Salman Khan's sister Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma's Mumbai home: Stunning sea-facing apartment with Dubai-like views and luxury- PICS
Bollywood's bhaijaan
Salman Khan
may be known for his grand lifestyle, but his sister
Arpita Khan
and her husband, actor Aayush Sharma, are not far behind when it comes to living in style. The couple, who tied the knot in 2014, reside in a breathtaking sea-facing apartment in Mumbai's posh Bandra area along with their kids son Ahil and their daughter Ayat.
Their lavish home had become the talk of the town after filmmaker and choreographer
Farah Khan
gave fans a tour on her YouTube channel earlier this year.
The video gave a full tour of Arpita and Aayush's luxurious apartment, showing off its grand spaces, beautiful views and clever design. With high-end decor and a warm, family feel, the home truly reflects their lifestyle.
Grand lobby sets the tone
The couple's Bandra apartment welcomes you with a spacious entrance lobby that sets the tone for the rest of the house.
Designed with elegance, the interiors are inspired by Scandinavian style, giving the space a clean, stylish look.
During the tour, Farah Khan came across a special painting of Ayatul Kursi, which Aayush proudly said was made by Arpita's brother, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. This personal touch added warmth and meaning to the home's decor.
Soft tones and city views create a calm space
The living and dining areas are some of the biggest highlights of the house.

Balcony goals: Better than
Dubai
?
The balcony is another major feature. With amazing views of the city skyline and the sea, it's the perfect spot to unwind. Decorated with plants and stylish outdoor furniture, it's ideal for parties and family gatherings. Talking about the view, Aayush shared, 'Mumbai ka Dubai (Mumbai's Dubai),' giving a fun name to their high-rise haven. As Aayush showed Farah the balcony, she declared, 'This is better than Dubai!'
Farah Khan's fun reactions
Farah Khan, known for her humour, had plenty to say during the house tour.
She joked, 'The elevator in Arpita and Aayush's apartment building was even bigger than her bathroom.'
When she stepped into the massive living area, she couldn't hide her excitement. 'Is this a cricket field? Oh my God, this is gorgeous!' she exclaimed. In response, Aayush said, 'Arpita has a habit to making big houses, but using just three corners,' adding his own humour to the moment.
Private corners come with funny complaints
The bedrooms in the house are just as impressive, but it seems Aayush has had to share more than he planned.
Showing the rooms, he said, 'Yeh Arpita aur Ahil ka kamra hai (This is Arpita and Ahil's bedroom) but they have encroached my private bedroom. This is my hidden room and this is my private area, where I relax. But now, Arpita has decided to use this couch, taking away my privacy.'
Clever design with a moving wall
One unique feature of their home is a moving wall in the common area. This wall can be opened during parties to make a bigger space or closed off to create separate rooms.
Arpita explained, 'It is to keep the kids away from the parties.' Aayush added, 'You have come to a private place where my entry is restricted.' He then joked, 'Whenever Arpita is upset with me, she doesn't slam any door, but blocks the house with this moving wall.'
Farah asked, 'She makes a partition?' and Aayush nodded in agreement. Farah then laughed and said, 'How many times do you make sure she is upset with you?'
Throughout the tour, Farah kept joking about 'how poor' she felt while exploring the couple's luxurious home, adding fun and laughter to the grand tour.

