Anti-Corruption Receives Declaration of Transportation & Public Works Deputy Minister

Sana'a - Saba:
The Supreme National Anti-Corruption Commission (SACC) member Engineer Harith Al-Omari received on Saturday the fourth financial disclosure statement from Deputy Minister of Transportation and Public Works Yahya Mohammed Al-Sayani.
During the receipt of the declaration in the presence of the head of the Financial Disclosure and Anti-Graft Department at the Commission, Mohammed Al-Qans, Engineer Al-Omari appreciated the keenness of the Deputy Minister of Transport and Public Works to submit his declaration in compliance with the provisions of the Financial Disclosure Law No. (30) of 2006, and in order to enhance the protection of the integrity of public employees. He urged all those covered to submit their declarations within the dates specified by the law.
For his part, the Deputy Minister of Transportation and Public Works confirmed that his submission of the declaration comes in compliance with the provisions of the Financial Disclosure Law.

Sana'a - Saba: A meeting held on Wednesday in Sana'a, attended by Redhwan Mohammed Al-Mutawakel, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme National Anti-Corruption Authority, and Mohammed Qaheem, Minister of Transport and Public Works, discussed aspects of cooperation and coordination in combating corruption. The meeting reviewed a matrix outlining the most prominent irregularities within the ministry and its affiliated agencies, along with preventive measures to address them. The matrix was prepared by the Authority through its Corruption Prevention Department, based on reports, complaints, and case files under review. The Deputy Chairman of the Authority emphasized the commitment to seriously implementing the preventive measures outlined in the matrix to address irregularities, thereby enhancing corruption prevention within the ministry and its affiliated entities. This aligns with the directives of the leadership, the program of the Government of Change and Construction, and the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy. For his part, the Minister of Transport and Public Works affirmed the ministry's dedication to strengthening anti-corruption efforts and adhering to the measures outlined in the matrix prepared by the Authority, in line with the proposed solutions. Sana'a - Saba: The Supreme National Anti-Corruption Commission, in coordination with the National Women's Committee, held on Sunday an educational workshop for its female employees on the importance of enrolling their children in summer courses. Dr. Maryam al-Jawfi emphasized that these courses are crucial for protecting youth from harmful cultures and ideas, strengthening their faith identity, and bringing them closer to Allah. Al-Jawfi highlighted the revolutionary and political leadership's focus on summer activities to instill Quranic culture, protect against "soft warfare," and develop skills. Al-Jawfi urged female employees to encourage their children's enrollment to contribute to the future generation's valuable knowledge and behaviors. Trainer Hana al-Mahdi discussed the dangers of soft warfare, the importance of summer courses in raising awareness, and the enemies' opposition to these courses.
