Sam Thompson embraces sister as he ends 260-mile run and cycle for Soccer Aid
The former Made In Chelsea star, 32, embraced his sister, Louise Thompson, as well as her partner Ryan Libbey, and nephew Leo as he hopped over the finish line in Manchester on Friday morning.
TV presenter Will Best spoke to Thompson live on ITV's This Morning and revealed that his Match Ball Mission has so far raised £1,516,433.22 for humanitarian aid organisation Unicef.
Thompson said: 'I'm so grateful for everyone being here, I didn't think anyone was going to turn up.
'Thank you so much to everyone being here, everyone who has donated as well, I'll say it a million times, I'm made of glass, it's all the heroes who donate and stuff, you are so heroic.'
The I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! winner faced a calf injury during the challenge and could be seen limping as he crossed the finish line.
The TV star had travelled from Chelsea's Stamford Bridge stadium in London, the location of last year's Soccer Aid match in aid of Unicef, to Manchester United's Old Trafford home, which is hosting the 2025 game that Thompson is due to play in.

Thompson's challenge saw him make pit stops at several football stadiums including MK Dons' Stadium MK, Aston Villa's Villa Park, and Everton's Goodison Park.
His final day saw him travel through Huyton, Warrington, Sale, Stretford and the Coronation Street cobbles with friends, family and fans cheering him across the finish line.
His experience is documented in a one-off programme titled Sam Thompson's Match Ball Mission that will air on Friday June 13 at 9pm on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player.
The money raised from the challenge will support Unicef's work, including providing clean water and nutrition, for children around the world.

She told The Sun on Sunday: 'I'm so done with romance and dating. I don't miss sex or hugs or kisses. I don't miss men at all, to be honest Jess 'I don't want to fall in love. I just want peace and I'm down with being celibate. 'I don't miss sex or hugs or kisses. I don't miss men at all, to be honest. 'Right now, I don't know what's wrong with me. I think I'm traumatised.' It was a very different story in 2015 when then-host Caroline Flack announced Jess and Max, both 22 at the time, had won Love Island's first series. Wearing a figure-hugging red dress, the former bank worker from Gloucester threw her arms around her suited partner and shrieked in delight. The smitten couple, who chose to share the £50,000 prize, received the most votes from the public after famously romping in the Mallorca villa as cameras rolled. Max, a professional cricketer from Huddersfield, settled with brunette Jess despite temporarily leaving her to couple up with her arch-rival Naomi Ball. The win was even more remarkable as Jess was drafted in at the last minute, having previously been told she had not made the cut. Jess Hayes Welcomes Baby Zenny: A New Chapter But just six weeks after their triumph, the winners dramatically split when Max was caught spending the night with Geordie Shore reality star Charlotte Crosby. Jess said: 'I had no idea what I was in for. 'It was chaotic. You forget there is an outside world and it's not normal to be locked in a confined space with a bunch of strangers for six weeks. 'I remember thinking, I wonder if anyone is watching this? "We didn't have a clue how big the show was going to be. 'To come out and find people running up to you in a shopping centre asking for a picture, it's bizarre. "Your life changes overnight. 'I had genuine feelings for Max, but personal appearances were a big thing back then. 'I WAS HEARTBROKEN' 'The male Love Island stars would have girls literally throwing themselves at them in nightclubs, so it was never going to work. 'When he was photographed with Charlotte, I was genuinely upset. 'I know some relationships from the show have worked out, but I think they must have a different level of maturity. 'Max wasn't that kind of guy. "In my own way, I was heartbroken, and I don't take heartbreak very well. I never have.' Now a devoted single mum-of-two, Jess admits she got too caught up in the party lifestyle in her twenties. A big wake-up call came with the suicides of Love Island stars Sophie Gradon, 32, in 2018, Mike Thalassitis, 26, the following year, and host Caroline, 40, in 2020. Jess said: 'It was awful what happened — just horrendous. This industry can be tough. "My rock bottom was three years after the show. 'I remember feeling very lost and thinking, what now? "You go out a lot and party a lot and sometimes it can be to excess and that's not good for you. 'There were points where I thought, what the hell am I doing? 'It's late nights and drinking a lot. It's not a normal lifestyle. 'You haven't got a day job to go to and you're going to showbusiness parties and film premieres. 'It's a lot for a young person to handle and it's a slippery slope. "It's not a Love Island thing, it's just an issue of handling the fame.' Jess's love life has proven to be equally turbulent. After splitting with Max, she got engaged to mechanic Dan Lawry six months after they met. The couple were overjoyed when she gave birth to their son Presley in 2019, but sadly she miscarried their second son Teddy at 19 weeks and they called time on their relationship in 2021. Jess next found love with a property developer called Zeb — she declines to give his surname — and she suffered another miscarriage in April 2023 before their daughter Zendaya Rose was born in May last year. The couple separated just before Christmas in 2024. Millie Court, 29, and Liam Reardon, 25 — who won in 2021 and are still a couple — also appeared on the anniversary show, proving that some Islanders have found The One while making millions in the process. Jess has become a successful social media influencer with 337,000 followers on Instagram, yet admits her fortunes have been more mixed. "It's given me a steady income for ten years and that makes me one of the lucky ones. 'Part of me wishes I'd had a few more opportunities, whether that be in TV or whatever. 'But if you're handed a lot of money when you are young, you can be quite careless. 'I'm not materialistic at all now and I think that having children, your priorities change. 'And if my daughter tells me she wants to apply for the show in 20 years time I will tell her, 'No way — not unless I'm your manager'.' ‘They looked bored' – Roy Keane slams England's ‘poor attitude' as Thomas Tuchel admits ‘I didn't like' Andorra effort
ROY KEANE blasted England's "poor" attitude in their limp 1-0 World Cup qualifying win over Andorra. The Republic of Ireland legend accused the Three Lions of "looking bored" in Barcelona on Saturday. 3 England made it three wins out of three for Thomas Tuchel, who hasn't conceded a goal yet, but their performance left a lot to be desired. After a dreary first half, which saw England booed off, Harry Kane found a breakthrough by tapping in Noni Madueke 's cross. That ended up as the only goal in the entire 93 minutes as Tuchel's players were accused of playing "walking football" by Keane's ITV co-panellist Karen Carney against the minnows. Keane, 53, was also critical of Kane's post-match assessment which included the captain saying, "We take the points and move on." The iconic Manchester United captain raged: "I don't like the message from your senior players is that the job was done, we'll take it, whatever. "You should be setting your standards higher than that. You should be saying they should have scored three or four more. "We defend the players, say it's the end of the season and talk about the hot conditions, and Kane looked shattered. "I worry when I see players getting bored. I felt some of the players got bored in the last half an hour and I don't like to see that. "It's when the goal went in, it was job done. It's Andorra - go and get some more goals! Tuchel has since seemingly agreed, saying that England "played with fire". Andorra v England match played in near empty stadium The German boss said: "I didn't like the attitude how we ended the game, not the whole game, it's a big difference. "I liked the attitude in the first 25 minutes, but I didn't like the last half an hour. We lacked the seriousness and urgency needed in a World Cup qualifier. "We played with fire and I didn't like the attitude at the end. I didn't like the body language, and I don't think it's what the occasion needed." Tuchel also told Three Lions fans their vile chants about Prime Minister Keir Starmer were "not acceptable." Some of the travelling supporters called Starmer a "c**t", "w**ker" and "nonce", as well as singing "no surrender" during the national anthem in a reference to the IRA. The RCDE stadium, home of Spanish side Espanyol, looked noticeably empty during the match. Sparse pockets of fans spread across the stands in Barcelona with just shy of 7,000 tickets sold to England fans for the match inside the 40,000-seat stadium. 3

