Brit businessman Paul Tustain died in front of daughter in horror van smash
A British millionaire who tragically died in front of his horrified daughter following a crash on holiday has been pictured for the first time.
Businessman Paul Gerard Tustain, from London, has been named as the victim following the incident in Spain. The 62-year-old motorcyclist collided head on with a van on a road near the northern Spanish town of Pamplona.
A spokesman for the Navarra Foral Police said: 'The dead man's daughter saw he had strayed onto the wrong side of the road and tried to alert him with hand signals but it was too late.
'He smashed head-on into a van that couldn't do anything to avoid the collision. A post mortem will show whether he might have suffered a health problem that could have caused him to go onto the wrong side of the road.
'Otherwise it's likely to have been a fatal distraction. The force of the impact was brutal.'

UK tourist missing in Brazil after leaving his passport at his Airbnb
Friends and family have not heard from Denis since Monday A British tourist has vanished from his Airbnb while on holiday. Denis Kopanev was last seen leaving his accommodation on Monday, June 9. CCTV cameras filmed him leaving the property wearing beige jacket and trousers, a dark baseball cap, and a white shirt. Kopanev, who has Russian heritage and British citizenship, was staying at a condominium in the neighbourhood of Gávea in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Friends and family members have not heard from him since Monday. Kopanev, a financial analyst in London, was supposed to travel to São Paulo the following day to meet an American friend. They were then going to travel together to Fernando de Noronha, a volcanic archipelago about 215 miles off Brazil's north-eastern coast. The last location on his phone was at the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon near his accommodation in Rio. The 33-year-old never checked out of the property and his passport and belongings were left in the room. His disappearance was registered at the police station on Wednesday. According to Kopanev's best friend Benone Moura, he loved Brazil and visited the country often, including as recently as six months ago. The friend said he never travelled without letting his friends and family know beforehand. Moura said he last spoke with him at around 5pm on Sunday. Family members contacted the British Embassy and filed a report, but have yet to receive any news. The case is being investigated by the Rio de Janeiro Whereabouts Discovery Unit (DDPA).
