In the General Hospital episode that aired on May 14, Drew (Cameron Mathison) called Ric (Rick Hearst) over to his home, feeling Ric was the perfect person to represent Willow (Katelyn Irene MacMullen) in a custody battle against Michael, well, really against Carly (Laura Wright).
When Ric asked about Martin's (Michael E. Knight) previous strategy with the case, Willow noted that Martin had previously hired a private investigator to dig into Michael, but nothing was found. Ric lauded his ability to find things Martin couldn't. This raised our eyebrows, because there are indeed a few things to be found if Ric looks hard enough.
If Ric's grandiose prediction about his abilities rings true, we suspect he may learn about Michael's baby with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). This closely guarded secret has been flying under the radar in Port Charles, largely because Jason (Steve Burton) has stepped up to claim paternity at Sasha's urging. Outside of Sasha, Jason, Michael and Diane (Carolyn Hennesy), no one knows about Michael's forthcoming baby. Instead, most people believe that Michael is a poor, innocent husband who was cheated on by his wife with his uncle, and he's done nothing wrong.
While Michael is indeed the victim of his wife and uncle's affair, he also had an affair with Sasha and impregnated her in the aftermath. Although there's an argument to be made that Michael and Sasha wouldn't have cheated had Willow not slept with Drew, to a family court, a judge may not be in such a rush to condemn Willow for extramarital activities with Michael, having done the same. A point, Ric may bank on if he learns of the baby secret.
Now Ric being Ric, he'd likely drop this bombshell news in open court before a judge during a custody hearing. He'd want to create a big spectacle to catch Diane off guard. As an officer of the law with knowledge of the truth, it would be hard for Diane to counter Ric's news without perjuring herself, putting her law license in jeopardy in the process. And for giggles, Ric would probably love to see Carly's head explode from not knowing she has a grandchild on the way and that her bestie Jason has been lying to her for months.
Although the baby secret is likely the one Ric discovers if he does find one, there's always a chance that Ric somehow learns that Michael covered up for Sonny (Maurice Benard) when he murdered John Cates (Adam J. Harrington) instead. Ric could easily blackmail Michael or Carly to drop the suit for full custody in exchange for Ric not turning his nephew in for being an accessory after the fact to murder.
As of publication, Ric learning of a big secret that impacts the custody battle between Willow and Michael is just a theory. However, we can't help but think Ric representing Willow could be a game-changer.
New episodes of General Hospital air on weekdays on ABC. If you miss an episode, you can catch up on Hulu.

A Killer New 'Predator' Movie Is Quietly Releasing This Week. Here's How To Watch

If you love the 1987 action/horror classic Predator, there's some very good news. While the next live action movie, Predator: Badlands, won't hit theaters until November 7, this week, there's another new Predator movie sneakily coming to streaming. Directed by Dan Trachtenberg, the same guy who brought us Prey in 2022, a new animated movie called Predator: Killer of Killers is hitting Hulu this Friday. Here's what to know about the plot, the trailers, and when to stream the newest Predator Killer of Killers will hit Hulu on Friday, June 5, 2025. If you have Disney+ with a Hulu add-on, you can stream it that way, too. There have been two major trailers for Killer of Killers, one that reveals the basic premise of the movie, and another, a behind-the-scenes video detailing how this animated movie tries to take striking concept art and bring it to life. Unlike other Predator movies, Killer of Killers is an anthology concept, meaning the roughly 90-minute film has three sections, each depicting people battling Predators in different historical periods. The movie starts with ancient Vikings, moves to feudal Japan, and eventually, depicts Predators attacking WWII fighter planes. There is a method to this madness, though. All three stories are linked, and by the end of the movie, you'll see why. If the concept of Predators battling humans in historical settings sounds familiar, it should. In 2022, Trachtenberg's film Prey depicted a Comanche woman named Naru (Amber Midthunder) battling a Predator in 1719. The vibe of Killer of Killers very much follows the mood of Prey, and if you're paying attention, there's even some pretty big Easter eggs connected to that movie. Presumably, all of this is setting up the next big movie, Predator: Badlands. Starring Elle Fanning, that sci-fi action flick hits theaters on November 7. Terror Touches Down on 'Alien: Earth' Official Trailer

