Diddy's ex-girlfriend 'Jane' tells jurors he treated her like 'an animal'

Today, the jurors in Diddy's trial heard more emotionally wrenching testimony from a woman identified only by the pseudonym 'Jane.' She's one of Diddy's ex-girlfriends — and one of four alleged victims at the center of the U.S. government's racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking case against the music mogul.
Jane told jurors that Diddy forced her to participate in 'hotel nights' — sexual encounters with male escorts that made her feel debased. 'You treat me like an animal,' Jane said she told him in 2023. She described violent abuse, saying he once put her in a chokehold and punched her in the head. He then forced her to take drugs and perform oral sex on an escort, she told jurors.
Jane's testimony is part of prosecutors' effort to show that Diddy orchestrated a sprawling criminal enterprise to 'fulfill his sexual desires.' He has denied all the charges.
Here's what else you need to know:
Two years ago, according to prosecutors' exhibits, Jane texted Diddy that she didn't want to be 'used and locked in a room to perform and fulfill your fantasies.' The same day, she told him she didn't want to fly to New York to 'be a hoe for the millionth time' in a hotel room. Jane said she felt obliged to 'perform' sex acts that made her feel 'disgusting' in part because Diddy paid her rent.
Jane said she fainted after Cassie Ventura, another one of Diddy's ex-girlfriends, filed a lawsuit accusing him of rape and sexual abuse during a 10-year on-and-off relationship. Jane said she was struck by the similarities between their two accounts. 'I feel like I'm reading my own sexual trauma,' Jane texted Diddy in 2023.
Jane described her suicidal ideation at the end of her relationship with Diddy, adding she told him she would kill herself. In text messages, she told him she believed he would 'use' and 'break' her. When prosecutor Maurene Comey asked why she sent those texts, Jane cried so hard that it was difficult to understand her answer.
In late 2023, Diddy threatened to release sex tapes of Jane and show them to her child's father, she testified. Jane texted Diddy's then-chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, and begged her to 'talk some sense' into him, according to prosecutors' exhibits. Khorram assured Jane 'he's not going to do anything,' Jane said.
Jane, facing another grueling day of questions, grew visibly anguished at key moments.
Her voice cracked as she told jurors about a night in 2023 when, she said, she was instructed to meet Diddy at the Trump International Hotel & Tower New York and directed to have sex with a male escort. She wiped away tears as she recalled telling Diddy she didn't want to have sex with other men anymore. She sobbed as she recounted her reaction to Ventura's allegations against Diddy.
Diddy, wearing khaki pants and what appeared to be a white long-sleeve shirt, seemed engaged in the day's testimony. He leafed through documents in a folder this morning and regularly leaned over to chat with defense attorney Teny Geragos throughout the day. He appears to have lost considerable weight in federal detention.
Diddy's mother, Janice Combs, sat in the gallery. When she entered court, her son mouthed four words in her direction: 'I love you, Mommy.'
Jane testified today that last year she joined the OnlyFans platform, a site frequently used to create explicit content for paid subscriptions. There's nothing wrong with a government witness creating explicit content. Indeed, the witnesses who cooperate with the government are often outright criminals. Moreover, the jury will be instructed about how to assess the credibility of a witness, and the jury instructions make no distinction among sex workers, doctors or astronauts.
Credibility is determined by the jurors, and they have few limitations on their ability to make that determination. So even though they shouldn't discount Jane's testimony because she was on OnlyFans, they still might.
Jane said she joined OnlyFans because she 'wanted to reclaim having my independence and not rely on anyone and stand on my own two feet.' While the jury shouldn't discount her testimony because she may have been an OnlyFans content creator, it might discount it if it finds her reason for joining OnlyFans to be not very credible.
One juror might think there are other jobs that would allow someone to 'stand on their own two feet.' Then again, it's entirely possible that the jury could find reclaiming one's independence to be a perfectly acceptable, normal reason to join OnlyFans as a content creator.
No matter what, though, one theme of the government's witnesses who escaped Diddy's orbit is that they all lived lives that regular folks have a hard time identifying with.
