Diddy's $61.5M Beverly Hills mansion still unsold after 200 days... realtors explain mistake he is making
Sean ' Diddy ' Combs was right about that whole mo' money mo' problems thing.
While Combs sits inside a Manhattan courtroom, facing off with his sexual abuse accusers at trial, his lavish Los Angeles mansion is sitting on the market.
What was once his very own palace fit for a hip hop mogul has turned into a $61.5 million real estate headache that no one wants to touch — or even talk about — due to his now disgraced name.
The embattled rapper had quietly listed the palatial Los Angeles estate for a staggering $61.5 million just one week before he was arrested in September 2024.
Now, the 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom mansion seems to be tainted by his scandal and has sat on the market for over 200 days.
When DailyMail.com reached Kurt Rappaport, the listing agent for Combs' mansion, by telephone, he said he was unable to speak.
'Unfortunately, I have no comment. Nothing,' he said before hanging up.
Another area real estate agent said: 'I wish I could help, but no agents want to touch that house or be in any stories related to the case or the listing.'
Nestled in the glitzy enclave of Holmby Hills, the estate features a 35-seat movie theater, a disco ball-inspired statue, a pool with a waterfall grotto, and a traditional pizza oven.
It also has perfectly manicured grounds, a guesthouse with a recording studio, a basketball court, and a fully decked out spa house.
Combs' ex, singer Cassie Ventura, did testify in court that his LA home wasn't the scene of his infamous 'freak offs'— multi-day sex and drug-fueled parties now being revealed through witnesses in court — it's likely the public is doing little to separate the estate from the scandal.
No potential buyers want to brag that they bought the disgraced producer's home.
The Bad Boy Records founder also owns a Miami compound which law enforcement raided in March 2024, seizing 1,000 bottles of baby oil among other evidence.
Combs bought the Mapleton Drive mansion in 2014 for $39 million and is refusing to budge on its price.
In March, he pulled the sprawling property off the market, only for the listing to mysteriously reappear less than 12 hours later.
Despite his mounting legal problems and massive legal fees, the home's Zillow listing still includes the original asking price.
There was a lowball offer in 2024, when investor Steven 'Bo' Belmont (who flips scandal-tainted celebrity homes)offered $30 million for it.
He promised he could remove the negative attention and turn the mansion into a gem.
'I want to remove the stigma and focus on the charming elegance of this remarkable property,' Belmont said in a statement at the time.
Belmont previously bought another scandal-plagued star's home when he purchased Kanye West's crumbling Malibu pad for a $21 million. It had been listed for $53 million.
Combs' mansion was once the scene of A-list parties, including an afterparty for the 2017 Grammys.
Real estate experts had labeled the asking price is 'ridiculous' in light of the sex trafficking allegations against Diddy.
Only a few people have even bothering touring the Southern California mansion, and no one has shown serious interest in a purchase.
It's likely that Combs being in the current news cycle in a negative light will only hinder his ability to sell the home at a profit.
Meanwhile, Combs has remained in a federal jail in Brooklyn since his trial started on on May 5.
He has pleaded not guilty to charges that he coerced and abused women for years, aided by associates and employees.
Prosecutors said that since at least 2008, Combs engaged in a racketeering conspiracy, using his power and prestige in the entertainment industry to force women into the aforementioned 'Freak Offs.'
They said he used videos of the attacks as collateral to threaten victims, and they said he also physically assaulted women and others by striking, punching, dragging and kicking them.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges that he coerced and abused women for years, aided by associates and employees.
On Monday, incendiary images were shown in Combs' trial that reveal the disgraced rap mogul was preparing for a hotel 'freak off' despite knowing he was about to be arrested, prosecutors say.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' ex-girlfriend testifies he rebuffed pleas that escorts wear condoms
NEW YORK, June 6 (Reuters) - Sean "Diddy" Combs twice rebuffed a former girlfriend's requests that male entertainers wear condoms when having sex with her as Combs watched, the woman said on Friday during often tearful testimony at the hip-hop mogul's sex trafficking trial. The woman, testifying under the pseudonym Jane to protect her privacy, said Combs would "guilt trip" her when she asked that the entertainers wear condoms during their frequent, lengthy sexual encounters. The sexual interactions resembled what another one of Combs' exes, Casandra Ventura, referred to as "Freak Offs" during her testimony last month. Jurors in the Manhattan federal court trial heard an audio recording in which Combs intervened after Jane asked a male entertainer named Don if he had a condom. As the recording was played, Combs rapidly tapped his fingers against his leg while seated at the defense table. "Why didn't you just insist that Don wear a condom?" prosecutor Maurene Comey asked. "Because I just didn't want to disappoint my lover," Jane responded, referring to Combs. Jane said she and Combs dated from 2021 through 2024. Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to five felony counts including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. Prosecutors say he coerced women over two decades to take part in elaborate, drug-fueled sexual performances during Freak Offs over two decades. The Bad Boy Records founder's defense lawyers have acknowledged that Combs was occasionally abusive in domestic relationships, but say the women who took part in Freak Offs did so consensually. During the first day of her testimony on Thursday, Jane said she was "head over heels" for Combs and wanted to have a one-on-one relationship with him, but that starting five months into their relationship most of their time together involved sexual interactions with male escorts in hotels. Jane said that when she told Combs she wanted those encounters to stop, he threatened to stop paying her rent. On Friday, Jane frequently sobbed and dabbed her eyes with a tissue as she told jurors how Combs would encourage her to keep going even after she grew tired during the encounters, which she said often lasted 24 hours or more. She recounted one instance in which she broke down crying after Combs said he had to leave following an encounter with an entertainer, despite having promised Jane a one-on-one date night and that the entertainer would be there for "just a little bit." "I hung onto those words, just a little bit," Jane said. "I was feeling terrible that he was going to leave me alone." Combs' defense lawyers are expected to cross-examine Jane next week. They may focus on sexually explicit text messages that she sent Combs in between their encounters to show she was a willing participant in their relationship. Combs has been in federal lockup in Brooklyn since his September 2024 arrest. He could face life in prison if convicted on all counts.

