In the terrifying clip, the victim is seen tussling with a pedestrian to block the bullets.
Lemathy, who was an academy player at League Two club Walsall FC, was arrested by cops after suffering stab wounds himself close to Villa Park, the stadium of Premier League outfit Aston Villa.
He pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm with intent in April.
He was jailed for years and nine months at Birmingham Crown Court on June 3.
The court heard how the talented footballer had been on the books of Walsall FC but was soon seduced by drugs and crime after the club released him.
On the day of the shooting he had been involved in an argument with two men near a bus stop while riding his e-bike.
He then returned home and fetched the gun before he was stabbed near a Gulf petrol station as the argument escalated.
Lemathy then fired at least two shots from his revolver at the pair in retaliation before fleeing the scene.
Sentencing, Judge Melbourne Inman KC told him he was a "dangerous offender" and described gun crime as the "scourge of Birmingham".
It comes after another gunman started shooting at a group of people in a residential street in broad-daylight.

Desie Dalton-Byrne, 21, opened fire near his home on Chudleigh Road, Erdington, Birmingham last year.
Chilling CCTV shows him wielding a gun and waving it in the air before taking aim at a group and fleeing on foot.
No one was injured in the shooting which happened at around 6.30pm on July 25 last year.
West Midlands Police used CCTV to track down Dalton-Byrne and the weapon was discovered in a garden in nearby Low Wood Road.
Dalton-Byrne admitted possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, possession of a firearm, and possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate.
He was jailed for five-and-a-half years at Birmingham Crown Court in March.
Detective Inspector Matt Marston, from the force's Major Crime Unit, said: "Firearms and drugs play a significant role in criminality on our streets.
"It persistently erodes communities, ruining lives and blighting communities.
"As a result of this discovery, we've taken a deadly weapon off the streets, and an individual with direct access to it is behind bars.
"We hope this sentence will offer a deterrent to other criminals who act in this way."

Ex-Premier League star could face 13 years in prison for £48m cocaine accusation
Ronnie Stam played for Wigan Athletic in the Premier League for three years and has now been accused of importing 2,217 kg of cocaine from South America to the Netherlands Former Premier League star Ronnie Stam could face 13 years in prison after being accused of smuggling two tons of cocaine worth £48million. Stam, who played for Wigan Athletic between 2010 and 2013, appeared in a Dutch court on Tuesday next to his brother Rudi amid allegations he imported the drug from South America to the Netherlands in 2020 and 2021. The court in Breda heard that evidence of drug shipments were found in phone calls between Ronnie and Rudi, while pictures of cocaine blocks were reportedly spotted in their text messages. Stam - who also featured for Dutch clubs NAC Breda, FC Twente and Belgian side Standard Liege - was arrested last June and has been in custody ever since. The 40-year-old reportedly claimed he had been part of a 20kg shipment to Germany back in 2020, but denied any involvement in any more drug smuggling and has insisted the funds in his account had come from his footballing career. The former defender could be forced to pay a fine of up to £1.5m on top of the lengthy jail sentence if he is found guilty. Brother Rudi is facing the same fine plus a sentence of six years if he is found guilty of the crimes. Last September, a court heard that Stam was accused of importing 2,217 kg of cocaine and found £85,000 in cash after raids on six properties and a camper van, according to the Daily Mail. At the initial hearing, in which Stam was not present, a prosecutor said: "This case concerns hundreds of kilos of cocaine each time. I contend that Stam was a major player in the drugs world." Police also raided a yacht, three cars and seized six luxury watches and jewellery as part of their investigation. Stam's lawyers had asked for the former right-back to be released provisionally during the case but the judge declined amid fears he could flee to Dubai to join Rudi. Wife Jennifer Hollisey, 79, also faces two charges of assault relating to the couple next door, as well as causing £3.99 of damage to her neighbour's phone in the incident. Both pleaded not guilty to the charges at Norwich Magistrates' Court last week. The court was told there was a "very messy history" to the row over the driveway, which the couple share with at least three other properties in the village of Bressingham in Norfolk. The court heard prosecutor Katherine Newson say that the alleged victims and the defendants had fallen out in a "dispute over access to their driveway". Declan Gallagher, defending the couple, said it was a "confrontation" as a result of a "long-term dispute" and that "there is a very messy history to this". When magistrates were seeking a date for the trial, Mr Hollisey interjected and told the court they "have several holidays booked this year and next". The case has been set for a two-day trial at Ipswich Magistrates' Court between March 10 and 11 next year. The couple, of High Road, Bressingham, were given conditional bail and told to have no contact with their neighbours.

Ex-Premier League star accused of smuggling £48m of cocaine
A former Premier League player and FA Cup winner is facing up to 13 years in prison after being accused of smuggling £48 worth of cocaine. Former Wigan defender Ronnie Stam also faces the prospect of being fined up to £1.5m after he allegedly trafficked two tonnes of drugs. The 40-year-old in on trial in Breda alongside his brother Rudi, accused of smuggling cocaine from South America to the Netherlands. The public prosecutor has suggested Stam be sent to prison until 2038 and pay the £1.5m fine, while his brother Rudi could be imprisoned for six years with the same fine. The ex-Wigan player has been in custody for a year since he was first arrested over the allegations. A prosecutor told a hearing last September: 'This case concerns hundreds of kilos of cocaine each time. I contend that Stam was a major player in the drugs world.' Dutch broadcaster Omroepbrabant reports that when Stam heard of the 13 year sentence being called for, he suggested it was only because of his fame. 'My children had to cry about it,' he said. 'The youngest thinks he will never see me again and the oldest thinks I will miss his entire football career. 'More than for the biggest drug criminals. And that is only because this is a media case, because I was good at football.' The ex-footballer claims he is innocent, telling the judge: 'I am not a major player in the drug world.' The trial continues as the Stam brothers await a verdict, expected in August. The younger Stam signed for Wigan for £2m in 2010 after winning the Eredivisie with FC Twente. The right-back went on to play 62 times in the Premier League for Wigan and won the FA Cup with them in 2013, although he did not play in the final. More Trending He left Wigan in 2013 to sign for Standard Liege in Belgium before returning to NAC Breda, where he had made his professional debut. Stam retired in 2016 at just 32 years old, saying: 'I have thought long and hard about this choice. 'But it is physically better to put an end to my career now. The fact that NAC has not been promoted and is completely rebuilding has made that choice easier.'