Tomorrow: 'Jane' is expected to return to the stand.

Diddy's ex testified she researched what it means to be a 'cuck' to understand freak offs
The defense team for Sean "Diddy" Combs broke new ground on Tuesday in their ongoing efforts to humanize his unorthodox appetites — this time by asking one of his accusers to describe her "research" into the fetish of cuckolding. "I just wanted to know why my partner wanted so many of these nights, and what was driving him," the accuser, "Jane," testified when asked by one of Combs' lawyers to describe her "research." "I would use the word 'cuck' for him," she said her research led her to conclude. Jane, who is using a pseudonym, is the second ex-girlfriend and sex-trafficking accuser to testify against Combs at his federal trial in Manhattan. She spent Tuesday under a cross-examination that is due to continue on Wednesday and Thursday. Like the trial's first sex-trafficking accuser, R&B artist Cassie Ventura, Jane told the jury that Combs used violence, false promises, and drugs to coerce her into dayslong sessions of sex with male escorts. During these marathon sessions — Ventura called them "freak offs," Jane called them "hotel nights" — Combs would masturbate, make recordings, and give detailed instructions, like, "more baby oil," both women testified. Both Ventura and Jane described complying with these 72-hour threesomes — sometimes more men would be involved — out of love, and financial and emotional dependency. Both said Combs met their protests with scorn and insults, and with threats to withhold his affection and cash. Both described harrowing violence at Combs' hands. Ventura was beaten to the point of injury by Combs more than a dozen times in their on-and-off decadelong relationship, according to multiple witnesses, contemporaneous text messages, and photographs of her bruised face and body. "Is this coercion?" Jane testified that Combs taunted her last year, after a beating that covered her face with bruises. She said he then demanded she hide her welts and black eye with makeup, pop an ecstasy pill, and have sex with an escort, telling her, "you're not going to ruin my fucking night." Part of the defense strategy has been to portray the millionaire music and lifestyle mogul sympathetically, as a business genius who has struggled with mental health issues, drug addiction, and anger. Since the May 12 opening statements, his attorneys have made a point of calling him "Sean," instead of the other names they said he's otherwise known as, such as "Diddy" and "Puff." They have repeatedly asked prosecution witnesses to describe his generosity, including on Jane's first day of cross-examination. For two years, Combs has paid the $10,000 monthly rent on Jane's 5,300 square foot Los Angeles-area home, she testified Tuesday. He also invested $20,000 in her dress design business, she said. "I would assume that it would be close to that," Jane responded when defense lawyer Teny Geragos asked if it were true that Combs had wired her a total of $150,000 in the three years they dated, between 2021 and 2024. Jane being asked to describe her research into "cuckoldry" may be part of a challenging effort to humanize and normalize Combs and his appetites. His lawyers made a point during the cross-examination of his former assistants to highlight Combs' penchant for putting applesauce on his cheeseburgers. Freak offs or hotel nights. which the defense calls consensual, may be presented by the defense as a similar, though more extreme, example of a personal preference. Geragos made a point during Tuesday's cross of eliciting a detailed description of Jane's research into cuckoldry. Asked to elaborate, Jane said she learned that "Cucks could also have a bi-curiosity that they were too ashamed to experience themselves." She added, "So they use the woman to venture out into this curiosity — without venturing out into this activity themselves." Prosecutors have shown these sex performances in a much darker light, calling them coercive and humiliating, as have Ventura and Jane. "I just felt like it was all I was good for to him," testified Ventura. She told jurors that freak offs would leave the walls, couches, and carpets of the hotel suites that Combs rented soiled with baby oil, lubricant, candle wax, blood, and urine. "I just felt pretty horrible about myself," she told jurors. "I felt disgusting."

