According to the report issued by the assessing company, the audit results demonstrated that the Department fully complied with the requirements of the administrative system consistent with the aforementioned specification. This reflects its commitment to international quality standards and its obligation to continuous improvement in the levels and mechanisms of service delivery to all customers, in accordance with the highest international standards.

He pointed out that passing the periodic review of the ISO 9001:2015 certification came after an intensive evaluation, which aligns with the Department's objectives of working to achieve sustainable economic development and quality in practices.
