Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver
Antonio Brown
was back in controversy late Friday when witness videos seemed to capture him pulling out a handgun and firing several shots outside of influencer Adin Ross's unauthorized boxing spectacle in Miami. The video went viral on X in minutes, with reports that the former NFL star opened fire after someone tried to pull his chain off his neck. Miami-Dade police have made no official comment, and Antonio Brown's team has remained silent.
Antonio Brown allegedly arrested after firing shots at a crowd over stolen chain
Antonio Brown, 36, made an appearance at Ross's invite-only 'BrandRisk' fight card as a guest of honor, greeting fans who chanted his initials in front of the camera. Moments later, a frenzied cell-phone video—now seen more than two million times—recorded a heated shoving match outside the venue. A metallic sound, followed by frantic screaming, indicated a gun had been fired. From another angle, a man in Antonio Brown's signature 'Boomin' hoodie seemed to point a black pistol toward the sky.
Some fans blamed Twitch streamer MarkyNextDoor for the attempted chain snatch, although that report is unverified.
Online reaction was immediate as one user posted, 'Antonio Brown was just arrested at Adin Ross's boxing event after allegedly pulling out a firearm and firing shots while trying to fight off people who were trying to steal his chain.'

Officials will now have to sort through dozens of clips from Brown's cell phone to check if a bullet was indeed fired and, if so, whether Brown or someone else fired it. Until Miami-Dade police deliver an official report, there will be suspicions about what did or didn't occur outside Ross's ramshackle ring.

Delhi govt relaunches online training course for educators on Pocso Act

New Delhi: With an aim to enhance child protection systems in schools, Delhi govt has relaunched a comprehensive online training course for educators on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act. According to officials, the initiative is designed to equip school staff with a deeper understanding of the legal framework and responsibilities under the Pocso Act . Open to teachers from a wide range of educational institutions—including those under the directorate of education, New Delhi Municipal Council, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, as well as private schools—it aims to build a more informed and vigilant educational community to safeguard children's rights and well-being. The training, developed by the State Council of Educational Research and Training, is available until June 30 on the Diksha-Lead platform. Educators participating in the programme will learn about the structure and provisions of the Pocso Act, gaining critical insights into their role in ensuring student safety. To encourage active participation, certificates will be awarded to those who achieve a minimum score of 60%. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Het meest ontspannende boerderijspel van 2025. Many children spend a significant portion of their day in school, making it a critical space for early detection and timely intervention. Without proper knowledge of the legal provisions and responsibilities, even well-meaning educators may overlook or mishandle disclosures of abuse," said an official. Officials highlighted the flexibility of the module, noting that teachers can complete the training at their own pace without disrupting their classroom responsibilities. The education department has strongly encouraged all school staff to take part in the programme, underlining its importance in fostering safer learning environments. Court acquits two in-laws of dowry death, cruelty charges

New Delhi: A court acquitted two women of charges of cruelty and causing dowry death, observing that they proved that they were falsely implicated in the case. A case was registered by one Meena, who alleged that her daughter Sushmita alias Sonam was tortured by mother-in-law Rekha and sister-in-law Kanchan for dowry, pushing her to kill herself on July 22, 2022. Badarpur police station registered a case under IPC sections 498A (cruelty by a husband or his relatives towards a married woman) and 304B (dowry death). The court of additional sessions judge Sheetal Chaudhary Pradhan on June 2 said Meena did not depose against the accused persons in terms of the complaint that they demanded dowry, following which she was declared hostile. The judge noted that the statements of the deceased's husband and father-in-law and her brother did not support the prosecution's story and their depositions were discarded as being unreliable. The court observed that the Forensic Science Lab report regarding the data retrieved from the mobile phone of the deceased showed she was in touch with one Adarsh Mishra, with whom she had shared an emotional bond. The judge noted that Mishra told the court that he had got to know Sushmita via social media, met her on several occasions and even spoke to her soon before her death, but she never complained about any kind of cruelty committed by the accused, Mishra said. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Buy Brass Idols - Handmade Brass Statues for Home & Gifting Luxeartisanship Buy Now Undo The court said that according to the postmortem report, there were no external injuries on the body. "Further, the deceased did not leave any suicide note, which could imply that she was subjected to cruelty," it added. All the other witnesses examined by the prosecution also didn't mention any incident that could mean that the deceased was subjected to any kind of dowry demand, the court said, adding that the family members' claim regarding the demand of a gold chain was vague. The prosecution also failed to establish the guilt of the accused, it pointed out. Follow more information on Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad here . From liquor dens to law and order: BMP-4 ignites police dreams for Dumraon women

1 2 Buxar: Each morning in the villages of Banjhu Dera, Noniya Dera and Nandan near the Bihar Military Police-4 (BMP-4) campus in Dumraon, a group of young women gather with a shared goal – to join the Bihar Police. Among them are Chanchal Kumari and Arti Kumari, joined by nearly 30 peers, all undergoing daily training with focus and determination. These villages, once associated with the illicit liquor trade, are now witnessing a quiet shift. The inspiration behind it – women constables posted at BMP-4, whose presence and discipline have sparked ambition among local youth. The change began in 2012 with the establishment of BMP-4. The momentum grew stronger with the launch of the Bihar Military Police Training Centre (BMPTC) in 2020. What was once a region with minimal police presence is now experiencing renewed safety, structure and aspiration. "The presence of both institutions has not only boosted security but also opened up employment opportunities in the police department," said a local resident. Sunil Kumar, ADG (special branch) and a native of the Dumraon subdivision, credited the increased police visibility with inspiring local youth to pursue careers in law enforcement – bringing not only discipline but also economic stability to their families. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Quito: Ecuatorianos: generen un segundo ingreso con Amazon CFD. "I used to be unemployed," said a vendor outside the training centre. "Now I earn around Rs 1,000 a day," he added. Ajay Kumar Pandey, commandant of BMP-4 and BMP-18, said, "There is a marked shift in mindset and law and order in the area. The combined strength of BMP-4 and BMP-18 stands at 1,660 constables, including 523 women." Spread over 200 acres, BMP-4 is a reflection of structured development with well-planned roads and modern lighting. Its foundation stone was laid in 2002 by then Bihar DGP R R Prasad. The journey was not without challenges. The construction of BMP-4 involved the acquisition of large tracts of land, including portions of the Haryana Cattle Breeding Farm. Bringing the facility to Dumraon required concerted efforts from both R R Prasad and Sunil Kumar, who was then the SP of Buxar. "The institution stands as a symbol of progress and aspiration for the region's youth," said Bhashmakar Dubey, a resident of Dumraon town. And for the young women training nearby, it represents something even greater – a path to empowerment and a break from the past. Follow more information on Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad here .
