Crime Stoppers seeks info on SUV involved in fatal hit-and-run in NE ABQ
Mar. 19—Authorities say a possible DoorDash employee hit a pedestrian then drove off in Northeast Albuquerque last month.
Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers said it is offering up to a $2,500 reward for information on the incident.
At about 11:30 p.m. Feb. 21, the driver was heading west on Lomas and Stanford by UNMH when they hit the pedestrian — who was crawling in the roadway — and drove off, Albuquerque Police Department spokesperson Gilbert Gallegos said in a Feb. 22 news release.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital where they died, he said.
On Wednesday, Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers put up a Facebook post stating that a silver Toyota 4Runner was involved in the crash.
"The driver appears to be female and may possibly be employed by DoorDash," the post states.

Chillicothe woman killed in wreck on Route 29 Friday
PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — The Peoria County Coroner released the name of a driver who was killed in a wreck on Illinois Route 29 Friday, despite the 'heroic efforts' of bystanders. Raven Jackson, 30, of Chillicothe, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident at 8:15 a.m. Friday, June 6th, Coroner Jamie Harwood said in a Facebook post. 'Heroic efforts from bystanders were made in an attempt to provide aid for Jackson, but unfortunately, her injuries were incompatible with life,' Harwood said. The woman's car was headed north on Route 29 when it collided with the truck at about 6:53 a.m. near Gardner Lane, according to a spokesman for the Illinois State Police. She suffered severe blunt force injuries from the collisions, she was wearing her seatbelt, he said. No update was given on the other driver's condition. Harwood ended the post by giving the definition of a hero, 'A courageous individual who selflessly puts their own life at risk to aid another, exemplifying bravery, self-sacrifice, and moral integrity in the face of danger.' Kewaunee PD seeking suspects allegedly involved in vehicle theft on 2nd Street
KEWAUNEE, Wis. (WFRV) – Officers with the Kewaunee Police Department say they are looking for information or camera footage of two car theft suspects near 2nd Street around 1 a.m. on Sunday. According to a Facebook post, the Kewaunee Police Department states that a vehicle was stolen off of 2nd Street around 12:50 a.m. on June 8. Officers described the two suspects as younger males, one with a white sweatshirt wearing a backpack and one with a blue/black sweatshirt, both with hoods pulled over their heads. Fond du Lac officers investigating shots fired incident near Parish School Apartments The suspects were also seen on 1st Street, Lincoln Street, and in the alley west of 1st Street. Officers are asking anyone with information or camera footage of the suspects to come forward. It was noted that the stolen car was found in a parking lot on Juneau Street and Miller Street.