Summary Get ready for a new chapter of terror, as the Xenomorph finally comes to released the highly anticipated official trailer forAlien: Earth, the new sci-fi horror series that marks the first time the iconic franchise brings its terrifying creatures to our home planet. The series, created by Emmy winner Noah Hawley and executive produced byRidley Scott, is a prequel set in the year 2120, two years before the events of the original Alien film. The plot kicks off when the mysterious deep space research vessel USCSS Maginot crash-lands on Earth. Its arrival unleashes mysterious, predatory life forms – including the infamous Xenomorph – onto a planet already grappling with a 'Corporate Era' dominated by five mega-corporations and the rise of advanced synthetics and 'hybrids.' The trailer introduces Sydney Chandler as Wendy, a 'hybrid' (a humanoid robot infused with human consciousness) and the first prototype from Prodigy Corporation, who finds herself face-to-face with humanity's greatest threat. The footage is packed with chilling visuals, hinting at claustrophobic ship hallways, intense encounters with various alien life forms (with one character ominously stating the ship 'collected five different life forms from the darkest corners of the universe,' and one being 'predatory,' suggesting even a Predator could appear), and the terrifying realization that the 'perfect organism' has arrived on Earth. The cast also includes Timothy Olyphant, Alex Lawther, and Samuel Blenkin, among Earthis the firs time Scott's franchise hits the small screens. Alien: Earthwill premiere with its first two episodes on August 12, 2025, at 8 PM on FX, with new episodes following weekly. It will also be available to stream on Hulu in the US and Disney+ internationally.

Movie review: 'Predator: Killer of Killers' a visceral animated trio

1 of 5 | The animated "Predator: Killer of Killers," on Hulu Friday, features new Predators. Photo courtesy of 20th Century Studios LOS ANGELES, June 5 (UPI) -- Predator: Killer of Killers, on Hulu Friday, is a worthy addition to the Predator franchise. The animated film takes advantage of the format to explore aspects only hinted at in the live-action movies. Killer of Killers is an anthology of three stories in different time periods. In 841, the Viking queen Ursa (voice of Lindsay LaVanchy) encounters a Predator during a battle against an enemy clan, while in 1629 Japan, two samurai brothers come across a Predator in a mostly dialogue-free segment. Later, in 1942, World War II mechanic John Torres (Rick Gonzalez) leads a dogfight against a Predator ship. Predator 2 seeded the idea that the Predators have been visiting Earth throughout human history, but it wasn't until 2022's Prey that the live-action franchise explored the past. While live-action period pieces would be welcome, a single period piece is cost-prohibitive, let alone three in one movie. The animation directed by Dan Trachtenberg, director of the live-action Prey and upcoming Predator: Badlands, feels like a legitimate Predator movie from the moment the score plays. The Predator's invisible ship ripples against the backdrop, and the creature turns on heat vision to stalk its prey. The Predator that Ursa faces is taller and more hulking than any of the human actors who wore the suit, even the late 7-foot-2 Kevin Peter Hall in the first two films. The Japanese brothers face a leaner Predator, and the WWII Predator, sitting in his cockpit, has interesting horns and scars. Details show the thought put into crafting an alien encounter, such as a leaf sticking to an invisible Predator or a spark from a fire rippling the Predator's invisible cloak. The humans prove as vicious as the Predators, committing graphic decapitations. The setup has always been that the Predators sought the most worthy warriors, hence elite soldiers in the original, Native American warriors in Prey and even the xenomorph in the Alien vs. Predator films. The dynamic action shows the steadiness of a long take is as effective in animation as live action, letting the viewer absorb extended, unedited combat. Recognizable and more obscure Easter eggs add connections to the rest of the Predator series. The three stories connect in surprising ways that make it more than just an anthology. Still, Killer of Killers would already be cool as a collection of Predator minisodes. Fred Topel, who attended film school at Ithaca College, is a UPI entertainment writer based in Los Angeles.
