How to watch Oklahoma City Thunder vs Indiana Pacers Game 1: TV/stream info, date, time

The 2025 NBA Finals tip off tonight, Thursday, June 5, at 8:30 PM ET as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder host Tyrese Haliburton and the Indiana Pacers at Paycom Center. The Thunder are seeking their first NBA title since relocating to Oklahoma City in 2008. The last time the franchise reached the Finals was in 2012, dropping their series against LeBron James' Miami Heat in 5. Gilgeous-Alexander has not only led Oklahoma City to the best record in the NBA regular season but also its best season in franchise history with 68 wins. The 2025 league MVP led the league in scoring in the regular season (32.7 ppg) and earned the Magic Johnson trophy as the Western Conference Finals MVP. The Thunder have lost just four games in the postseason, becoming only the fourth team to ever win 80 games ahead of the NBA Finals. They swept the No. 8 Memphis Grizzlies in the First Round, eliminated the No. 4 Denver Nuggets in 7 in the Conference Semifinals, and defeated the No. 6 Minnesota Timberwolves in 5 in the Western Conference Finals. Despite the success, Gilgeous-Alexander and the Thunder remain focused on the bigger picture. 'This isn't our goal. We didn't start the season like we want to win the West,' said Gilgeous-Alexander. 'We want to win the NBA championship. Now we are a step closer to our goal and we're happy about that. But it's still four more games to go win, four really hard games to go win and we have to be the best version of ourselves for four nights to reach the ultimate goal.' RELATED: Times, they are a changin' -Thunder vs. Pacers Finals highlights generational change sweeping NBA The Indiana Pacers are seeking their first NBA title. The team's last Finals appearance was in 2000, when they lost to the Lakers in 6. Indiana eliminated the No. 5 Milwaukee Bucks and the No. 1 Cleveland Cavaliers in 5 games, before knocking out the No. 6 New York Knicks in 6 to advance to the Finals. Comeback victories have been the Pacers' trademark this postseason. The team has bounced back to win 4 games where they were down by 17 points — the most in a single playoffs in the play-by-play era (since 1997-98). All-star guard Tyrese Haliburton has been clutch, making four game-tying or go-ahead shots in the final 30 seconds of the playoffs. Pascal Siakam is just one of two players on Indiana's roster who have won an NBA title, having won a championship with the Raptors in 2019. Siakam was named Eastern Conference Finals MVP after leading the Pacers in scoring (24.8 ppg) against New York. Tom Felton To Play Draco Malfoy In ‘Cursed Child' On Broadway—How To Buy Tickets

While the role of Draco Malfoy has yet to be cast in HBO's upcoming Harry Potter TV series, original actor Tom Felton isn't giving up his wand just yet. After starring in all eight movies of the original blockbuster film series from 2001 to 2011, Felton is now making his Broadway debut in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. This casting marks the first time anyone from the original films has appeared in the stage production. Felton will play the adult version of Draco at the Lyric Theatre in New York City, beginning Nov. 11 for a 19-week run through March 22, 2026. 'Being a part of the Harry Potter films has been one of the greatest honors of my life," he said in a statement. "Joining this production will be a full-circle moment for me, because when I begin performances in Cursed Child this fall, I'll also be the exact age Draco is in the play.' The news was first announced on Today on Thursday, June 5, where the actor revealed that his casting is 'very much a pinch-me' situation. 'I keep thinking I'm dreaming. I let go of that character 16 years ago, and now getting a chance to step back into his shoes — as a father this time, in a new story — I get to meet Draco as an adult, which is very exciting.' Over on Instagram, Felton and the official Harry Potter and the Cursed Child accounts shared a first look at Felton in his black robes and sleek blonde hairstyle, resembling his on-screen father, Lucius Malfoy (Jason Isaacs). Felton admitted he "cried" when he tried on the character's platinum wig again after so long, considering how deeply the franchise shaped his childhood. "I've been very excited to share this news, and I had to keep it under wraps for quite a while," the 37-year-old added. Want to buy tickets to see Felton as Draco in the historic role? Here's what to know about securing seats during the 19-week run. Tickets to see Tom Felton in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will go on sale June 12, 2025, at 11 a.m. ET at There will also be a presale for fans who sign up for early access. Rowling, John Tiffany, and Thorne. The plot takes place 19 years after the events of J.K. Rowling's novel Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Harry is now an adult, married to Ginny Weasley, and serves as the Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement at the Ministry of Magic. He has three children, including Albus, who is beginning his journey at Hogwarts. After being sorted into Slytherin, Albus struggles with the weight of his family legacy. The play debuted in London's West End in the summer of 2016. Chris Columbus, the director behind the first two Harry Potter films, told The Hollywood Reporter in 2021 that he would be open to directing an adaptation of the stage sequel featuring the original main cast – Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson – as their adult counterparts. "A version of Cursed Child with Dan, Rupert and Emma at the right age, it's cinematic bliss. If you're a film nerd or cinephile, it's kind of like what J.J. Abrams did with Star Wars... There's no question if you're a Star Wars fan, you were moved just seeing them on screen, seeing Harrison Ford as Han Solo again — and Chewy," he said. "I think that would be the same situation for Harry Potter fans. To able to actually see these adult actors now back in these roles? Oh, yeah. It would be amazingly fun to make that film — or two films," Columbus added.