Honestly, I Wasn't a Watch Person Until I Tried Breda Watches
Have you ever seen one of your favorite influencers wearing a cool, vintage-inspired watch and wondered where they got it from? Like, sure, your dad has a watch that he wears everyday, but the ones I'm talking about are watches. Well, there's a good chance that it's from Breda, a design-forward, vintage-inspired watch brand started by Amir & Shabeena Meghani. Breda showed up on my radar a few years ago when I started to get into in watches as a form of jewelry and I was immediately obsessed with their interesting, sculptural designs. Their celebrity and influencer fans are numerous: Emily Ratajkowski, Demi Lovato, Raul Lopez, Sabrina Brier, Reece Feldman, and tons of other Pinterest-y fashion girlies. EmRata has been spotted multiple times wearing the Elemental version of the Jane watch, a simple oval silhouette that's one of the brand's best sellers—and honestly, I'm interested in anything that woman wears. Breda's most recent release is the Tethered collection, featuring their classic watch faces with a slim, woven band. I had been eyeing their popular Jane watch with a sky blue Mother of Pearl dial for over a year now, so I snagged it in the new Tethered style, and it's the perfect addition to the mixed gold and silver rings I wear on a daily basis. Fellow small-wristed people will appreciate that the band is completely adjustable, so no worrying about it slipping and sliding down your arm! While my exact watch sold out pretty quickly, it's still available in other colors and band styles. I'll admit that I'm newer to wearing watches, but I'm honestly eyeing the mixed metal Tethered Jane because it's such a great combo of metals to jazz up a boring work 'fit. Demi Lovato has taken to Instagram twice to post mirror selfies showing off her Breda Time Ring, a pretty stainless steel piece embedded with Austrian crystals that was made in collaboration with the jewelry brand Dalmata. Yes, it has a fully-functioning watch face, and yes, it's still in stock! There are so many other Breda styles that are incredibly chic that I couldn't just not mention—the Virgil, a classic rectangular shape that comes with a gorgeous ochre face, the Revel, which features a chic buckle design, the Coda, a more masculine silhouette, and the Sync, an androgynous, mechanical watch with a thin, flat band. I could go on and on yapping about my favorite styles, but why don't you just browse the gallery below instead? Oh, and pro styling tip: You can wear them one at a time, or take a note from your favorite fashion influencers and stack a few of them on one wrist for a maximalist bracelet moment! Diddy Allegedly Continued 'Freak-Offs' After Homeland Security Raided His Homes
It would be difficult to imagine Diddy digging himself in a deeper hole given all that has come out these last few years, especially in his current sex trafficking trial. However, an anonymous testimony claims that the 55-year-old artist continued hosting 'freak-offs' even after Homeland Security raided his homes. An unnamed witness, who went by the name Jane, told the court that she participated in the group activity with male sex workers in May, July, and August 2024. This would mean that the controversial mogul continued hosting these events, despite his life being under a microscope following his Los Angeles and Miami homes being raided in March 2024. Jane also claimed that she was in a relationship with the Bad Boy co-founder until he was arrested for racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking in September 2024. Time will tell how this testimony affects the trial, but Puff and his legal team have been working tirelessly to get a mistrial ruling. Diddy and his attorneys have accused the prosecution of 'prosecutorial misconduct' for presenting evidence to the court that they know is false. 'In this trial the government has presented testimony that it knew or should have known was materially false related to its allegation that Mr. Combs dangled Bryana Bongolan from the balcony of Cassie Ventura's apartment in September 2016,' his defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro wrote to Judge Arun Subramanian. 'Accordingly, to avoid an unfair conviction in this case the Court should grant a mistrial […] The government knew or should have known this testimony was perjured, and that Ms. Bongolan could not possibly have been injured by Mr. Combs on a Los Angeles balcony in the early morning hours of September 26, or even the day before that.' She also cited the dates he stayed at Trump Hotel in New York in 2016, and how he then couldn't have been elsewhere to dangle Cassie's designer over a balcony, as he has been accused of. Judge Subramanian has yet to give a decision on the mistrial motion, and is reportedly expected to do so on Tuesday (June 10). This marks the 'Last Night' artist's third attempt to be granted a mistrial, which have all been unsuccessful, much like his attempts to get bail in the fall of 2024.
