The BMW 5 Series was set alight on Craigburn Street in Hamilton on Monday afternoon at around 2pm.
Firefighters put out the blaze and no one was injured.

Police say three men were seen in the area at the time all wearing balaclavas. They made off in the direction of Tullymet Road in a white vehicle.
Officers are keen to trace the men.

Detective Sergeant Jim Williamson said: 'Our enquiries are ongoing, and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has any information which could assist to contact us.
"We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and who has private CCTV or dash-cam footage to get in touch.'
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference 1679 of April 21.

Police were called to Nangar Crescent in North Kellyville shortly after 11pm after reports of shots fired at a home. Two men and a woman were inside the home at the time but weren't injured. Footage from the scene showed damage to the front door and shattered windows. An abandoned car was found on fire in nearby Rouse Hill a short time later. The blaze is being treated as suspicious. Police believe the two incidents may be linked. Detectives are also investigating whether the home was the intended target of the shooting. Detectives are appealing for information following two housebreakings in West Lothian. The first took place between 2am and 3am on Monday, 23 June, 2025, in the Fitzallan Place area of Bathgate. Entry was gained at a property and a red Volkswagen Golf was stolen. The second incident happened around 3.05am on Tuesday, 24 June, 2025, in the Lady Place area of Livingston. Entry was gained at a property and a grey BMW M Sport 5 and a grey Vauxhall Astra were stolen. Detective Sergeant John Irvine said: 'We are carrying out extensive enquiries in relation to these housebreakings and thefts and I would appeal to anyone who may have been in the area and noticed anything suspicious to please contact us. 'In addition, anyone with private CCTV, doorbell or dash-cam footage is urged to contact officers as this may be able to assist our investigation.' Neighbourhood officers for Gwent Police in the area arrested four people during the string of warrants on Tuesday morning. The team executed warrants at two addresses in Croesyceiliog and one in Govilon. During the operation four people were arrested on suspicion of multiple offences. This included a 54-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of supplying Class B drugs and possession of criminal property. A 45-year old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs, improper importation of goods, and possession of criminal property. A 32-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A and B drugs and possession of criminal property. Article continues below Drugs were also seized And a 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A and B drugs and possession of criminal property. All four remain in custody. The warrants formed part of the team's enforcement work for neighbourhood policing week. A mobile phone which was removed from one of the properties Gwent Police inspector Lee Stachow, whose neighbourhood team planned and executed the warrants, said: "As we have clearly shown over the last week alone we're wholly committed to removing drugs from our streets and preventing suspected drug dealers from operating in Torfaen. "We are continuing to speak to our communities and act on any information we gather on drug supply in the area and are taking a proactive approach to safeguarding communities from the harmful effects drug supply has on neighbourhoods. "Our ask of residents is simple: please continue to support us by submitting any information you have concerning drug supply in the area. "Any information, no matter how small or large, enables us to compile a more detailed investigation and put criminals behind bars."
