A FRANTIC search has been launched for a paddleboarder who went missing at a Scottish loch.
Emergency services were called to Loch Ore, within Lochore Meadows Country Park, Fife, on Saturday evening.

Emergency services are looking for the missing man
Police said they had received a "report of concern" for a male who had been out in the water.
A search for the man remains on-going, with the help of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and the coastguard.
Visitors were urged to avoid the area.
Loch Ore is a popular beauty spot, and used for leisure purposes, like sailing, paddle sports and open water swimming.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 5.25pm on Saturday we were called to Loch Ore Meadows, Lochgelly after receiving a report of concern for a male who had been paddle boarding.
"Emergency services, including the coastguard, are in attendance and extensive searches are being carried out.
"Enquiries are ongoing and we would ask people to please avoid the area if possible."
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed staff are also in attendance.

The suspect is accused of then firing on the back-up when it arrived. Negotiators arrived on the scene and were able to make contact with the man. Body found in search for missing 15-year-old paddle boarder
The body of a male youth has been recovered from a loch where extensive searches were taking place for a missing 15-year-old paddle boarder. Emergency services were called on Saturday afternoon after concerns were raised for a male who had been in the about 5.25pm at Loch Ore in Lochore Meadows Country Park in Fife, Scotland. Temperatures in the area had hit 20C (68F). Firefighters and the coastguard launched a search with a no-fly zone put in place from Sunday until Monday morning. Police Scotland said that the body of a male youth was recovered from the loch at about 1.20pm on Sunday. 'Formal identification has yet to take place. However, the family of a 15-year-old paddle boarder reported missing on Saturday, 28 June, have been informed,' the force said. 'There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.'

Crucifix set on fire during ‘senseless' attack on Scots cemetery
After entering the cemetery grounds those responsible attacked around 40 headstones, with some being 'demolished'. A wooden crucifix has been set alight and some 40 headstones attacked at an East Renfrewshire cemetery, in what a bishop has condemned as 'senseless vandalism'. The incident at St Conval's Cemetery on Glasgow Road, Barrhead, is understood to have happened in the early hours of June 29. The Diocese of Paisley reported that after entering the cemetery grounds those responsible attacked around 40 headstones, with some being 'demolished'. A five-metre-high wooden crucifix was also set on fire. The Bishop of Paisley, Bishop John Keenan said: 'I am saddened and dismayed by this senseless vandalism and the destructive violence behind it. 'My thoughts and prayers are with the families who have had headstones attacked, as well as with the whole community of relatives and friends who visit St Conval's and care for the graves of their loved ones so tenderly.' The bishop added: 'My gratitude goes to the St Conval's staff who maintain the grounds and administer the cemetery and who now face the distressing task of repairing and making safe damaged graves while comforting distraught families.'
