Wicklow emerged victorious in a heart-stopping Tailteann Cup quarter-final, taking the lead for the first time with the last kick of the game.
As the clock hit the 70 and the teams were level, the ball went one way, then the other, then back down towards Westmeath's goal again. Both teams could have won it during that period, but eventually – and fittingly – it was captain Dean Healy, scoreless up to that, who fired over the winner.

Two Croke Park double headers as hurling and football fixtures confirmed
Croke Park will host a Dublin double header on Saturday as the GAA's Central Competitions Control Committee has opted to split the All-Ireland hurling quarter-finals. Limerick have agreed to travel to the capital for their clash with Dublin, which will precede the Dublin-Cork football preliminary quarter-final. The other hurling quarter-final between Galway and Tipperary has been fixed for the TUS Gaelic Grounds in Limerick on Saturday evening. There will be one other football preliminary quarter-final on Saturday, with Cavan making the long trip to Killarney to face Kerry, just six days after their heavy defeat to Tyrone in the last round of Group 1 games. The remaining football quarter-finals will take place on Sunday afternoon as Down host Galway and Louth travel to Donegal.