Arsenal working on 6 new contracts for first-team stars after Gabriel agreement
Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes signed a new long-term contract earlier this week but Gunners sporting director Andrea Berta does not intend to stop there Andrea Berta will now seek to iron out new long-term contracts for four key Arsenal stars after defender Gabriel Magalhaes committed his future to the club until 2029. While the Gunners are yet to make any significant early moves in the transfer market besides pushing ahead with a £5million swoop for Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, Italian chief Berta has made notable progress on a number of key contract extensions behind the scenes. Sources have told Mirror Football that since arriving at the club in March, Berta has been working extremely hard on a number of key agreements as Arsenal want to keep their house in order and retain the services of their most-prized assets. Both Bukayo Saka and William Saliba, who have two years left to run on their current deals, have held positive dialogue with Arsenal over fresh terms and want to stay at the club. Saliba has been courted by Real Madrid but Mikel Arteta's indispensable duo have already spoken publicly about their desire to remain in north London in a major boost for the Spaniard. Arsenal are relaxed about the process and while there's an understanding that while negotiations can take time, they maintain confidence that agreements will be struck in due course. Academy graduates Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly are also in line for new deals which would also include lucrative pay-rises. Their current contracts are due to expire in the summer of 2026 but there is optimism agreements for both players are now in sight following two stellar breakthrough seasons at the Emirates. Conversations with Lewis-Skelly began prior to Berta's arrival while one of the Italian's first acts as Arsenal sporting director was to approach the representatives of Nwaneri to propose formal contract discussions, which are advancing. Negotiations also remain ongoing with both Thomas Partey, who is currently set to become a free agent at the end of the month, and winger Leandro Trossard. Arsenal made Partey what they considered to be a competitive offer around 10 days ago but at this moment in time, there is still no agreement between the parties and the situation remains open. The Ghanaian midfielder, who turns 32 next Friday and has also attracted interest from Barcelona, wants to stay with the Gunners and is understood to be settled in north London. However, Partey is said to be cautious that his next contract could potentially represent his last big deal and his agents want to see his importance to the team reflected within the terms proposed. All parties want to find a quick resolution as Partey and his agent Jose Daniel Jimenez Pozanco, who has been handling talks with Arsenal, are currently scheduled to be in Ghana from June 10 to June 13 for the second edition of the 'Thomas Partey tournament' where scouts from Europe will cast an eye over young local talent. Additionally, Partey is due to appear at the All Star Festival in Accra, Ghana on June 18. Meanwhile, Trossard remains in line to extend his stay with Arsenal having joined the club from Brighton in January 2023. He was the subject of a verbal offer from Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad last September and sources close to Trossard have confirmed there is still interest from the Middle East but to date, there have been no concrete offers this summer and the 30-year-old Belgian's priority is to continue with the Gunners.
