The society informed his son on receiving registered documents from Naik and a request to transfer share certificate of Manmohan's flat to her name. ," said a Powai police officer. In the FIR, Manmohan stated, "Naik gained my trust and took care of my daily needs after she requested to be hired as a maid in 2017. A Powai police officer added that Naik was tasked with managing the maintenance payments for Manmohan's flats, procuring daily necessities and medicines. She had Manmohan's ATM password and net banking details, which she used via his mobile. In April, she took him to the registration office under the guise of legal assistance, where she had him sign documents without his knowledge, transferring one-third of his property to her name.
