188 and Rs 221, respectively, according to Trendlyne. ADVERTISEMENT The stock is low on volatility and has traded with a 1-year beta of company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 90 lakh in the quarter ended March 31, 2025 versus Rs 14 crore in the year ago period. The company's revenue also fell sharply to Rs 29 crore, down from Rs 127 crore in the year ago period.