Ex-girlfriend of Sean Combs tells court of Las Vegas ‘hotel night'
A recent ex-girlfriend of singer Sean 'Diddy' Combs returned to the witness stand on Friday in his sex trafficking trial. The woman using the pseudonym 'Jane' previously testified that he pressured her into drug-fuelled sex marathons similar to those described by another former girlfriend, R&B singer Casandra 'Cassie' Ventura. Advertisement Jane is among several witnesses at the trial — now at the end of its fourth week — who accuse Combs of violence, including Cassie. Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to running his business empire as a racketeering enterprise that enabled and concealed the abuse of women across two decades. If convicted, he faces 15 years in jail to life imprisonment. On Friday, prosecutors questioned Jane about sexual subjects, beginning with a 2023 trip to Las Vegas where Jane said she and Combs had a 'hotel night' with an 'entertainer'. Assistant US Attorney Maurene Comey asked if Combs ever used the word 'freak'. Advertisement Jane said he would say 'he wants his freak' and that she understood that to mean 'he wanted me to be wild and sexual'. Her description of 'hotel nights' has closely paralleled Cassie's earlier testimony about numerous 'freak-offs' she had with male sex workers under Combs' direction. Jane said during her first day of testimony on Thursday that she repeatedly told Combs, in person and in writing, that she did not want to have sex with other men. But Combs, who paid her rent and controlled other parts of her life, kept pressuring her and she felt 'obligated' to take part in the 'hotel nights', she said. Advertisement

Diddy accused of raping Austrian TV reporter when she tried to book an interview
Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused of raping TV reporter Kathi Steininger as she tried to secure an interview The 55-year-old music artist is facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, to which Combs has denied all allegations against him. His trial began last month in New York, with his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, and Kid Cudi among those who have taken the stand so far. Austrian present Steininger has claimed in an interview that she was raped by the rapper when she was 19 years old. She organised an on-camera interview with Combs in March 2000 following his show at Vienna's Libro Music Hall, she told PULS 24, claiming that during the chat she was separated from her cameraman and handed a drink by Combs. She alleges the drink was drugged, and that her next memory from the event was being in the back of a tour bus being raped by the musician. 'There was 100 percent something in it,' she told the publication. 'I would never have gone to bed with that man.' Steininger claims she could not move or cry for help, and after the alleged attack, she felt too 'ashamed' to tell anyone about her experience. She also said that the attack left her unable to work and with post-traumatic stress disorder. 'You should hold those who did this to you accountable. Others should be ashamed,' she said. She alleges she was going to take the stand as part of his ongoing trial, but that, as her claims are outside of the statute of limitations and they were not in the US, she could not. The publication reports that a spokeswoman for the Vienna public prosecutor's office said whether there will be investigations against Combs in Austria will be dependent on the outcome of his current trial in the US. It comes after Combs was threatened with being removed from the courtroom yesterday after he 'vigorously nodded' at jurors. Multiple outlets reported that he has been threatened with expulsion from the court for seemingly attempting to 'interact' with jurors. Speaking to Comb's attorney, the judge Subramanian said in court: 'Mr Agnifilo, your client was looking at jurors and nodding vigorously. 'This can't continue, or I will give a limiting instruction you won't like, or other measures, including barring your client from the courtroom. Do you understand?' More Trending Defence attorney Marc Agnifilo told the judge that it would not happen again. The judge then added: 'There should be no efforts whatsoever to have an interaction with this jury.' This comes just days after a screaming woman was removed from the trial after an explicit outburst. Metro has contacted representatives for Sean Combs for comment . Got a story?