9 classic 90s anime that deserve an action-packed remake
The 1990s were a golden era for anime, producing a slew of action-packed series that helped define genres, establish tropes, and lay the foundation for today's anime culture. From sword-wielding heroes to space bounty hunters, these shows captivated audiences with their high-energy battles, emotional storytelling, and unforgettable characters. However, despite their iconic status, many of these classics are burdened by the technical limitations of their time—dated animation, inconsistent pacing, and production constraints that prevented some from realizing their full potential. With modern animation technology, improved storytelling standards, and a growing appetite for remakes and reboots, now is the perfect time to revisit these nostalgic gems. A well-crafted remake could breathe new life into these series—reintroducing them to younger audiences and giving long-time fans a visually and emotionally upgraded experience. Inspired in part by a curated list from Game Rant , here are nine classic 1990s action anime that deserve a thoughtful and high-quality modern remake. 1. Flame of Recca The Underrated Ninja Epic With Fiery Potential Originally highlighted by Game Rant for its tournament arcs and ninja lore. Original Release: July 19, 1997 Studio: Pierrot Episodes: 42 Manga By: Nobuyuki Anzai Current Score (MyAnimeList): 7.34 A spiritual successor to Yu Yu Hakusho , Flame of Recca tells the story of Recca Hanabishi, a modern-day teenager who discovers his lineage from a flame-wielding ninja clan. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch CFD với công nghệ và tốc độ tốt hơn IC Markets Đăng ký Undo The series blends traditional ninja lore with supernatural powers, martial arts tournaments, and a deeply personal journey of self-discovery. 2. Berserk (1997) A Dark Fantasy Classic Deserving a Worthy Adaptation Original Release: October 8, 1997 Studio: OLM Episodes: 25 Manga By: Kentaro Miura Current Score (MyAnimeList): 8.59 Kentaro Miura's Berserk is a grim masterpiece that explores the brutal life of Guts, a lone mercenary entangled in a cycle of war, betrayal, and demonic terror. While Game Rant acknowledges the 1997 version as the best adaptation to date, a full remake with modern animation could finally capture the manga's rich, tragic scope. 3. Yu Yu Hakusho The Spirit Detective Saga That Set the Shōnen Standard Original Release: 1992–1994 Studio: Pierrot Episodes: 112 Manga By: Yoshihiro Togashi Current Score (MyAnimeList): 8.46 Recognized by Game Rant as a foundational shōnen, Yu Yu Hakusho stands the test of time in story and characters. However, a visual refresh and refined pacing could elevate this supernatural saga for today's generation of anime fans. 4. Outlaw Star A Space Western Worthy of Revival Original Release: January 1998 Studio: Sunrise Episodes: 26 Manga By: Takehiko Itō Current Score (MyAnimeList): 7.83 Outlaw Star was praised in the Game Rant piece for its fusion of sci-fi and Western themes. A modern remake could build on its legacy, especially in a post- Cowboy Bebop streaming era hungry for stylized space operas. 5. The Big O Noir Meets Mecha in a Memory-Loss Dystopia Original Release: October 13, 1999 Studio: Sunrise Episodes: 26 (Two Seasons) Cited for its unique genre-blending style, The Big O offers a noir-meets-mecha story that's well-suited for a modern comeback. A clearer narrative direction and high-budget animation could bring this cult favorite new acclaim. 6. Revolutionary Girl Utena A Symbolic Masterpiece Ready for Rediscovery Original Release: April 1997 Studio: Episodes: 39 Created By: Be-Papas Current Score (MyAnimeList): 8.22 According to Game Rant , Utena's exploration of identity and gender roles makes it an ideal candidate for a remake. Today's social climate is primed for a reboot that remains faithful to its progressive roots while updating its accessibility. 7. Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water Steampunk Adventure Through Jules Verne's Lens Original Release: 1990 Studio: Gainax & Group TAC Episodes: 39 Game Rant included Nadia for its thematic depth and connection to 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea . A remake could enhance its steampunk elements, streamline the pacing, and improve on the sometimes uneven animation. 8. Crows High School Gangs and Gritty Street Justice Original Release: January 1994 Studio: Knack Productions Episodes: OVA series Based on Hiroshi Takahashi's manga, Crows deserves a remake as gritty as the street fights it portrays. Game Rant rightly identified this early 90s OVA as a raw gem awaiting proper adaptation. 9. Blue Seed Mythology, Monsters, and Missed Opportunities Original Release: October 1994 Studios: Production I.G & Ashi Productions Episodes: 26 + OVA Game Rant spotlighted Blue Seed for its mythological approach and urban action, noting that a remake could better explore its fascinating Japanese folklore themes with modern storytelling and aesthetics.

Pani's ‘Karna Arjuna' gets a stage in Canada
1 2 3 4 5 6 Bhubaneswar: 'Karna Arjuna', an Odia opera by renowned 19th century dramatist Baisnab Pani was the show-stealer at 'Bishuba milana' organised by Canada-Odisha Society of Americas (CanOSA) at Etobicoke, Toronto. The one-hour show was staged at the Dante Alighieri Academy Theatre by around 11 artistes and seven others playing their roles behind the scenes. "It is heartening to learn that Pani's mythological work was staged in Canada. It's a sign of Odia Asmita," said Dhira Mallick, a noted theatre personality. Mallick said Pani, who was born in Mahanga, Cuttack, used to move from village to village to perform 'geetinatya' (a musical presentation where dialogues are followed by songs). Almost all performers, being IT professionals or scientists, devoted their weekends for over four months to rehearse, get costumes and props like weapons ready, decide the stage décor with cut-outs of chariots and horses, checking the sound systems, make-up, among others. "We decided to stage the geetinatya as many people were keen to watch mythological plays. We had staged it 17 years ago," said Gagan Behari Panigrahi, a molecular biologist and producer. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch vàng CFDs với sàn môi giới tin cậy IC Markets Tìm hiểu thêm Undo Living abroad, the opera tested the resourcefulness and ingenuity of Odias, particularly when it came to costumes as they had to make everything. While saris of different colours were used as 'dhotis', coloured T-shirts were modified and embellished. "The crowns that were brought from India long back were modified. Besides, we made beards and moustaches as I had the knowledge from my high school drama experience," said Panigrahi. The work was very time-consuming and creative, but teamwork helped them tide through. "One of our teammates, Nibedita Pattnaik, arranged all the saris," said Panigrahi, who added a few scenes on audience demand. Nearly 500 people from Toronto, Ottawa and New York attended the programme.
