Actor Ram Kapoor recently stunned everyone with his drastic weight loss. During a conversation with Farah Khan, he shared if he lost the weight to get more wor. We stopped socialising and ordering food. He did 24-hour fasts, even 48 hours. It wasn't just his journey—it affected all of us," she said, adding, "He was clear—no shortcuts.
