In the cable, the Prime Minister extended his sincerest congratulations and blessings, on his own behalf and on behalf of his Cabinet colleagues, to the Revolution Leader, President al-Mashat, the members of the Supreme Political Council, Speakers of the Parliament Yahya Ali al-Ra'i and Shura Council Mohammed al-Aidarous. He also extended greetings to the Yemeni people as a whole and to the entire Arab and Islamic nation on this blessed religious occasion. The premier prayed to God Almighty to bless everyone with this occasion, bringing goodness, blessings, and victory over their enemies, especially the usurping, aggressive Zionists. He also prayed for the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God to have an accepted Hajj and a safe return to their homelands. Al-Rahawi expressed his congratulations to the leadership and personnel of the military and security establishment, particularly the defenders of dignity, pride, and honor on the front lines, who he said offer the strongest examples of heroism, sacrifice, and self-sacrifice in defense of Yemen, its independence, and sovereignty. He also praised the continued heroic support of the armed and security forces, alongside free Yemenis, for the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip. He noted that the people of Gaza are facing brutal aggression and a brutal war waged by a hateful, usurping enemy that has violated all divine and secular teachings and covenants. The Prime Minister denounced the continued shameful stance of the normalizing Arab and Islamic regimes" regarding the suffering in Gaza, where people are celebrating Eid al-Adha for the second consecutive year in dire conditions, "starving, and even dying of hunger" due to the "criminal Zionist aggression and blockade," and the "siege of their brothers and neighbors in religion and lineage." He renewed his pledge to the Revolution Leader, President al-Mashat, and the Yemeni people that the Government of Change and Construction would exert all efforts to realize aspirations for change and construction. He affirmed its continued duty to support the oppressed people of Gaza and implement all leadership directives in this regard, based on a spirit of fraternal, religious, moral, and humanitarian responsibility. Al-Rahawi pointed out that the Yemeni people, their armed forces, their free and courageous leadership, and all their vital forces will not rest or be satisfied until the aggression stops, the Zionist blockade on the Gaza Strip is lifted, and food, medicine, and all basic needs are allowed to reach their people. At the end of the telegram, he reiterated his warm congratulations to the Revolution Leader and President al-Mashat on the occasion of this great religious event. He asked God Almighty to return it to Yemen with the nation having regained full sovereignty over its lands and possessing more reasons for strength and resilience, enabling it to continue supporting the nation's issues, foremost among them the Palestinian cause and the right of the Palestinian people to regain their land and establish their state with al-Quds as its capital. Yemen's Ministry of Agriculture warns of environmental disaster following Dolphin Deaths in Socotra

Sana'a - SABA: The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources strongly condemned what it described as an environmental crime along the coast of Socotra Island, after more than 80 dolphins were found beached in the Shu'ab area, many of them dead. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the Ministry noted that this is the second such incident in a short period and poses a serious ecological threat to the island's marine system. The Ministry emphasized that the repeated occurrence of this phenomenon cannot be considered natural or accidental, but rather a dangerous indicator of suspicious human activity and potential marine pollution, allegedly linked to illegal operations by foreign vessels in Yemeni waters. The statement specifically accused the UAE occupation forces of being behind these destructive activities, carried out under the guise of developmental projects with colonial motives. The Ministry suggested that chemical or acoustic marine pollution caused by large vessels and heavy maritime equipment could be a major factor, as such disturbances disrupt the dolphins' navigational senses, leading to erratic group behavior. The Ministry also stated that its environmental and technical teams are exploring other scientific hypotheses, including potential outbreaks of viral or bacterial diseases affecting the dolphins' nervous systems, or environmental factors such as disrupted ocean currents and changes in sea temperatures, which may have destabilized Socotra's surrounding ecosystem. The statement stressed that what is happening off the coast of Socotra is a deliberate assault on Yemen's marine resources and a blatant violation of national sovereignty. It held the UAE and other complicit foreign entities fully accountable for the escalating environmental crimes and their consequences. The Ministry called for an urgent national and international investigation to hold the responsible parties accountable. It also urged the United Nations and global environmental organizations to intervene immediately to protect the Socotra Archipelago, which is listed as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, from what it described as deliberate and systematic destruction. Lastly, the Ministry called on the citizens of Socotra, in particular, to remain vigilant and steadfast in defending their marine environment against all attempts at sabotage and exploitation.
