I appreciate it. You know, the nail iso thing started when teams, of course, switched a lot. Switched my pick and rolls a lot. And by the time I rolled the little guy down to the block, somebody else would run over and back switch from the weak side. And then you're deep in the clock.'
Explaining it further, he continued, saying, 'By the time I turn around, I have another big on me. And so, we thought of a way to have the mismatch iso against the little guy without, you know, the whole back switch.
So the easiest was just after a high pick and roll, just to give me the ball right there on the nail. ... Wherever I would catch the ball, I would just turn around and probably shoot over the smaller defender."

Trump 2025 travel ban: Uncle Sam's new no-fly list just got bigger; this is what has been banned and barred

The move, which is a part of the POTUS' immigration crackdown launched earlier this year, is portrayed as a needed action to protect the country against "foreign terrorists" and other security threats. "We will not allow people to enter our country who wish to do us harm," Trump said in a video posted on X. He also added that the list could be revised and new countries could be added. Who has been banned from the United States and who has been barred? Find out below! These are: Burundi Cuba Laos Sierra Leone Togo Turkmenistan Venezuela Welcomed to the United States of America Image credits: Getty Images According to The Guardian, Trump's new travel ban contains a unique exemption. Players, staff or associated families with clubs participating in the 2025 Club World Cup, the 2026 Fifa World Cup or the 2028 Olympics could be exempted from the US travel ban. Section 4 of the order, outlines the exemption stating, "any athlete or member of an athletic team, including coaches, persons performing a necessary support role and immediate relatives, travelling for the World Cup, Olympics, or other major sporting event as determined by the secretary of the state" are not subject to the ban. The travel ban by the President is a reinstatement as earlier the Biden administration had repealed the ban on nationals from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen in 2021 calling it "a stain on our national conscience." Many countries such as Somalia and Venezuela have already responded to the travel ban. While the former pledged to work with the U.S. to address the security issues, the latter announced that living in the United States is a "big risk" and advised its citizens against being in the U.S.

Did Donald Trump influence Rob Manfred's decision on Pete Rose's Hall of Fame chances

A long-standing decision has been rethought after years. What led to it? Who was behind the pressure? One surprising name was mentioned, and it's not a baseball player. Donald Trump 's opinion influenced a major MLB decision On Wednesday, during an MLB owners meeting, commissioner Rob Manfred shared surprising details in a press conference. He said that former U.S. President Donald Trump was one of the people who supported lifting Pete Rose's lifetime ban from baseball. Manfred said, 'He was one of a number of voices that were supportive of the idea that this was the right decision.' The decision, made official on May 13, 2025, now allows Pete Rose to be considered for the Baseball Hall of Fame in December 2027. Trump's support wasn't the only voice Manfred heard. He added, 'Obviously, I have respect for the office, and the advice that he gave, I paid attention to. But I had a lot of other people that were weighing in on the topic, as well.' Bartlett Giamatti agreed to the punishment. Rose was found to have gambled on games, including ones involving his own team, the Cincinnati Reds, while playing and managing from 1985 to 1987. In 1991, the Hall of Fame made it clear that those on the permanently banned list would not be considered for entry. But this new ruling has changed that policy after more than 30 years. He said that robot umpires might be used in MLB starting in 2026. This technology would help teams challenge ball and strike calls. Tested in 288 games during spring training 2025, this mechanism lets teams succeed 52.2% of their challenges. Rob Manfred also said that MLB is in contact with Olympic authorities about permitting major league players to compete in the 2028 Summer Games in Los Angeles. He said talks on a possible salary cap would begin following the 2025 season. Discussions with the players' union are expected to begin in early 2026. There are also plans to finalize a new Sunday night broadcast deal before the All-Star break this year. The league is talking to three networks and streaming services. Manfred confirmed that attendance is up by 1.4% compared to last year. He also shared that the Las Vegas ballpark for the Athletics is expected to be ready by Opening Day 2028.

Prince William finally spoke about his feud with Prince Harry: Here's what he said

The tale of a family feud is as old as the sun. There is no family that doesn't have differences. When people live and grow together, differences are bout to arise, what matters is if you resolve them or let them create a divide between you. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now Mostly, in the persistence of a family feud, people separate from each other and it rarely becomes a headline for anyone. But such separation in the royal family of England made headlines in 2020 when and his wife , the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped back as senior royals and moved to California. Ever since the news of a feud between the prince and his father and brother has persisted. While Prince Harry has made numerous remarks on his willingness to reconcile with his father, both Harry and William have remained mum on the condition of their relations, until now. In a royal outing to the regiment once associated with Prince Harry, Prince William made a subtle dig at his estranged brother. The 42-year-old visited the Army Air Corps (ACC) in Wattisham, Suffolk on June 4th, 2025. This was the first time the royal was touring the regiment since becoming the colonel-in-chief of the Army Air Corps. It was when he was taking a water break with a group of British soldiers that he made a rare comment about his family feud. Image credits: Getty Images 'Is the pace of life good at the moment?' asked the Prince of Wales, as per Daily Mail. 'Families okay? See you enough?' he continued after one soldier said it was "a mixed bag" 'Some of them might not want to see you that much,' the prince added. 'It's a mixed bag sometimes.' While it remains unclear if the comment was a veiled dig at his younger brother, the remark surely came at a time when his feud with Harry is ongoing. Prince Harry was the former in charge of the regiment visited by William. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now Willian took charge of it in May 2024 after he was named as the colonel-in-chief of the ACC by his King Charles. Harry, 40, trained as an ACC pilot in 2009 and later served with the British Army's combat aviation arm in 2012 and 2013 during his second tour of Afghanistan. It is believed that he would have been named as the colonel-in-chief of the ACC had he not stepped down from the royal duties with his wife.
