Plotting Another Pahalgam-Style Bloodbath? ISI's Drone-Driven Terror Plan In Kashmir Exposed
New Delhi: It is a script straight out of a war-room thriller, but all too real. Pakistan's spy agency, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), is reportedly orchestrating a new plot to reignite terror in Kashmir and this time, it is not through AK-47s or suicide vests, but drones and underground bunkers.
According to an intelligence dossier, the ISI held a high-level secret meeting on May 14 in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) that was attended by Lashkar-e-Toiba trainers and terror guides. Their agenda is unleash a wave of drone-assisted and targeted attacks inside Kashmir Valley – echoing the deadly Pahalgam-style strikes of the past.
The new terror blueprint centres around drone warfare. Before any militant crosses the Line of Control (LoC), ISI drones will first hover over Indian Army patrol routes, bunkers and posts to gather real-time intelligence on deployment, patrol timings and terrain vulnerabilities. This high-tech recon is designed to help terrorists slip in through India's weakest military gaps – unseen, undetected and ready to kill.
As part of the strategy, all major terror launchpads in PoK are being relocated and fortified underground, safe from Indian counterstrikes. Intelligence inputs reveal that Pakistan is actively constructing new concrete bunkers, and civilians in border villages are being armed and trained militarily to form a first line of defense against any Indian retaliation.
Civilians are the prime target again of this new plan. The ISI has revived the old playbook – specifically instructing terror groups to attack non-Kashmiri migrant workers, religious pilgrims and soft civilian targets, especially during high-profile events like the upcoming Amarnath Yatra.
Officials fear a repeat of the Pahalgam and Anantnag attacks, only this time with deadlier tech and surgical execution.
The ISI's push does not end at the LoC. Sources confirm that long-dormant Over Ground Worker (OGW) networks inside Jammu & Kashmir are being revived. These sleeper agents – locals who offer shelter, logistics and intel to terrorists – are being reactivated for the next phase of Pakistan's covert war.
Replacing retired guides, the ISI will now allegedly use fresh recruits from PoK and Pakistan to help infiltrators navigate the treacherous terrain.
Terror units are now reportedly in position, waiting for the green light. They have clear instructions – strike hard and fast. The objective is to shatter peace in Kashmir and reignite fear just as India prepares for one of its holiest pilgrimages.
As this dark plan unravels, Indian security forces are on maximum alert. Surveillance has intensified not just on the ground but in the skies.

Harsimrat urges EAM to sensitise UAE govt on Sikhs' five articles of faith
Senior Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Harsimrat Kaur Badal on Saturday urged External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to initiate a dialogue with the UAE government to sensitise it about the religious significance of the five articles of faith, especially the 'kirpan', for the initiated Sikhs. In a letter to the minister, the Bathinda MP said she was making this appeal in the wake of a recent "advisory" by the Indian Embassy in UAE directing Indians not to carry sharp objects while visiting the country in view of Article 405 of the UAE penal law which prohibits the same. This move has caused deep distress and mental agony to Sikh travellers and residents alike, Harsimrat said, noting that there have been instances of Sikhs being detained and compelled to remove their 'kirpan'. She also cited a recent case of an elderly man being detained in Abu Dhabi for wearing the 'kirpan' and turban. Badal asserted in her letter that such incidents had caused distress within the Sikh community as they contravened the rights of Sikhs to practice their faith besides raising serious concerns about the protection of religious freedom for minorities in the UAE. "The Sikh community has always contributed positively to societies worldwide, including in the UAE, and demand the freedom to practice its faith in accordance with its tenets. "Denying Sikhs the right to wear their five 'kakkars' (Sikh articles of faith worn by baptised Sikhs), particularly the 'kirpan', is a curtailment of religious freedom and contrary to the principles of mutual respect and pluralism that India stands for," she said. The former union minister also requested Jaishankar to consider sending a high-level delegation, including representatives from the National Commission for Minorities and the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), to engage with UAE authorities and relevant international agencies and sensitise them about Sikh articles of faith. She asserted that the 'kirpan' was a sacred symbol and an inseparable part of Sikh identity mandated by Sikh tenets since the time of Guru Gobind Singh. "Its significance is spiritual and symbolic, representing the duty to uphold justice and protect the oppressed, and not as a weapon for aggression or harm. The 'kirpan' is worn at all times by 'Amritdhari' Sikhs (initiated Sikhs) as a matter of religious obligation and conscience", she added.

