Actor Nani, who was recently seen in HIT 3, opened up about a film that left a deep emotional impact on him, 'Meiyazhagan'. The actor described it as one of the most beautiful and personal cinematic experiences he's had in recent times.Calling 'Meiyazhagan' "an absolute beauty," Nani was visibly moved while talking about the film during the promotions of his film HIT3. "I think one of my most favourite films in this entire decade is 'Meiyazhagan'," he said. 'Forget crying — I was overwhelmed,' said Nani during an interview with the YouTube channel Cinema Vikatan.advertisementThe actor praised the film for its emotional depth and authenticity, contrasting it with the high-budget spectacles that dominate Indian cinema today. Something which is so personal, extremely personal. How do you tell this story?' 'Meiyazhagan' has clearly struck a chord with Nani. Written and directed by C Prem Kumar of 96 fame, the film is an emotional drama featuring Karthi and Arvind Swami in lead roles. The drama is about a man's journey of self-discovery when he meets a distant relative at his family village where he goes to attend his cousin's wedding. You May Also Like
