A LOCAL man thought he was being 'punked' after winning a stunning house he drives by every day!
Tin Lo of Watton, Norfolk couldn't believe his name was drawn in the 7Days competition that saw him win the 5-bed property and cracking Volkswagen Tiguan R.

The incredible competition draw on June 8th came with a decision to make - either the house and car as a bundle, or a life-changing cash alternative of £500,000.
It's even more incredible when you consider that Tin stays just a few minutes away from the dream home and passed by it on his daily commute.
Tin, 38, says he spent around £100 on tickets in the end, purchasing extra whenever seeing a 7Days Performance advert.
Yet when watching the draw live, he still couldn't believe his name and ticket number were read out as a winner, even after a friend - also in the draw - called to congratulate him.
So much so, when 7Days called Tin live on their show, he replied: 'I was watching it, I can't believe it mate.
"Am I being Punked!? I don't know what to say!"
He added: 'I'm not sure how many tickets I bought, maybe about a £100 worth.
"I just bought some every time I saw the advert!'
Tin was given a few days to mull over his decision - the home and car or the life-changing sum of money.
The 38-year-old was also invited down to view the house and car he'd won for just £100 and said: 'It feels amazing. I just don't know what to say."
Following consideration, he opted to pocket the half-a-million pounds payment, which he plans to use on a holiday and buy another house, with the money set to 'make things easier' for him.

New money-saving pass gives unlimited visits to your favourite UK theme park this summer – for less than £1 a day
A NEW theme park pass will let you visit one of four of the UK's top attractions as much as you want this summer. For £59, Merlin Entertainments has launched a new limited time only, three-month pass that allows visitors to visit one of four theme park s as much as they want in that time period. 5 5 Visitors will be able to choose from Chessington World of Adventures, Legoland Windsor Resort, Alton Towers Resort or Thorpe Park. So if you were to go every day for the three-month period, it means you would be paying less than £1 a day. There are some exclusion dates which apply to all of the theme parks in the offer. They include August 24 and 25 and October 18, 25, 26 and 31. Jordan Middleton, head of Merlin Annual Pass, commented: "A Merlin Annual Pass is the perfect way to access a summer of adventure for families and thrill-seekers alike for a great price. "With unlimited access to a whole host of exhilarating attractions, a Merlin Annual Pass offers unforgettable memories right on your doorstep. With the Thorpe Park Thrill Pass, for example, visitors can enjoy three months of access to the attraction - which is home to over 25 rides, including its 'Big 6' coasters. One of these rollercoasters boasts the title of the UK's tallest, fastest and most weightless rollercoaster - Hyperia. There are also water rides to enjoy on the hotter days. At Alton Towers Resort - the UK's largest theme park - there are over 40 rides and attractions for all ages. Dog toy exchange set up on Lytham St Annes beach in memory of pet
A dog owner has set up a toy exchange on a beach in memory of her pet who died. Bethany Short has donated her dog Biscuit's old balls and chewy toys and established Biscuit's Ball Exchange, a wooden crate decorated in paws left on Lytham St Anne's North Beach in Lancashire for other dog walkers to said it felt wrong to put the toys into storage and she left about 100 balls there to "bring joy" to other animals."We wanted them to create happy memories for other people," she said, adding: that she "cherished" her time on the beach with her dog. Ms Short said she could never have imagined the impact Biscuit, who died in May, would have had on her life. "I got Biscuit in 2011 when I was a teenager, as a rescue," she said. "When you take on a dog you commit to them being an important family member but I never could have anticipated him becoming the centre of mine and my husband's world, even being the ring bearer at our wedding." She added: "When it came time to re-home Biscuit's toys, it felt wrong to just put them away in storage, we wanted them to bring joy to other dogs and create happy memories for other people."The toy exchange is located on the cut through from the St Anne's North Beach car park to the sign encourages dog walkers to "take a ball for your dog to enjoy, feel free to keep it or pop it back afterwards". It added: "Enjoy every moment together for they are never enough."The tribute at the end of the sign read: "In memory of Biscuit (2006-2025). "He loved this place almost as much as he loved balls."
