
Workshop to prepare development plan in Al-Ta'aziya district, Taiz
Taiz - Saba:
A workshop on the executive mechanism for preparing the 1447 AH development plan for Al-Ta'aziya District was held on Tuesday in Taiz province.
The workshop aimed to familiarize 30 participants from government offices, institutions, development partners, and the district's cooperative association with the priorities of the 1447 AH plan, the executive mechanism for its preparation, and the formulation of district-level models accordingly.
During the workshop, the Director of Al-Ta'aziya District, Abdulkhaliq Al-Junaid, emphasized the importance of developing a clear vision and a development plan that meets the needs and demands of the community. He noted that planning is the cornerstone of developmental work and urged improving performance and enhancing institutional efficiency.
For their part, the province's planning sector official, Mohammed Al-Washli, and the Culture and Tourism Sector official, Dr. Ghumdan Zabiba, stressed the importance of setting priorities for the district's plan projects and defining interventions for partners from various entities.

Honoring dedicated workers at Ras Isa Oil Facility & Hodeida Port
Hodeida - Saba: The leadership of the Yemeni Oil Company and the Coordination Council of Syndicate Committees honored the workers at the Ras Isa oil facility and port in Hodeida province on Tuesday, in recognition of their steadfastness and dedication in performing their duties. He praised their discipline and dedication. He noted that the tribute comes in the wake of last month's horrific crime targeting the Ras Isa facility in U.S. airstrikes, which claimed the lives of over 85 martyrs, including facility workers and truck drivers. Al-Lakumi affirmed that the workers' resilience and perseverance despite their wounds embody the highest levels of national sacrifice and professional loyalty. He added that the company's leadership would continue to support all field efforts and work to overcome obstacles to enhance performance and ensure job stability for workers across various facilities. For his part, the Secretary-General of the Coordination Council of Syndicate Committees expressed the council's pride in the exemplary dedication and loyalty demonstrated by the workers at Ras Isa. He highlighted their steadfastness in the field despite repeated targeting and their ability to endure the harsh conditions facing the country. Al-Dia'a commended the leadership of the company's branch in Hodeida for its consistent care for employees and its efforts to provide a motivating environment for continued contributions. He also praised the efforts of all administrative and technical teams at the facility. Starting workshop on executive mechanism for preparing plan for year 1447 AH
Ibb - Saba A training workshop on the executable mechanism for preparing the 1447 AH plan and updating development reports at the governorate and district levels was launched at the National Institute for Administrative Sciences in Ibb Governorate on Monday, May 19, 2025, with the participation of 105 planning officials from executive and local authorities. The workshop, which will last for two days, aims to enhance the participants' efficiency in preparing development plans according to directives and priorities, and to reinforce the role of local authorities in improving services and establishing the faith-based identity. During the opening, the governorate's deputy, Mohammed Al-Shubaibi, emphasized the importance of planning for achieving development, while Dr. Ali Al-Hakimi explained that the success of the administrative process depends on the quality of planning, especially during crises, pointing out Ibb Governorate's outstanding performance in last year's evaluations.
