This year's recipients of the BET Ultimate Icon Award are Jamie Foxx, Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg, and Kirk Franklin. According to BET, the award recognizes those who have made 'decades of groundbreaking contributions to music, entertainment, advocacy, and community impact.'
