Rain expected in parts of UAE during Eid Al Adha holidays, predicts NCM
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) expects a gradual rise in temperatures on Sunday, with low clouds forming in the northern and eastern regions, with a possibility of rainfall during Eid Al Adha holiday.
The weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy due to the country being affected by an extension of a surface low-pressure system from the east and a surface high-pressure system from the west, accompanied by an upper-level high-pressure system.
The NCM stated that maximum temperatures will range between 30°C and 43°C, while minimum temperatures will range between 21°C and 29°C.
Thursday's weather is predicted to be clear to partly cloudy, occasionally dusty, with some clouds forming in the northern and eastern regions. It will be humid at night and on Friday morning in some coastal areas.
Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally active and stirring dust during the day and the sea will be rough to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and light to moderate in the Sea of Oman.
Friday's weather is predicted to be clear to partly cloudy, with some low clouds forming in the northern and eastern regions and a chance of light rains, while it will be humid at night and on Saturday morning in some coastal areas, with a possibility of light fog formation.
Winds will be northwesterly, turning southeasterly, light to moderate, and occasionally active, with speeds ranging from 10 to 20 km/h, amounting to 35 km/h and the sea will be moderate to light in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Saturday's weather will be clear to partly cloudy, with a chance of cumulus clouds forming, accompanied by rainfall in the eastern and northern regions and winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, light to moderate, and occasionally active, with speeds ranging from 10 to 25 km/h, amounting to 40 km/h.
The sea will be light in the Arabian Gulf and light to moderate in the Sea of Oman, according to the NCM. Sunday's weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy at times, with a chance of cumulus clouds forming, accompanied by rainfall in the eastern and northern regions.

AKSC launches ‘Eid Fruit Basket' initiative
In line with its ongoing commitment to its community role and dedication to strengthening the values of solidarity and joy among community members, Al Khalidiyah Suburb Council (AKSC) has launched, for the fifth consecutive year, its annual community initiative, 'Eid Fruit Basket,' targeting deserving families in Al Khalidiyah Suburb on the occasion of Eid Al Adha. The sea conditions will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea. Temperatures in Abu Dhabi are likely to see a high of 39°C and a low of 28°C, while in Dubai, it will be 38°C with a low of 27°C. Sharjah will identical as Dubai with a high of 38°C and a low of 27°C.
