Euromoney introduces new Capital Markets Awards
LONDON: In association with the Arab Federation of Capital Markets, Euromoney is proud to announce the launch of the Capital Markets Awards (CMA), celebrating excellence in the industry and recognising outstanding achievements. The programme is open to all applicants in the fields of securities exchange, brokerage, and post-trade services. Euromoney will accepting submissions until March 7, 2025.

Abu Dhabi's CMA, FilmGate partner to boost production sector, upskill local talent
Abu Dhabi's Creative Media Authority (CMA) has partnered with FilmGate, one of the UAE's leading independent, Emirati-owned and operated production houses, to establish a suite of benefits for the wider production industry in Abu Dhabi. FilmGate will produce a minimum of 15 productions in Abu Dhabi over the next five years, which will employ 50 per cent of production talent from within the CMA's ecosystem. Founded by leading Emirati filmmaker Mansoor Al Yahbouni Al Dhaheri, FilmGate will also benefit from the recent update on the rebate offered by Abu Dhabi Film Commission where qualifying productions now can apply for cashback on production and post-production spend starting at 35 per cent up to 50 per cent based on meeting a clear set of criteria. Emirates NBD Capital KSA secures CMA approval for fund offering
Emirates NBD Capital KSA is set to launch a new fund offering in Saudi Arabia. The kingdom's Capital Market Authority (CMA) confirmed on Tuesday that it has approved the public offering of the 'ENBDC Saudi Equity Freestyle Fund'. Emirates NBD Capital KSA is the investment arm of Emirates NBD Group in Saudi Arabia. The fund marks the lender's latest foray into the kingdom's investment space.
