The 25th AMH Island Classic Charity Golf Tournament concluded its three-day run at the Private Golf Course of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in Saffriya, with AL HAWAG and XEROX 1 emerging as champions in their respective flights. Al Hawag dominated the Championship Flight with a score of 50.3, securing victory among teams with handicap averages below 6.0.
Hackers 2 (52.3) and Hackers 1 (52.8) claimed second and third positions respectively. In the Premier Flight, for teams with handicap averages of 6.0 or more, Xerox 1 clinched the title with 51.4, followed by RCSI 2 (52.4) and How Is My Driving Call 999 (53.2).
The tournament's side contest winners included Salah Ali Eid of Mohammed Jalal for Closest to the Pin, Rashid Saleh Ali of Al Hawaj for Most Accurate Drive, and Zuzar Madarwala of NBB1 for Longest Putt. Dr. George Cheriyan, AMH Corporate CEO/CMO, expressed gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the tournament's patron, and acknowledged the Royal Court's support.
