Travers 'Candyman' Beynon hasn't given up on offloading his 'mindblowing' Candy Shop Mansion.
The tobacco tycoon, 53, first listed the property back in 2023 and, at one stage, it had an eye-watering $25 million price tag attached.
The Gold Coast Bulletin reported this week that Travers has enlisted another agent to give the property the push it needs to get it over the line.
He has enlisted agents Ivy Wu and Isaac Kim from Ivy Realty to run an expression of interest campaign for the lavish property.
Isaac told the publication that his mind was 'blown' the first time he set foot in the palatial home.
'It was actually really mind blowing the first time I was invited to the property,' he said.
'It's got so much detail wherever you look from the hand paintings to the sheer scale of the house.'
Travers originally purchased the property, located in the northern Gold Coast suburb of Helensvale, in 2010.
He later purchased neighbouring land, effectively tripling the footprint of the compound.
The property sits on a substantial 1.4 acres with 175 metres of private water frontage.
The house itself is set across an expansive 2,230 square-metre floorplan and boasts mosaic murals and hand-painted frescos throughout.
It also features an internal lift, imported lighting and 24-carat gold embellishments to further accentuate the grandeur.
A gourmet kitchen features Gaggenau appliances and there is also a wet bar, cellar, soundproof cinema and a grand ballroom complete with an eight-metre ceiling.
It also boasts a whopping 14 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms as well as a state-of-the-art gym, a showroom-style six-car garage and a separate 10-car basement garage.
The grandeur extends to the exterior, too, with the grounds featuring luxurious gardens and an infinity edge pool with 24-carat gold and platinum mosaic tiles and a swim-up bar.
The opulent home, which has hosted many wild parties over the years, sits behind large two-ton crested gates and features a gorgeous sandstone driveway and marble-clad majestic courtyard.
Its highly desirable location is close to a variety of amenities including world renowned Surfers Paradise shopping centres, restaurants and beach.
It comes as Travers welcomed his fifth child, Santiago, back in June last year.
He took to his Instagram Stories to confirm that he and wife of 14 years Taesha had welcomed a baby boy as he shared sweet snaps of the little one.
Welcome to the world son,' Travers wrote alongside a video of him holding his newborn son's hand.
Travers also shares two daughters Velicia, 12, and Serafina, 11, with his wife Taesha and has two other children - Valentino, 24, and Luciana, 22 - from his previous marriage to Ninibeth Leal.
Travers' eldest son Valentino also took to Instagram to gush over the arrival of his baby brother Santiago as he shared an array of sweet snaps of the newborn.

In 2023, Travers announced the couple was looking for a new 'main girlfriend' to live with them.
An online job application included a list of requirements for women hoping to win the position, as well as a glimpse into the kinds of daily activities she would be expected to perform.
'Being the girlfriend of Mr Beynon, a.k.a. The Candyman, not only must you be attractive to be considered as a girlfriend, but you must be fun, bubbly, outgoing, spontaneous, adventurous and respectful to everyone,' the website states.
The successful applicant would enjoy perks such as a designer wardrobe, five-star travel around the world, and entry into 'exclusive private parties' with Travers himself.
Girlfriends are required to 'maintain their presentation' by undergoing regular beauty treatments - all of which will be organised by Travers.
Travers is the managing director of Freechoice Tobacco and is said to be worth $200million.

Major blow for Australia just days before Anthony Albanese meets Donald Trump
The Trump administration has launched a review into the AUKUS security deal with Australia and the UK. The review, which was announced overnight on Thursday, will be led by vocal sceptic Elbridge Colby, Under Secretary of Defense for Policy who has called the pact 'crazy'. A defence official told The Daily Telegraph the Pentagon was looking at the deal to ensure 'this initiative of the previous Administration is aligned with the President's America First agenda'. 'As (Defence) Secretary (Pete) Hegseth has made clear, this means ensuring the highest readiness of our service members, that allies step up fully to do their part for collective defence, and that the defence industrial base is meeting our needs. It comes almost two weeks after it was revealed Hegseth urged Australian counterpart Richard Marles to increase military spending. Australia's total defence spend in 2024-25 was about $53.94billion, or 2 per cent of GDP. This is set to increase to 2.33 per cent by 2033-34 - but the US wants the number to be at least 3 per cent. Head of the US Seapower Subcommittee, Congressman Joe Courtney has spoken up to encourage his government not to abandon the pact. 'The new administration certainly has the right to review the trilateral AUKUS mission,' he said. 'But as the recent UK government's defence review determined, this is a defence alliance that is overwhelmingly in the best interest of all three AUKUS nations, as well as the Indo-Pacific region as a whole. 'To abandon AUKUS – which is already well underway – would cause lasting harm to our nation's standing with close allies and certainly be met with great rejoicing in Beijing.' Under the pact, Australia will spend up to $368billion eight nuclear-powered submarines and purchasing more from the United States. It marks the biggest defence investment in Australian history with the annual cost amounting to 0.15 per cent of GDP until the mid-2050s. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will be attending the G7 Summit next week in Canada, during which he is expected to meet with Donald Trump.
