OKLAHOMA (KFDX/KJTL)—On Wednesday, April 30, Oklahoma will experience a number of delays and closures due to the weather and deteriorating road conditions.
Cameron University will remain closed on Wednesday, April 30.
Lawton Public Schools will shift to virtual learning on Wednesday, April 30. Students will need to check their Rooms or Google Classroom for more information.

Fort Sill Senior Commander – 10 a.m. delayed opening
MWR Childcare Centers – 9:30 a.m. delayed opening (mission-essential personnel only)
All other MWR Facilities – 10 a.m. delayed opening
Reynolds Army Health Clinic & DENTAC – 10 a.m. delayed opening
USO – 10 a.m. delayed opening

While all the fun continues downtown in Wichita Falls on Thursday, June 5, there will also be fun activities at the Sculpture Garden at the Kemp Center, weather permitting. The Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra will be playing live jazz tunes while The Traveling Tavern bar serves up beverages. The event will proceed rain or shine, but if it does rain, the orchestra will relocate into the Great Hall. Seats are limited, but you are welcome to bring lawn chairs to enjoy the live music. Lake levels continue to rise across Texoma

WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — The lake levels in Wichita Falls are up again this week, quickly approaching 100% capacity. Lake Arrowhead rose 1.3% and now stands at 97.7%, while Lake Kickapoo remained the same this week at 100% full. Most of the water is overflowing from Lake Kickapoo, and the runoff is expected to continue. The combined lake capacity rose 0.9% to a total of 98.3%. This will be the final weekly lake level update for the season. Wichita Falls officials will notify residents when the lakes reach 100%. WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — After three weeks of rain, drier conditions have lowered lake levels across Texoma. The lake levels dropped 0.4% to a total capacity of 96.9%. Lake Arrowhead dropped 0.4% to 96.2%, and Lake Kickapoo dropped 0.5% to 98.8%. Wichita Falls city councilors have a resolution on the agenda Tuesday, May 20, to consider lifting Stage One Drought Watch restrictions.