150 Pakistani Contacts, Links To ISI: Details From 'Spy' Jasbir Singh's Probe
Last Updated: Jasbir Singh is the second content creator held in recent weeks in the investigation in which Haryana-based YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra was arrested earlier. Punjab Youtuber Jasbir Singh, who was arrested by the Punjab Police's State Special Operations Cell (SSOC), Mohali, for his alleged involvement in a Pakistan-backed espionage network, has been remanded to two more days of police custody by Mohali court. Singh was produced before the local court in Mohali on Saturday after his three-day police remand ended. The state police sought a seven-day remand but the court granted them two more days of custody, Singh's counsel said. He is the second content creator held in recent weeks in the investigation in which Haryana-based YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra was arrested earlier. Jasbir Singh alias Jaan Mahal (41), a resident of Village Mahlan in Rupnagar, has been operating a YouTube channel "JaanMahal Video" with over 11 lakh subscribers, ostensibly posting travel and cooking vlogs. Police Found 150 Pak Contacts From His Phone According to the police, the YouTuber had visited Pakistan six times and had around 150 contact numbers from the neighbouring country in his phone. After his arrest, Singh told the police during remand that he had given his laptop to a Pakistan intelligence officer for around an hour. Singh was in touch with Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) operative Danish alias Ehsan-ur-Rehman, who worked as a visa officer in the Pakistani embassy in Delhi. Singh also told the police that Danish had ordered some SIM cards from him. Investigations have revealed that Singh had attended the Pakistan National Day event in Delhi on Danish's invitation, where he met Pakistani Army officials and vloggers. The accused has also travelled to Pakistan on three occasions, including in 2020, 2021 and 2024, and came into direct contact with ISI officers, who subsequently cultivated and recruited him to carry out espionage activities within India. Earlier, Singh was found to be associated with Pakistan Intelligence Officer Shakir alias Jutt Randhawa. He also disclosed during police interrogation that former Pakistan cop Nasir Dhillon had introduced him to ISI officials in Lahore. Attempted Cover-Up By Jasbir Singh Following the arrest of Jyoti Malhotra, Jasbir Singh is believed to have attempted to erase traces of his links with ISI handlers. However, forensic examination of his digital devices uncovered communication with several Pakistani phone numbers. Punjab Police have arrested at least seven individuals in the case so far, including Falaksher Masih and Suraj Masih from Amritsar, Guzala and Yameen Mohamad from Malerkotla, and Sukhpreet Singh and Karanbir Singh from Gurdaspur. Espionage Network Busted In India The development comes as a series of revelations regarding Pakistani spy networks in India. Several Indians were arrested for allegedly spying for Pakistan including a CRPF personnel Moti Ram Jat from Rajasthan, a contractual health worker Sahdevsinh Gohil posted in the border district of Kutch, a YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra from Haryana who has several lakhs of subscribers. She was arrested in Haryana this month. She had travelled to Pakistan a number of times. Additionally, a Rajasthan government employee was detained in Jaisalmer on suspicion of espionage for Pakistan with sources saying he worked as an assistant to former Congress minister Shale Mohammad. Prior to this month's conflict, Pakistanis and Indians were able to travel to each other's countries, but it has long been very difficult to obtain visas due to government bureaucracy and historical mistrust. The relations between India and Pakistan hit rock bottom after the neighbouring country resorted to a terror attack in Kashmir's iconic Pahalgam, killing 26 innocent tourists on April 22. In response, India, on the intervening night of May 7 and 8, launched 'Operation Sindoor' against Pakistan and destroyed multiple terror targets there.
